the basics.

name » Jung Haeun

nickname(s) »

Little Marigold // Her family & citizens // Marigold is the symbol of their kingdom, and Haeun is both precious and a symbol like the marigold to them.

Princess // Hajoon (at times) // When Haeun is acting like her usual spoiled self, he will with this nickname, since usually he only call her Little Marigold.

Princess // Soohyuk // He calls her this because he thought it was respectful to her status, but he does not know what this term means to Haeun when Hajoon tries to remind her about when she is being too much. This is one of the reasons why Haeun does not want to get close to Soohyuk.

Hani // Taemin // He secretly means it as "honey" but he will not admit this until his confession to her that it was love at first sight for him.

Haeunnie // Jinki // He calls her this due to her name, and also because he wants to show their closeness.

birthday & age » 3rd March & 18

kingdom » Kingdom of Goyang

face claim » Gyeong Eun

backup face claim » Yoojin (CLC)

appearance » Haeun has long, silky, straight black hair that reaches right above the small of her back. With the height of 157cm and weighing 51kg, she started the trend of the new "ideal body", or rather it was only according to her own Goyang citizens. She has fair and beautiful skin, and is not at all skinny. She also has a mole below her right ear, and three small moles forming a triangle on the outside of her left thigh.

style » Since Goyang is known for fabrics, Haeun will always don on high quality hanboks. She loves to wear light colored clothings of different colors, though their similarities are that they would have hints of gold and/or marigold flowers sewn on her hanboks. Her hair style constantly changes, sometimes bunned up, sometimes pinned back, sometimes tied up, or at times her hair just flows down freely especially when the weather is cold. She will usually don on simple golden hair accessories. Her favorite jewelry is a pair of simple pearl earrings with golden rim, which is her mother's present for her first birthday.

"Spread the love. Always."

"I want to see the stars..."

the girl next door.

plotline » The Goyang Delegate

personality »

+ honest, friendly, generous, graceful, sensitive, likeable

- spoilt, immature, difficulty in expressing herself, timid, naive, stubborn, dependent

This girl, being overly pampered by the people around her, grows up to be a spoilt and immature child. She usually wants things her way, and gets things her way. For some reason, her brother Hajoon calling her "Princess" keeps her in reins, perhaps because he means that she is acting like a spoilt brat/princess. Due to the pampering, she also has difficulty in expressing herself, as the people in Goyang, be it within the palace or when she heads outside, usually knows what she likes and gives it to her even before she has to ask. It also does not help that Haeun is timid. Not so when she is meeting new people, as she is a friendly girl, but more of the fact that she is fearful of so many things, and encountering or just seeing their drawings would make her either scream, or cry in fear. She is also really naive. Since she is used to people treating her with kindness, she does not think twice before believing in what the other person says. To her, the world is big enough that anything is possible, even if the person said that he can walk on water or once flew up into the sky. She has read enough books and sometimes even fantasize about fictional stories coming true. Another point to note is Haeun's stubbornness. Once she decides on something, it can be extremely difficult to change her mind. Unless you are Kim Nayeon, the only other way she will listen is if you use logical explanations and patiently persuade her. It might be obvious, but she is very dependent on others, and would always want to have people around her. She cannot really be trusted alone by herself because she will either get scared or get kidnapped.

That is not to say that she does not have any strong points. She is an honest girl. Even when she tries to lie because perhaps she does not think the dress look nice on a girl and she does not want to hurt the person's feelings, it is still really easy to catch her when she lies. As mentioned, she is friendly and would go around talking and befriending strangers. That might be dangerous since she is a princess but since the people of Goyang do not reveal to outsiders that she is their princess, strangers would usually only think of her as one of the commoners. She is also really generous, like she will remember the birthdays of the servants in the royal family and sew something for them, or at times when she gets sweets or pastries from other kingdoms and she will share it with the children outside of the palace. When it is necessary, she is able to be graceful and feminine, and you would (at last) be able to tell that she is a princess or a girl from a noble family. She is also sensitive to other people's feelings, and would try her best to make them feel better. In fact, it might even be the some of the rare times that she does not try to get things done her way. Haeun is also a likeable girl, which was why even if others did not pamper her due to her being a royalty, they would still treat her kindly.

trivia »

Likes: Starry sky, tea, horseback riding, sun, marigold, cherry blossom, nature, animals, sweets, tea, Goyang, gold.

