Hello muzicians!

Today will be a bit of a storytelling post, as I got the chance to meet both Epik High and BTS on two separate occasions and I'd like to share the stories of how it all happened with you! ^^

Meeting BTS:

A while ago I got the chance to see BTS at a concert and do a hi-touch with them in person. Let me just tell y'all - they are freaking gorgeous and super tall, no lie. Like I'm not even joking. (or maybe it's because I'm short? xD)

Here's a quick recap of my thoughts of them:

Namjoon: was really kind and friendly, constantly smiling with his lil' dimples and flashing his pearly whites everywhere. Basically a tall cutie patootie, but I could tell he was exhausted from the performances. (sHARE YOUR SKIN SECRETS WITH ME NAMJOON)

Suga: he looked pretty strained. I don't mean this in a negative way (he was still gorgeous ofc) but he looked pretty tired and done with the world LOL. He looked like he just wanted to go home and sleep (and I don't blame him. poor things looked so tired...)

V: barely got a glimpse of the cutie... again, because the hi-touch went so fast, I couldn't focus, but I did see him grinning and his tuft of caramel brown hair hahaha!

Jin: super tall. Again, barely got a glimpse... All I remember is him being his pretty little self. xD

Hoseok: barely a glimpse of the hobi T____T i think(?) he was wearing a beanie? I don't remember because of who was beside him (gdi)

Jungkook: ohmygod. he was the reason why I couldn't properly focus on Tae, Jin, and Hobi. he was literally a tree compared to my height but holy cow he is beautiful. Hair was gelled up (similar to the Dope MV?) and just stared at me while I hi-fived him hahaha. Here's the highlight though... I had to let him know he was my bias without scaring him off (otl) so without thinking I grasped his hand and said very seriously: "I love you!" and gdi do you know what he said back? He gave an adorable little chuckle/smirk and was like "Oh, I love you too!" FML #StopJeonJungkook2K16

Jimin: he was the last one and I was hyperventilating because of Jungkook's response (hA). His orangey hair was in a beanie (one of those he usually wears). He was literally grinning/chortling at me and Jungkook's little interaction. I kinda squeezed his hand before saying thank you to him. (And he squeezed back before smiling!) Holy cow guys he was the softest hands ever. Like EVER.

TL;DR: Jungkook says he loves me (although he prolly says that to everyone that says it first hahaha), Namjoon has flawless skin, Suga wants to go home and Jimin has the softest hands out of all of Bangtan. (not sure about hobi, jin, and taehyung.... but I'm sure they're all angels! T___T)

I was going to say ily in Korean to Jungkook (fun fact, I'm south korean haha) but I blanked out and spoke in english instead... Well, let's just say that my legs were wobbling and I was in sliiiight denial for a while LOL. I was actually really stressed at the time of the concert and I didn't even want to go because of all the stress, but after this experience they ended up cheering me up even more than they'll ever know. ^-^ 

Meeting Epik High:

As a birthday present last year, I was able to see Epik High during their North American concert!

Let me just say - they're amazing performers. Tablo has been my role model and a source of inspiration for me ever since Epik High came out into the Korean music industry. Being Korean, everyone knows Epik High, but they were one of the very first artists that got me into K-pop regularly.

After enjoying the concert (with a pretty good view), we got to go backstage and meet Tukutz first!

Tukutz was super down to earth, really 4D, and humble. He signed my Born Hater snapback with my name and also signed a free poster they gave us! Afterwards, Mithra Jin came out and signed again (they all came out one by one haha), and he was pretty quiet and looked tired (couldn't blame him).

And then the glorious Tablo. 

I was internally freaking out but trying to be cool about the whole thing. He was really goofy and down to earth like Tukutz, but spoke with us in English and Korean as well. He asked me casual questions like if I enjoyed the concert, etc. etc.

All in all, it was a really amazing experience that I will never forget for my whole life! They were all really sincere.

By now, it probably sounds like meeting Kpop singers is something regular for me, but trust me, it's not. LOL. These two events were wicked and once-in a lifetime chances, and both were definitely instances to remember forever.
