hwang noeul, between her circle of friends, is known as the social butterfly. she knows every single person in the whole school, and by knows, the other person knows her too. it's all because she loves to smile and greet every people she meets in the hallway, despite their status as strangers. noeul is someone who could make friends easily, and it's easy for her to adapt to new situations and to new person. and when she make friends, and they become close enough to call each other close friends, noeul would cherish them so much. she would be there for them in happy and sad moments, and she wouldn't turn her back easily at them, just because of a few stupid rumors. once you become noeul's friends, you found a friend for a lifetime (unless you do something unforgivable to her) because noeul wouldn't forget you at all, even when you rarely meet her anymore because you went to different school or another reasons that make you don't meet her in regular basis. she would sent you text messages ('how are you?') and sometimes even phone calls ('i miss you!')

because of the lack of attention she gets from her family, noeul crave for attention and love from other people. she cherishes every attention and love she gets from people around her, from the maid at her house, from her friends, bestfriends, from everyone. that explains why she cherishes her friends so much and could be quiet possessive over them, it's all because she really wants to feel loved, and when someone does, she grows to become attached of the feelings of being loved, thus her possessive-ness. she is used to her parents pay attention at her older sister and younger brother and not her, so it scares her when she sees the people she become attached to pay attention or get too friendly to other people, she is afraid that they would leave her and she won't feel the feeling of being loved, of having someone who pay attention to her anymore.

noeul and jungkook's current relationship consist of them meeting in capteavating and noeul hang out with jungkook's crew. they still meet in the morning where they bumps to each other when they want to go to their school, and they would go home together after they done hang out in capteavating. they also go to capteavating together in weekends, but still, it's weird for them because they don't meet each other in school anymore.
when both of them are together, there are no such things as awkward silence. noeul always have something to talk about with jungkook, and jungkook would always pay attention to her no matter how random the topic is. skinships is normal between them, and jungkook is already used to the affectionate side of noeul. they have done holding hands, hugs, and other form of skinships except kissing (of course). there are also constant teasing between them, like how jungkook would make fun of noeul over her too white skin ('you're a tofu, a white tofu!') or how he would mock noeul's squealing when she squeals with hoseok or taehyung, or many more. there are a lot of teasings bteween them, but none of them get hurt.
jungkook, despite being the reserved person he is, always manage to tell noeul about the problems he currently having. he always tell everything to noeul, everything, even about his crushes. it hurts noeul when jungkook said to her that she likes chaeyoung, her own bestfriend and their schoolmate in middle school. she doesn't expect him to likes chaeyoung, really. that's why noeul always try to change the topic whenever jungkook asks her about chaeyoung or when he begs her to bring chaeyoung along so he could meet her. noeul is actually kind off jealous over chaeyoung, but she knows chaeyoung, she is her bestfriend and she trusts her, and she loves chaeyoung as a bestfriend, so she still act like usual around her (despite the jealous feelings inside her).
despite jungkook feelings for chaeyoung, he is still a good bestfriend for noeul, as he could be a bit protective of his lifetime bestfriend, like how he would always make sure to be there for noeul in her sad moments, and how he always take care of her (the example is, when they walk together, jungkook always make sure to walk on the outer side of the road, or when noeul is shivering because of the cold air, and she is clumsy and doesn't bring a jacket, he would surely lend her one, despite him shivering too) and how he would always make sure that there's no jerk that come near his bestfriend.
noeul, as the possessive person she is, could get very jealous and annoyed over the fact that jungkook is very popular with girls in his high school. she would tell jungkook to stay away from them because high school girls are scary ('but you're a high school girl too, noeul' 'shut up') and she would always ask one of the boys from jungkook's crew (mostly jin or namjoon) to report to her right away if there's a girl who flirt with jungkook ('oh believe me, every girl flirt with him, eul').
the only change from noeul after she develop feelings for jungkook is the way that she always blush when jungkook do skinships with her, and how she would be really happy when it comes to spending time with him. when she blush, she would try hard to hide it with the way she would talk nonsense and just rambling about everything so jungkook wouldn't notice her red cheeks. of course jungkook wouldn't notice, he is oblivious af. people with a pair of eyes could see that noeul likes jungkook more than a bestfriend, but jungkook, again, is oblivious af. hoseok even said that her love story is a lot more sad than his love story. ('once again, i'm not crushing at mei, okay!')
chaeyoung yes, noeul is a possessive little girl and she could went crazy and all jealous over the girl that jungkook likes, but then it's chaeyoung. chaeyoung is important to her, so she couldn't really get mad or act cold towards her. if it's not chaeyoung that jungkook likes, noeul sure she would act differently. (you could decide whether chaeyoung would play a big part in their relationship, like jungkook really fall for her, or you could just make her as the girl jungkook is crushing at, but the feeling is not that serious.)
ending this is up to you, really. you could make them end up together, the feelings jungkook had for noeul is never really gone, or you could make them end up as a pair of bestfriends, with no feelings attached (or with noeul still has feelings for jungkook but well, maybe they aren't meant to be). or maybe another scenarios you had in your mind for them.

- when hoseok and noeul spend some alone time, and they tell each other about their sad love life. hoseok tell noeul about his crush to mei (yes he finally admits it) and noeul give advice to hoseok to never fall in love with his own bestfriend, because it would just bring you pain.
