1:What is your name and does it mean anything?

• My name is Ashley and according to the internet is means "to rise from the ashes", so it's very inspirational despite being hella common. 

2:How long have you known your best friend?

• I've been rather anti-social lately so I don't even really have a bff. But my last best friend I have known since freshman year of high school, 2011, so five years dang. 

3:What position do you normally sleep in?.

• I sleep on my belly with the right side of my face laying on my pillow.

4:Were you a part of any “clique” in high school?

• I guess like, the creative writing clique, if that's a thing? It probably was. We were all kinda anti-social and just wanted to be lazy and occasionally write a short story or something ha.

5:Who was your favorite teacher in high school and why?

• Mr. Linden. He was my creative writing/AP Lit teacher for three years. He's an awesome guy who got frustrated with my classes during my senior year bc everyone got hella lazy. But he was such a good teacher that Junior year my creative writing class threw a surprise party for him with balloons and streamers and cupcakes and bubbles and everything. It was awesome and he actually smiled. (We would joke and call him Satan bc he was very honest and sassy and low-key evil). Even though I was a bad student in high school, I could go on for hours about how much Mr. Linden impacted me and how much I appreciate him. 

6:Do you wish to travel a lot?

• YES PLEASE. I've wanted to travel since I was very young and even start learning different languages when I was eleven. My top places to go are Ireland, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong. I'd LOVE to visit every country (or as many as I can go to) in the world. 

7:Did you participate in any sports while in school?

• Nah. I considered doing softball my first year of high school, but I ended up getting into the artsy programs like choir, visual art, creative writing, etc. instead. 

8:Show a sample of your handwriting: 

• I tried to do this y'all but the lighting in my room in ish rn and my phone's online camera roll wasn't showing the picture I took so meh, no pic for now.

9:Have you ever given blood?

• Nope. I tried once to go with my friend but by the time we got there they had run out of bags and we were both actually pretty relieved bc the thought of getting blood out of your blood is kinda scary.

10:Do you like the way that you grew up?

• It wasn't the best but it had it's highlights. It shaped me into the person I am today so I can't complain. 

11:Do you like your siblings? Why or why not?

• I don't have any siblings lol.

12:How did you meet your best friend and why did you become friends?

• My most recent best friend I met in art class during freshman year and we ended up sitting next to each other and occasionally complained about how we had no idea what we were doing so we became friends. 

13:Name one movie that made you cry.

• Freakin' Werewolf Boy bc the ending made me so MAD and annoyed and upset gosh why did they have to do that. 

14:Do you prefer to read poetry, write poetry, or neither?

• I'm always a for a poetry. I love writing it but trying to find solid ones to read is pretty hard, but very worthwhile when you find a good one. I love both reading and writing anything honestly.

15:Things about someone that you find attractive?

• Playfulness, confidence and being open minded and thoughtful.

16:What song are you currently listening to?

17:Have you ever broken a bone? If so, how?

• I broke my right arm near the wrist when I was six because I was rocking back and forth in a plastic chair on the edge of my porch and I fell backwards and I guess I tried to catch myself but instead my bone cracked and it looked like a boomerang. It happened in July and my birthday is in August so I have pictures of me at my seventh birthday party rocking a bright red cast on my arm. Then I started second grade and still had to wear the cast, but I'm left-handed so my teacher's didn't give me any special treatment and I still had to do all of my work and run around in gym like everyone else. 

18:A random memory from your childhood:

• Since I was just talking about running around in gym when I was little, I remember this game we used to play where the teacher would call out a characteristic and if you fit it, you had to run to the other side of the room or something. He would say things like "If your wearing shorts" or "Everyone wearing a red shirt" and I remember sometimes he would be silly and pick on specific people so they would have to run across the room by themselves, and I remember one time he did this to me by saying something like "If you have dark brown hair in a ponytail and wear glasses" (I have bad eyesight and wear glasses on and off) and I just remember being like "yo forreal" haha

19:Where did you grow up

• On the edge of a medium sized town in the southern part of the USA.

20:What was the last thing you watched on tv?

• I don't watch TV at ALL anymore, I don't even have a tv in my room anymore either haha. But the last tv show I watched was a drama called On the Wings of Love (but I watched it on my phone so idk if it counts)

21:Do you think you’d make a good parent?

• Yeah. I don't want to have a kid for a long time though.

22:Would you like to meet any of your AFF friends in person?

• I'm down to meet all y'all in person. Let's watch kpop mvs and chill.

22:What was the last dream you remember having?

• I had a dream last night but I don't remember what happened in it anymore, but I do know that stuff happened. 

23:When is your birthday?

• August 10th! Leo fo' lyfe.

24:How many pillows do you sleep with?

• Two. They are really puffy so I put one under my head and sit the other against the wall, so I really only use one. 

25:Do you wear glasses? If so, how long have you been wearing glasses?

• My far away vision is blurry, so if I need to see things far away, I'll wear them. I've been using glasses since I was very little, like five or six years old. 

26:What color is your hair?

• Dark brown

27:Name 5 facts about your appearance:

• Dark brown eyes
• Freckles in the summer

• Thick eyebrows

28:What is your favorite soda?

• I recently made myself stop drinking soda bc it makes me feel all gross and bloated and gives me gas, but my favorite used to be Dr. Pepper. 

29:What is a strange talent that you have?

• I'm good at predicting stories. I'm so open minded that I immediately come up with every possible scenario that could happen when reading/watching something. So even if there are lots of plot twists, I always see them coming. I guess that's why it's easy for me to include plot twists in my own stories. 

