This book will be the end of me. I have to read and annotate 10 chapters of Silas Marner by Monday, but hell, I don't even understand the content. I'm like one third down the third page, my annotations , and everytime I try to move on, I have a panic attack about it because I understand Jack diddly squat.

I'm in 9th grade Cambridge English, but I don't have the comprehensive skills to understand the vocabulary and sentence structure the author uses in the book, so....

I'm ed aren't I?

I've given up all hope on trying because I've been trying since.... If today is Friday.... Then last Friday. And I only have three. Pages. Done. Just that fact gives me anxiety because when I go back to school, my teacher is going to chew me out because this book counts as 6-7 grades right now... And I have less than 5 percent done...

I can feel my grades dropping along with my body because I am dead.
