NCT Stories

Okay guys, I haven't updated my two NCT stories 'Fool' and 'The Theory of Happiness' and that's because of a few things. I have other stories going on, but also because I don't really...like the way Doyoung's treated. I know that guys joke and all but sometimes I feel the other NCT members can take it too far and also Doyoung seems singled out sometimes, like, not part of the group ya' feel me? And then there's pretty much every NCT fan who ignores Doyoung too like??? I'm not sure, maybe I'm being paranoid, but honestly Doyoung could disappear from the Life In ___ series and no one would blink an eye because no one really talks abotu him. And yeah. I'm just really upset about the lack of attention and while I did like DoJae in the beginning, I'm honestly just not feeling it anymore. So those two stories will be put into drafts or hiatus or whatever. I'm not sure if I'll start them up again or not, I'm really sorry.

I noticed that too, from when I started watching NCT life in Bangkok ep 1/2? That was when my impression of Taeyong hadn't changed much. So in that ep Taeyong just snatched the mike away from Doyoung when he was trying to host his vroom vroom show and I was like "wtf that was rude?" but now I'm chill about it bc they seem to really joke around a lot. Idk how Doyoung can bear with it but I'd like to think positive regarding this matter for now...

Just so you know, I really like your stories, especially Fool. Ofc I'm sad that you'll be discontinuing them but if you're really not up for it then... it's okay ㅠㅠ

Yeah! I totally agree with you.
like I want to think that everyone is just all fun and games, but the first episode made me mad af. after reading everyone's take on it, I slowly tried to think that oh they're just joking because everyone else seemed to interpreted it that way.
what worries me is that nct is a rotational group. one day you're in the next day you're out.
with Doyoung being the most unpopular member out of nct, it worries me because sm will only favor the guys who bring out the most money. I'm kind of bummed that you will be on a hiatus for the two stories because I was looking forward to them, but at the same time I understand how you feel. And I haven't updated either. like I'm just not feeling the spark to write anymore too! Don't apologize, it isn't your fault.
