My sincerest to my spooktacular gouls, this child of the night has been lost in the darkness of this nightmarish season all moon long. (Translation: My apologies to all my readers,  October has been a busy month for me due to Halloween.)

In preparation for the day of the dead, the eve upon which the children of darkness roam the mortal realm and congregate with the living, my blood and I have been readying ourselves to welcome them with open claw to celebrate our one night of freedom from light's suffocating banishment. 
(Translation: In preparation for Halloween, the night where we celebrate the holiday and hold a party every year, my family and I have been setting up our party decor and getting ready for our yearly Halloween bash.)

As the darkness fades, and our brethren return to the realm of eternal night, my duty to them shall end...until I'm called upon once more...I shall reluctantly return to the living and, with wicked grace, spin my entrancing tales to the unwitting masses once more. 
(Translation: When Halloween is past, I will return to my regular routine. Updates for all fanfiction will resume soon.)
