ann is a meek girl. she is usually very quiet and gentle, holding herself aloof from others. she tends to listen to yoon mirae and show esteem to her. because of the obedient character, she is among the girls that barely have problem with yoon mirae and divine record. some people might see her as miss goody two shoes, that's correct in a way but it just a part of her natural personality. she was thankful that she can come across brilliant 'leader' such as mirae, and that her talent is appreciated.

ann was born in honolulu, hawaii. she was the first daughter of two siblings, her younger brother is named finn. her parent are both korean that migrated to hawaii for work purposes. they're both artists and had involved themselves into hawaii art community even before their marriage. joo jingook is a painter while lee eunji is a ceramics artist, both is different yet similar in sense of art.
ann been living her whole life surrounded by paintings and all form of arts. unlike her parent, she took keen in performing art, as a child she was (aged 4/5), she started to immitate the singers on broadcasts and act like the characters in the children programs she watched. her parent saw this and not once objected her interest, they even encouraged her.
ann took singing, dancing and acting lessons (aged 6/7 to 16/17). her schedule was packed during her elementary to high school. she never complained and she even prefered that way. a meek child she is, she barely talk to anyone without any reasons except for few closed ones. she loved giving her commitment for her addiction, which is the performance art, rather than spending times like usual teenagers. she surely weird in a way but that's only because she clearly see her objective. unlike most quiet kids that might get harrassed, ann is like a swift breeze. she didn't get bullied during her school years, yet gotten admired by few of her exceptional talents and hardworking character. in 2008, she finally graduated from high school (alua high) and the whole family moved to korea for good.
ann finished her whole goverment issues after her moving to korea in 2009 and only then she managed to sit for sat exam. it was because she still want to further her study in performance related, she managed to got into hanyang girl's university majored in modern dance (2010-2013). she didn't passed with great result but it was enough for her major. she and her friend, jiyul, a girl she met at hanyang girl's university, shared the same love for music and set up the successful youtube channel iamanna (2011 - 2012). they stopped for personal reasons, during that time jiyul had been busy as an idol, while ann was also discovered by leessang's gary.
it was all by pure luck when gary stumbled onto the girls' channel and immediately attracted to ann's vocal. thus he contacted her and persuaded her to feature for leessang's album in 2011. it was her first time associated with korean royal khiphop such as gil. she was the vocal in remembrance and ever since developed a close oppa-dongsang relationship with gary. in fact after divine record's establishment and while they were looking for artists under their wings, gary thought it was a good opportunity for ann, who had been an indepedent vocal and performed in club as well featured for underground rappers. for the record ann is a part time dance instructor since 2013 till now.

interactions – because of ann's shyness, it is hard to hang out with her. however, her considerate personality often appeals to jookyung. even when ann is chased by joonkyung (in a way, he show his interest for her) ann is too worried about hurting him and do not know how to refuse directly. not because she don't like him but she is timorous, she is afraid to open her hearts. joonkyung takes care of her and besides a bit of awkwardness, they gets along well, especially when it's about music. when each one is blue, another will try to cheer up.
