Why did I start writing? Why don't I take story requests?
Hi, guys! :D
Actually - there's something I want to say here. Instead of skimming through this little note, I hope you guys read and understand the following.
If you guys ever feel obligated to read any of my work - please don't be. If you're not happy or satisfied with my stories, you're free to leave, but that does not mean that I don't want you guys to keep reading. I hope you guys know that I'm very, very blessed to have so many supportive readers and that I really appreciate everything - down to the comments that you guys post on every chapter. I read all of them and they all put a smile to my face. :)
Muzicians are simply awesome and they're my incentive to continue writing. I even appreciate the constructive criticism that people write, as long as it's supportive and not flat out derogatory. However, I always keep in mind that the reason I started writing stories was because I was happy to write them and pour every emotion I felt into them. I write because it's satisfying for myself, and that's the reason why I write fics the way I want to - not the way anyone else wants, including muzicians. (Which is also why I don't take story requests!)
That doesn't mean that I don't appreciate you guys though. You guys cheer me on and help me get better and better. Some of you guys even give me some tips to improve, and I wanted to thank you all for that, even though I try to say it as much as I can. :D
So to the people that don't like the story I just wanted to say that I don't mind if you aren't satisfied. That doesn't matter to me because I myself am satisfied with it, and I'm sure that there's others out there that enjoy my stories and enjoy reading them. But please keep your harsh opinions to yourself. I wouldn't mind if someone told me that a particular fic wasn't their cup of tea but they still wish me luck to improve. Those are comments that I'm genuinely thankful for (along with the positive ones), and that's just expressing a harmless opinion. I fully understand them.
There's no use in spreading hate. If you don't like, simply don't read. I'm sure there are other writers out there that will satisfy your reading needs. :)
To the muzicians - loyal and new - thank you guys as always for your love and support. I know I say this all the time (LOL), but I really am grateful to you guys for always reading and making an effort to comment and enjoy my stories, even though you might not be 100% satisfied with them!
OTL sorry for the long rant, but I believe that everyone can express their opinions, and I decided to express mine. This has been on my mind for a while, and I just wanted to let it out there, so thanks to everyone who has read thus far. I applaud you! xD /hands a free L. Joe LOL.
