"i love you" 

those three words dont even feel special anymore. it has lost it's real meaning because people took advantage of its value. people misused it to lead people on. people do not understand responsibility that it carries with it.  those words became cheap. it is as unimportant as greetings. it is the only words that dont convey the real message behind it. 

it saddens me to know that i can't put my trust on a person, after he said those three words. because those three words do not prove anything anymore. i still believe it express our feelings but it does not feel genuine anymore because people are screaming it out loud like it is invaluable. 

"i love you" 

it is a commitment. a responsibility. to love someone is not to catch feelings and leave when the feelings fade. to love someone is to see their flaws and stay because only you can see the beauty in it. to love someone is to assure them that they are the only one and will always be just the one for you.

you said it to her just because she was your first love. you said it to her after contacting her back after a few days. you said it to her because you feel like it was 13 years old all over again, you said to her because you claim that she broke your 8 years streak of being single. 

i hope this time you mean it. i hope this time you really mean it. i hope this time was not a stuck in a moment thingy. i hope this time you really love her. i hope this time it last. i hope this time it last longer than three weeks. i hope this time you make her happy. i hope this time you prioritise her happiness. i hope this time you fell for her and not just the chemistry you had with her, i hope this time you treat her like she's the only one. i hope this time it works for the better. i hope this time she wouldn't get hurt. i hope this time she's the one for you. 

because i dont want her to be like me because no one deserves to go through what i've been through. no one deserves to feel the pain and betrayal of those three words. no one.