Dislikes: Arrogant and rude people, being alone, her fears, onions, garlic, and carrots.

Habits: She is bad at lying, as she fidgets a lot and she will play with her fingers; she cries very easily, when she is scared, when she is sad, when she is so happy, when she is mad (it rhymes!), when she is indignant, etc; normally, when it is needed, she will look, walk and speak gracefully like how she was trained by Goyang's esteemed etiquette teacher, Im Sohyun; when she is bored or tired, her lower lips will stick outwards; when she is nervous, she tends to bite her lower lips.

Hobbies: horsebacking riding; stargazing; tea ceremony; sewing; listening to stories; reading in the library; playing the gayageum.

Oh thy beautiful hair: Haeun has long, beautiful hair that is known throughout the kingdom, and her father did not allow her to cut it short. Sometimes when she does not get her way at things she really wants, she will threaten him by saying that she will cut her hair. For cases that are not so serious (anything that does not affect the Kingdom of Goyang negatively), she usually gets her way.

Breathe life into me, sunshine: she loves horseback riding under the sun to her secret location that one of the gardeners had told her about, a secret garden in the castle full of marigolds. She started liking the sun when she found out that her favorite flower, the marigold, opens up under the sun, and is also known as "the herb of the sun".

Wishing upon the stars: Have I mentioned how much she loves the stars? She loves to lie on the ground, surrounded by the marigolds, and look up at the sky. Her best friend and lady-in-waiting, Kim Nayeon, would follow her there since she is scared of the dark when she is alone.

Fear is a scary thing: She is a scaredy cat, and is fearful of so many things, like the dark, dolls, loud noises e.g. thunder, insects, spiders, scary looking animals e.g. sharks, and masks. She can only sleep with the lights on unless there are other people/animals with her in the same room.

It's time for a tea party: Haeun loves tea. She also knows the traditional tea ceremony and also collects different tea cups and tea leaves.

Sakura, sakura: The first time the Kingdom of Cheonjiwang had sent them the cherry blossom during a visit by one of their diplomats for foreign relations, Haeun fell in love with the flower, and named it her second favorite flower. That was also the reason why Haeun was immediately interested in befriending the Cherry Blossom princess, Jung Seona, though Seona was too shy to warm up to her so quickly.

Gayageum makes a sound: Being a daughter to the royal family of Goyang means she has to learn at least one musical instrument, but that does not mean that she must like it. She hates playing the instrument because of how it hurts her fingers, and would try to sneak away from the practices whenever possible, but Nayeon or Hajoon would usually be able to find her in the end.

That one genre:  She loves reading and expanding her knowledge from books and people's stories, and especially love reading books that tells her of foreign lands and mystical creatures, but the one type of fictional story she does not like? Romance. She loves her family, she loves her people, but why on earth does she have to marry someone from another kingdom and live with him? Ew!

home is where your heart is.

background »

After having three sons in the family, both the Goyang royal family and their people had prayed for a little princess to be born and at last, their wish came true when Haeun was born. However, the prediction about the Goyang royal family not being able to have more than one female came true when, within months after celebrating Haeun's first birthday (or second birthday in Korea), her mother passed away in bed one night. The kingdoms grieved for the queen's passing, and Haeun became even more pampered due to her being the only female of the Goyang royalty.

Unlike many other kingdoms where it might be dangerous for a member of the royal family to venture out of the palace without protection, Goyang citizens have always been friendly with their royalty, and they themselves are protective of them. Haeun does not think of her people as those from a lower class, but loves to listen to their stories about her mother, or just about their daily lives.

Since it was not necessary for the females of Goyang royalties to study past the few years of basic education, Haeun, who neither excels nor has interest in it, only continued training on tea ceremony, ettiquette, sewing, horseback riding, and playing the gayageum. However, she was still an avid reader and has read many of the books in the library, perhaps even more than her brothers (well, definitely more than Hajoon anyway). She does not do well with being forced to study, so now that she was free from the chains, she was more than happy to read and gain her knowledge through other means.

