Same plot but with different characters :)

Have you guys ever heard that some author has made two  same stories but with different characters?

Like, the plot is the same but in one story characters are Got7 and in another Bts or any other group?

I'm thinking about making that but I don't know, will it be weird?

Please give me your opinion :))))))))))))))))

Will it be weird or not?

Wouldn't it considered plagiarism
I think the 'story' you mentioned has been reported and its gone not even a week after created. Or is it a day.

U should personalize the stories a little bit to fit the personality of each group and maybe change the order things happen but u should do things the way u feel comfortable

It might be weird in my opinion.. maybe if you use the same theme maybe not, but if you use the same plot and storyline then I guess it's odd, but that's just me ;v;

I think that if the characters fit is totally fine ^-^

It depends whether if the characters from the original story fits the new characters. Other than that it does seem weird at all for me

I mean if you think about it a lot of stories have the same plot but they're written differently and somethings are added. So, I don't think it would be weird unless you copy the entire thing and just change the characters names.

It really depends on how you write it, but I'm interested to see how it goes

Rather than focusing on having the same plot, I think it's better to focus on your character. I personally frown upon re-writing the same story because it's a story you've already told but I think if the characters are different...for example if it's a story about a bad boy who falls in love with a good person. and in the got7 story your bad boy is Jackson but in your bts story your badboy is V, the kind of characters they are will change the story. For example:

V could be the kind of bad boy who's mean to the person he likes but is actually a pretty cool guy where as Jackson could be the kind of badboy who's got nothing left to live for and who does things recklessly even when it comes to falling in love.

Even though the plot is basically the same boy meets future lover, boy changes for the better, boy lives happily ever after with future lover (or leaves future lover for their happiness) the story s fundamentally different because the characters are different and they relate to the story in a different way.

I hope that makes sense.

it depends what kind of story it is.

It's good . Try that i mean it can free a lot if authors from writer block and an author can get more ideas about the plot .
