Doyeon has dark blue mermaid hair that falls just past her chest and straight bangs. Her skin is very creamy pale and her heart shaped face makes her look young and sweet. BACKGROUND

Doyeon has been singing her entire life. When she was still in her crib her mother was surprised to hear her sounds coming from her that sounded just like the lulibys she sang to Doyeon. As soon as she could speak her mom got her into vocal lessons and that was the best decision of her life. Doyeon took to it instantly. She was the youngest girl in her essons but she was one of the best.
When Doyeon was seven, her mom tried to push her into an entertainment company, but she didnt want to do it. Doyeon said that she would stop singing if her mom kept pushing her so her mom backed off. She did however put Doyeon into another vocal class. Her father was againsther singing the entire time. He wanted his daughter to do something useful in life but Doyeon liked to sing.
As she grew her singing ablity only enhanced. Her father kept pushing her to do something else. She made a deal with him. She would look into other things but if she didnt find something she liked she would go back to singing. He agreed and she started looking. His dad showed her all kinds of other hobbies, things she could do, occupations but she didnt like any of them. Eventually he et her go back to singing.
When Doyeon was fifteen she first auditioned but she didnt get in. Her dad tried to imply that meant she shouldnt be there but she wasnt going to give up. She auditioned again and was accepted.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Dad ℓ Kang Shin Woo ℓ 48 ℓ Doyeon's dad was always against her singing but since she has gotten somewhere with it he has slowy come around.
Mom ℓ Kang Mi Na ℓ 46 ℓ Doyeon would never say this but she never liked how she pushed Doyeon into singing. She would have liked to have her own ife but her mother didnt want that.

Best friend ℓ Lee Min Woo ℓ 24 ℓ Doyeon and Minwoo have been friends since they were toddlers. They try to talk every day and they message eachother all the time
Best friend ℓ Shin Tae Na ℓ 24 ℓ Doyeon only met Taena a few years ago but when they met they just clicked. Taena is like Doyeons sister.

Doyeon started training with SM when she was fifteen and it was hard on her. It wasnt the singing that was hard on her, it was the schedule. She had school, homework, studying, training, and her own persona life to live. She was exhausted all the time and it took a toll on her body. Her health started to decrease and she missed school because her dad had to take her to the hospital.
Days after her eighteenth birthday she found out that she was being traded from SM to Top Media.

Woolim Entertainment
When Doyeon started at Woolim Entertainment things were better. She had graduated so she had a lot more time to do her own thing. She spent more time training but she still had more down time. She liked being there, it hardly seemed like work when she was there. She was just starting to be an adult and she assumed this is what being an adult meant. She felt like she fit in there.
Unfortunatly she was traded again.

Cube Entertainment
Doyeon hated Cube. She loved the other trainees there and the groups were great, but she hated the staff there. They treated their trainees harshly and expected more from them than anone had. It was there that Doyeon first tought she made a mistake in becoming a trainee. Her entire time at Cube she faught with herself about quitting but she would have to go back to her father and tell him that he was right. She kept trying to find a way out without quitting, but soon she was getting despirate.
Thankfully she was traded for a third time.

Jellyfish Entertainment
Honestly Doyeon was just going to call it quits and not keep training. She was just so done with it all. She actually decided that she was going to quit but when she went and told her dad he told her that she was not going to do that. Singing was her passion her entire life and she couldnt let a little thing like this keep her from her dreams. She went back and kept on like she had been.
Over a year after she was traded to Jellyfish there was an announcment that there was going to be a new girl group. Doyeon was sure that sh was too old to be in a new group. She still tried though. When she was announced as a member she freaked out. She ran home and told her dad