When she reached the age where she was to attend the gathering, most of the family and servants did not think it was a good idea, since they were worried about her, especially her father and Nayeon, who were both the most protective of her. They were worried about everything, from whether she would get bullied (as if), get tricked (more likely), get kidnapped (who's the unlucky kidnapper?), cause a war among the kingdoms, or simply not be happy there. Prince Haki felt that it was a good idea and had tried his best to persuade the rest of the family. Regardless of the protests, it was still the rule and Haeun has to go, along with her brother, Hajoon. She tried to be optimistic about it and treat it as a way to know new friends and gain new knowledge about the rest of the world.

family »

Father // Jung Jinhoon (Kim Seung Woo) // 49 // King of Goyang // wise, kind, mature, faithful, brave // After the passing of his beloved queen, he began to shower all his love and concern for his only daughter, who looked exactly like his queen when she was younger. He spoiled the princess, and even though she causes him headaches due to her character, the most he would do is be firm with her, but never scold her. He is very worried about sending her to the gathering but according to the rules, he does not have a choice. If it was up to him, he would rather she stay by him in Goyang so that he and the rest can take care of her. Haeun does not want to leave the king either, and had told him she would rather stay single for the rest of her life.

Mother // Han Hyo Eun (Kim Nam Joo) // 47 // Queen of Goyang (deceased) // benevolent, feminine, friendly, charming, witty // Before she passed away, she had loved Haeun dearly. Even though Haeun does not remember much of her mother, she likes to listen to others tell her stories about the queen. Whenever she has any problems, she would touch her pearl earrings that she usually wears and thinks about her problem, because to her, her mother would be listening.

Eldest Brother // Jung Hashin (Song Joongki) // 24 // Crown Prince of Goyang // brave, intelligent, gentlemanly, kind, calm // She looks up to him and since young, he would take care of her and Hajoon when he is free. Now that his role as a crown prince makes him extremely busy, he no longer has the time to spend with them but he does talk to them whenever he is back home. To him, she will always be a little kid.

Second Brother // Jung Haki (Park Seo Joon) // 22 // Second Prince of Goyang // friendly, ambitious, hardworking, quick-tempered, loyal // Haeun is the least close to him out of all her brothers because he was always more focused on his studies and then his responsibilities as the second prince. He does spoil her on occasions when he is back in the kingdom, by buying foreign goodies. He is the only one in the family who hopes that she will mature and be more independent and less spoiled by going to the gathering.

Third Brother // Jung Hajoon (Lee Hyun Woo) // 19 // Third Prince of Goyang // witty, mischievous, outgoing, funny, charming // Since their ages are just a year apart, they hang out together most of the time. He is also the only prince that has not gotten a wife so he will be attending the gathering with Haeun. Hajoon takes care of Haeun a lot, but he is also the one who makes fun of and the most. He is the one who spoils her the least by not letting her get her way some of the time. He would by calling her "princess" if she acts too spoiled, and somehow this term makes her temporarily stop that side of her, as if it was a gentle reminder. He also constantly have skinship with her and for people who do not know them, they would think that the siblings are a couple instead.

Eldest Sister-in-law // Lee Jinna (Han Hyo Joo) // 23 // Consort to Crown Prince of Goyang // graceful, feminine, considerate // She is on polite terms with Jinna since she is her sister-in-law and future queen. Due to the consort following the crown prince for any events or talks with the other kingdoms, Haeun does not meet Jinna often and she is not someone she looks for if she has any problems.

Second Sister-in-law // Song Hanjoo (Kim So Eun) // 20 // Consort to Second Prince of Goyang // street-smart, stubborn, sassy // Since Hanjoo and Haki deals with foreign kingdoms, they are usually not around and Haeun does not talk to Hanjoo much.

friends/rivals »

My Best Friend // Kim Nayeon (Park Su Eun) // 21 // Lady-in-Waiting to Princess of Goyang // loyal, independent, smart, honest // Nayeon is the loyal and protective assistant to Haeun, which is really important since Haeun is pretty dependent on well, everyone. She is the most worried about Haeun because she would not be able to join her for the gathering, and usually Nayeon follows Haeun everywhere. She acts like the older sister to Haeun and since Haeun does not have an older female role model, she is very grateful for Nayeon's existence. Haeun also goes to her for any advice and listens to her words.

