i love plants

i have....8 plants rn.....1 bamboo, 3 cacti, 1 airplant, 1 south african plant, 1 purple plant and 1 new bonsai i just got like a couple hours ago

i love plants

i did accidently kill my orchid, jungkook. it was upsetting, he didn't last 2 weeks

kinda funny tho, i thought he was alive and my parents laughed at me for watering a stick, a literal stick in soil, for 2 months. then my mom told one of her plant friends and they said it was still alive. so,,,she said 'it's dead if the leaf falls off' so i gently tugged it and..snap. it dead. jungkook died like a month ago.

my mom and i go to homeland for food and stuff and they always have new plants at the front of the store every week. so that's why i have so many

my first cactus was from like 2 yrs ago. his name is ray. he's a good cactus, kinda damaged cause my cats nibbled on him but he's going strong

my second cactus...is actually more like an airplant, his name is egg, cause he's in an egg pot...very cute.

the third cactus...yoongi. he's in a shoe pot..a converse pot. vvry unique, i love him. sharp, he's got like teeth for leaves.

the airplant...idk his name.i don't think i've named him. anyway...he's in a copper pot with a smol handle.

my bamboo is named fu,,i think. it's chinese for good fortune. i should double check with my teacher. anyway..he's got a teal pot and no brown spots on his leaves so he's healthy. very good bamboo, he sits in my bathroom

south african flowers.....it said they should get high light but then they got 'fried' so they're getting a little less sun and more water. they're very bright, like the sun, so i named them jimin. i hope he heals.

the purple plant....no name. i forgot it. he's....all brown and shriveled but..he'll heal, not dead tbh. his leaves are vvry bright and dark green, healthy. also..i gave him water. saturdays are watering days for fu and purple plant.

the bonsai plant...idk his name yet. it's gonna be japanese tho, cause it's a japanese plant. the lady selling them on the side of the road was nice enough to give us a sheet that explains everything. he's a lot of work...i'm excited for him. he's in a nice black,,,marble??pot. 40$. expensive but pretty he's in my bathroom for now, but tomorrow morning he's going on a trip outside on this bunny bench my mom has. cute.

yeah

and the orchid was in an espresso cup pot. i kept the pot, idk what i'll put in it tho. there's some left over soil i'll have to clean

so...when i get my own place, i'm filling it with plants and cats.

a bad mix, but i'll work it out.