30:How’s the weather right now?

• It's alright. It's like 30 degrees Fahrenheit right now and it's still winter. But it's warmer than it has been the past few days. I'll probably go on a walk after I finish these questions~

31:Why did one of your friendships end?

• Cause I'm lazy when it comes to talking to my friends so I just forget to talk to them.

32:Who do you miss right now?

• No one really (is that heartless? I"m just being honest...)

33:Why did your last relationship end?

• I've never been in a relationship. I at having normal friendships, so I'd REALLY have to give a about a guy to date him. 

34:Are you still figuring out who you are?

• Yas queen. I'm only eighteen and how no clue what the hell I'm doin with myself right now.

35:Have you ever been admitted to a hospital? Why?

• Never a mental hospital, which is what came to mind when I read this. But when I was very small (like two or three) I had to get stitches near my eye cause I felt and hit the corner of my face on a coffee table. Then of course I broke my arm so I had to go get it fixed. Then, I have scoliosis which is where you have a curve in your spine. Mine is pretty bad (I'm like four inches shorter than I should be bc my spine is so curved so I have a really short torso) so when I was eight, I had to get surgery. I didn't even get it corrected (I was supposed to get a back brace in middle school but I cried when the doctor told me bc I didn't want to get teased at school so I ended up not wearing one. But I regret it now bc it probably would have helped my back a lot and helped me grow a lot taller), but there was a fiber at the end of my spine they had to remove otherwise it would tug at my spine and I would be the hunchback of notre dome.

36:What is your favorite restaurant?

• I like never go out to eat so honestly idk. I'm not picky about food bc I'm not a big fan of food (I eat plenty, but I don't really enjoy/love food like some people do) so I just eat whatever everyone around me wants to get. I really love the french fries from Rallys (Some places call it Checkers) though. I could eat that every single day and never get sick of them.

37:What is word that you always seem to spell wrong?

• My own name! My emails are always my full name followed by my birth year, so whenever I have to type in my email to login in or type my name to sign up for something I always it up. I always end up typing it too fast so it looks like ahslye instead of ashley. 

38:Would you ever adopt kids?

• I'd prefer to adopt honestly. I don't want to carry around a watermelon in my stomach for nearly a year and then risk dying by pushing it out wtf. Plus you poo yourself usually after you poo out the baby and that's just embarrassing. Watch me end up becoming a surrogate or something and giving birth to others peoples babies and stuff omg lol. 

39:What is your favorite kind of pizza?

• Pepperoni. Basic and trustworthy. 

40:What was your first thought when you woke up this morning?

• I don't remember that type of stuff. Probably something about my dog bc she always cuddles up with me and sleeps in my bed so I probably checked under the covers to make sure I wasn't squishing her or something. Or maybe I thought about whatever my dream was. 

41:When was the last time you got really really happy and why?

• Last night I was watching Celebrity Big Brother bc I saw clips of Tiffany Pollard aka New York aka MY QUEEN on there on tumblr and her moments from that show are so iconic and I grew up watching her on Flavor of Love and her own dating show and even the show where she went out and did dirty jobs. Even though I was like eight or nine I was a total diva and loved reality tv. But anyway I watched the first episode of Big Brother because I'm going to watch that season since I heard she came in fourth place so I want to watch her on there. So when I was watching episode, they announced each person one by one and Tiffany was the fifth to come out and I got so hyped I lost all of my chill omg I turned into a ing drag queen and started flailing and commenting on her outfit and her makeup and I was living, it was everything, I'm so hyped just thinking about it omg haha. 

42:What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten?

• Kiwi with the skin still on. I read you could eat it that way online and there was kiwi at lunch at school during my senior year so I ate it like that and also made all of my friends try it like that. That was the only time I've ever peer pressured people to do something they didn't want to, but their faces were hilarious so I don't regret it lol. It tastes pretty good though so I wasn't really being that mean by making them do it.

• I usually ask a question about the person or what they are doing that way we have something to talk about. 

44:What’s a band you’ve been obsessed with lately?

• Got7 as always. 

45:Do you come from a family “of money?”

• Nah, not at all lol

46:Do you have a bucket list?

• I used to but then my goals changed so I don't really feel like revising it. So no. 

47:What is your favorite series of books?

• The Emily of New Moon series. It's actually really good and I kind of want to reread it but I also don't want to tarnish the perfect ideal it holds in my mind so I might not reread it for a while. Maybe I'll just go ahead and reread it tonight because I'm stubborn lol.

48:When was the last time you laughed so hard your stomach hurt?

• I think it was when one day I was laying on bed watching a youtube video on my phone. I scrolled down to read the comments and saw one that said something along the lines of "I never go on dates with my girlfriend anymore because now she's my wife" or something, it was better written than that but I thought it was silly and cute so it made me laugh. But then, my dog (who is a toy chihuahua, very small little dog) tried to jump on my bed, but I had my leg hanging off so it blocked her jump and she fell and hit the floor (she didn't get hurt so don't worry) and she's so dramatic that she like squealed and then I heard the thud from her falling and I was already laughing from the comment, but I heard that and I started laughing SO HARD I was crying and got an ab work-out from how much my stomach hurt. 

49:Where do you go when you’re sad?

• I lie on the floor and cry while listening to One Direction. Listening to One Direction always makes me in touch with my emotions and helps me get myself together. I'll forever be 1D AF.