Cherry Blossom Friend // Jung Seona // 16 // Princess of Cheonjiwang // shown in app // Due to Haeun's love of cherry blossom, she became interested to befriend Seona immediately during the gathering. She calls her Little Cherry Blossom, and kept asking Seona to call her Little Marigold as well. It took Haeun a long time, but gradually, Seona warmed up to her and Haeun was blessed to see the charming and humorous side of her. As Seona starts to mature, Haeun begins to think twice about herself being too dependent on others as well.

Charming Oppa // Lee Jinki // 19 // Heir of Lee Trading // fun-loving, witty, humorous, mature, benevolent // He became a delegate by popularity, and he was the only son of the wealthiest trader in Daegu, Lee Kisun, who traded everything from meat to rare pieces of art or jewelry. Initially he found Haeun really interesting and a funny girl, but after getting to know her more, he became interested in her. He smiles whenever she was with him, and would be happy just to see her being happy. He takes care of her and jokes around to make her laugh. At times, she will follow him around like a lost puppy, especially since he looks a little similar to the Crown Prince of Goyang, her eldest brother.

That Nice Guy // Lee Soo Hyuk // 20 // Farmer & Secret Leader of The Ulsan People // sly, ambitious, witty, smart, focused // He became a delegate due to lottery, though the method they used to get him in was far from a fair system. His ploy was to marry one of the royal bloods that are friendly with other kingdoms in order to strike war with Ulsan and gain control of his kingdom in the end. Through his observation and research, he decided on Haeun, and tried to charm her with whatever means possible. He acted like a really nice and gentlemanly guy in front of her, so he was not sure why she was not interested in him. He did not know that the letter sent by his right-hand man was accidentally delivered to Jinki, and Taemin, who was with him at that time, also read it.

the one and only.

love interest » Lee Taemin

backup love interest » Kim Jonghyun

BIRTHDAY & AGE » 18 July & 17

NICKNAME(S) »

Prince of Music // Gwangju citizens // He is known for his music talents, from traditional dance to musical instruments and singing.

Taem // Haeun // It sounds like a manly nickname, taken from his name, so he really likes it. She only called him that after they got close and he pouted while telling her how jealous he had been that Seona has a nickname but he does not.
KINGDOM » Kingdom of Gwangju

HOW THEY BECAME A DELEGATE » Position gained due to being placed second in the music competition. He is also a prince of Gwangju, as his mother is the sister of the king.

FAMILY »

Father // Lee Soonam // 42 // King's Advisor // wise, loyal, honest // He is usually busy helping the king, his brother-in-law, but whenever he has time, he tends to bring his wife out, or watch his son's performance. He is proud of his son's music accomplishments and also the term the citizens gave him. Taemin respects his father a lot, but that does not mean that he does not occasionally try to play small pranks on him when they are alone, which usually does not succeed. Though the elder would definitely end up punishing his son, he will secretly laugh behind his son's back regarding how mischievous he is, and Taemin simply does not stop trying.

Mother // (Princess) Songmi // 40 // Princess of Gwangju // stubborn, strict, graceful // As the princess of Gwangju, Songmi is pretty strict with Taemin's training, as she does not want the citizens to think that the king's nephew is poor at what the kingdom is known for. She respects her brother a lot, and loves her husband dearly. Surprisingly, Taemin does not outwardly rebel against her; he will grumble, but in the end he will still listen to his mother and work hard. Whenever his father brings his mother out (so that he will have some breathing space), he will travel around to look at the kingdom's scenery. He does know some secret locations that many others might not due to this. She is upset that Taemin did not win the competition, though the king himself is still happy and pushed ahead to make Taemin a delegate, stating that "my nephew needs his bride!"

FRIENDS/RIVALS »

Best Friend // Kim Jongin // 17 // Heir of School of Traditions // fun-loving, hardworking, loyal // They met because Taemin was training under Jongin's father, the famed Kim Injung and Jongin was in the same class. Both of them got to know each other at a young age and since then, started to push and support each other. They each know the stress the other has regarding music, one due to his royal blood and his mother, and the other due to him being the heir to a famous school and his father.

Instant Friends // Jung Hajoon // 19 // Third Prince of Goyang // When they first met during the gathering, they started talking and realized that they could talk for hours without stopping, which was not something that was easy for Taemin to do with strangers. However, for a short period of time when Taemin admitted to Hajoon that he was interested in Haeun, Hajoon's immediate reaction was to protect Haeun from Taemin and keep a distance between them. Later, thinking through what Haki had previously told him about letting Haeun be more mature and find a good man to marry, he apologized to Taemin for his behavior, since he does think that Taemin and Haeun suit each other and he will treat her well. They went back to their original behavior after his apology.

Frenemy // Lee Jinki // 19 // Heir of Lee Trading // It was easy for both of them to see that the other was interested in Haeun, and thus initially they did not get along. However, they accidentally uncovered a ploy that much later turns out to be from the Ulsan royalty, so they decided to work together to get rid of the rival who might harm Haeun, and after that, they would respect Haeun's decision and let the better man win. While they were on the same side, they actually get along really well, and surprisingly, they became close friends by the end of the gathering.

Rival // Lee Soo Hyuk // 20 // Farmer & Secret Leader of The Ulsan People // Jinki and Taemin did not reveal Soohyuk's ploy since initially they did not know that he was the one, and later, when it became obvious the three of them were fighting for Haeun, others would not believe their words since Soohyun had always acted like the nicest guy among all the delegates. Once he got to know that Taemin and Jinki were in on his secret, he tried to plot for Haeun to hate the two of them. Soo Hyuk and Taemin, since they first met, just kept a distance from each other and did not talk unless necessary.

Childish Rival // Jung Seona // 16 // Princess of Cheonjiwang // He knows that Seona is not his love rival in any way. He does know that. Deep, deep down inside. However, that does not mean he will not give a tiny glare at her whenever Haeun goes bouncing to her side when he had just been talking to the love of his life a few minutes ago, before Seona's arrival. This only happens during the first few months of the gathering, before he at last manages to get close enough to Haeun. After that, he treats Seona with a much friendlier attitude.

APPEARANCE » Taemin has naturally dark hair that he does not think of changing, which is something Haeun likes as she prefers darker hair colors. He is 177cm tall and is pretty slim for a guy at 59kg. Since he looks like a pretty boy, he exercises a lot so that he has a man's body, as he hates when others mistake him as a girl.

STYLE » He does wear green traditional clothes on formal events. However, whenever he wears casual clothings, he will try to wear any other colors except green, since it somehow reminds him of his role. He is more on wearing comfortably than nice clothes, so Jongin will tend to be the one helping him choose whenever he needed to wear hanboks.

PERSONALITY »

+ hardworking, faithful, observant, charismatic, sweet

= adventurous

- mischievous, possessive, quick-tempered, secretly rebellious, self-critical, careless

Taemin is the type to be focused and hardworking on the things he is interested in doing, even for his love-hate relationship with performing arts. He can spend many hours or even days practising the same song just because he himself does not think that he is good at it. He is also faithful, and as Jongin describes, is the type to love just one girl for the rest of his life. Also, he is the type to be really sweet and considerate to the one he loves. He might even be a romantic, but no one knows since he has never been in love before. Being observant is also in his blood, and he is good at spotting out small details that others are prone to miss out. However, that does not mean that he is not careless, as he loses things really easily. One moment, his papers might be in his bag, but after talking to Jongin, they simply disappeared and it usually takes Jongin a few days to find them back. And no, you did not read it wrongly, 8 out of 10 times, it would be other people who finds Taemin's lost items. Especially when he is performing, he is extremely charismatic. From his gaze to his moves, he captures people's attention and keeps them on him.

When he is free, he tends to be more adventurous and likes to explore new locations that have beautiful sceneries, possibly since it relaxes his stressful life and also Gwangju has many such places. He loves to play pranks on his father, showing his mischievous side, and would usually ends up with him geting punished, though not too harshly, so he never did stop. Another negative point is that he is possessive over the girl he likes. He does not like when other guys get too close to her, or worse, have contact with her. He can be easy-going about many things, but when it comes to stuff that he dislike people to do or act, he tends to have a temper really quickly. He is secretly rebellious if he could, but only towards his mother. He would do the stuff she tells him not to behind her back, as if it was a way to get rid of the stress he gets from her. Being a self-critical person, he is harsh on himself during practice, and if he does not do well for one performance, he tends to practice over and over again before he gets it right. He is not so intent on competing with others, but rather whether he himself is happy with his performances.

BACKGROUND »

Being born into the royal family is not as comfortable for Taemin as it was for Haeun. He always wondered why he had to be under so much stress even though he is not the crown prince of Gwangju, not even a direct descendant of the King himself. His mother respected and loved her brother, the king and hated if her son would ever smear his reputation. The king though, is less than concerned if Taemin was doing well, and like Taemin's father, think that his happiness is more important. However, with Taemin's mother being absurdly stubborn, neither of them could outwardly help Taemin, but would do small stuff like his father bringing his mother out, or the king "ordering" Taemin to go to a particular place to get something back for him (when in reality it was to let him enjoy himself).

Taemin basically lives most of his life training both traditional dance and music, so before he meets Jongin in School of Traditions, he did not really have what we call a friend... or actually much life outside of dance and music. They will practise hard and play hard. Even though Taemin is stressed out from his role, he is still glad to be able to enjoy himself with Jongin, and having someone his age who understood him well.

And then the music competition came. Competition? It means a chance to see how good you are. Which means that obviously Taemin's mother will sign him up for it. Even though she had not asked him or even mentioned it before she went ahead with it. When he got second place, she was really upset. His father was proud. His cousins were happy for him. The king loved his performance. But his mother? Upset. Furious, in fact. So, the king finally ignored his sister's complaints and used his authority to push ahead for his nephew to be one of the delegates since he is in second place. Even if he did not find a wife, at least he can learn more from the experience and get away from his mother, even if it was only for a year.

LOVE STORY »

Love at first sight was something that Taemin had never believed in. Technically, it did not happen, since he had somehow dreamt of his future wife, who actually looked a lot like Haeun (no, he is not lying and no, he cannot usually "see the future"), even before he met her. However, since it was the first time he saw her in real life, he still has to eat his words about "love at first sight is just rubbish". He also would not be able to tell her that he dreamt of her before he met her, because it would sound either like a creep or just a bad pickup line. His feelings for her started once they met, but that was far from what is happening on her side. In fact, Haeun looked like she was more interested in befriending all the delegates than marry any of them. The person she was most interested in? Seona. Jung Seona. The one his love calls "Little Cherry Blossom". Why did she get a nickname but not him?

He thought that it would be a simply love story: he woos her, she falls in love with him, and they get married and end up happily ever after together. But he did not know that there will be so much trouble and obstacles before he can actually get the girl's heart.

It does not help matters when Hajoon tried to keep them apart, or when Jinki also started to like Haeun, or when he got to know there was a ploy by another delegate. He was also a year younger than her, which made her treat him like the kids she played with and gave sweets to back in Goyang. He hated that fact and tried to act mature whenever he was with her. He does, however, appreciate it and is very happy when she admitted to him that she just cannot see him as a girl no matter how much she tries to, as his face looks very manly to him.

But slowly, very slowly, his feelings and sincerity towards her paid off. When he got to know that she was just as afraid of bugs as him, he even "saved" her from a flying moth before running away with her, hand in hand. They gradually talked more, and she shared with him her inner thoughts like how she was thinking whether she should stop being so dependent on other people, and him admitting that he loves music and dance, but hated how much stress he gets from it as well. He actually teared up in front of her, which made him think that she would think lesser of him, but she admitted that she feels it is manly of him to cry in front of her, though he immediately said "I'm not crying. Just tearing up a little. Just a little."

When Soohyun got to know about Jinki and Taemin, he tried to make Haeun hate them by setting them up. However, it backfired on him since after thinking it through clearly, Haeun felt that from all the times they talked alone, Taemin was not such a guy and she believed in Jinki and Taemin.

One particular night, after most of the problems had died down, Taemin brought her to a grassland that not many delegates know, since he frequently sneaked out. From their talks, he got to know that she loves the starry sky, and so he took her to that secret location, which is full of stars at night. It was there that he confessed his feelings and the secret meaning behind his nickname for her all these while.

TRIVIA »

Likes: Performing, music, dance, meat, tea, nature, his lips, animals, Gwangju, and of course Haeun.

Dislikes: Bugs, stress, when people said he looks like a girl, when Haeun treats him like a younger person, sly people.

Habits: He does not cry even when he feels sad or in pain; when he is bored or tired, his mouth hangs loose and open; when he is laughing happily, he will usually be hitting his thighs or any other surfaces;

Hobbies: Practising the dance and other performances, exploring, pranking his father, hanging out with Jongin, exercising with Jongin.

Get them away from me: If it is something Taemin is fearful of, it is bugs. Especially if they fly. Poor thing will usually run away from moths, bees... you get the drift. There is basically no bother about his manliness or image whenever an insect is around. It does not help that Gwangju, with its beautiful scenery, has plenty of bugs.

It's a love-hate relationship: He loves music and also performing, but he hated how due to his mother and his position he has to be perfect in it.

My odd shaped lip: He feels that he has a very unique shaped upper lip and keeps asking Haeun to look at it, but it will usually end up with him staring at her lips instead.

I'm the manliest man you'll ever see: Since he has what others might call a feminine face, he tends to avoid doing more "feminine" stuff, like crying, growing out his hair, and likes to cough in a low and deep voice whenever he observes people wondering about his gender. Bugs is the only exception. He is extremely happy when the love of his life told him that she had and would never be able to see him as a girl no matter how hard she tries.

My magic hands: He loses things so easily. So, so easily. Don't give him any important documents. In fact, hold on to HIS important documents. Because if you don't, the next thing you will hear is him asking, "have you seen...?"

last words.

comments/suggestions » I think this is my first time trying out such a naive yet spoiled princess, but I simply adore her, as I do my characters. :D She is basically still a kid at heart even though she is already 18, so I was thinking the gathering should make her much more mature? I hope...? I hope that there is enough negative traits for her to grow up from actually.

I only read what you wrote for Seona after I thought up Haeun, and thought that it was really interesting that both of them were protected and doted upon, but while Seona and her family is trying to let her be more independent and mature, Haeun's family does not want to let her go and Haeun herself does not care that she is being overprotected and also dependent on the people around her. It's kind of like the similar situations does not mean they will grow up the same, and since I study Psychology I found that interesting! :)

I'm not sure if this will clash with your original idea of the princess of Goyang due to her being spoiled and everything.

Also, I'm not sure if her hanbok style is alright? You mentioned that the colors are the main colors for the delegates but I was thinking since Goyang is place with fabrics, maybe Haeun would be more spoiled for choices regarding her hanboks compared to the others. Also would Hajoon be able to join the gathering just as a side character? I know she has many people in the family, but that bit was mainly to show why she was spoiled, since she was the princess the family and Goyang citizens were waiting for. I made the crown prince and second prince away most of the time so that unless it is necessary, you do not have to bring them and their wives in. :)

I know you prefer idol face claims but ulzzang face claims allows me to have more inspirations, so I hope you don't mind! :D But if you do, please use Yoojin, the backup faceclaim!

Is the story too dramatic? I'm not sure if you would think so. Initially I just put the story between Taemin, Jinki and Haeun. But later when I woke up one day, I wondered if it was too smooth sailing between them and the Ulsan prince came to mind...  is there too much drama now? Let me know if I should not add the Ulsan rival in.

I am also not sure why my photos kept disappearing whenever I save and I have to keep adding the photos, that is why the love interest's photos' positioning look a little weird. Hope you don't mind.

I do not know what is your main plan for the kingdoms and their delegates, so I did not elaborate on Soohyuk's scheme. If you need me to though, just let me know!

scene requests » I can only think of the part where Taemin confesses to Haeun. :D
