Hello there! Now, since Kahi's birthday I haven't written a blog post, the reason behind that is mostly because nothing in KPop amde me want to write about it.

But then they happened.

Who's 'they'?RaNia.

Now I know that they debuted in April 2011(the 6th I believe) so yes,I am one of the last passengers on the RaNia train.I had heard of them,but my procrastination instincts kicked in and I kept forgetting to look them up.

The basic information about them that I had collected without meaning to was that they had a member that's fluent in Japanese,they have a member that's native to Thailand and apparently one of their two rappers is like on legs.

So in December I had found a ballad song,"Goodbye" by them from their most recent EP.When I heard it I was like "Whoa, they have some killer vocals." And then the rappers came on and I was like "Whoa.They actually rap!" And then I looked up the lyrics and I was like,"Whoa!It's so heartbreaking,I love it!"

So yeah,I fell in love with them through their not-promoted song.

And since the song was only audio,I never saw them dance and perform. Because I have this theory that if you purposely search up a song just because the title sounds nice, you won't like it,than if you were doing it out of plain curiosity.

But then I was on seoulbeats and they had an article about songs that were obviously about , and along with After School's 'BANG!','Dr.Feel Good' was on the list.

So I got interested and killed off my procrastination for that moment,and I searched up 'Dr.Feel Good' on YouTube and watched it.

Greatest decision of my life.

What I saw:

My.heart.and.mind.and.ovaries.cannot.handle.all.of.this.hot.ness.

There were so many things I loved about this song and video that I can't explain at once.

1.The members.

It may take me a while to figure out who is who (besides Di) but one thing is for sure:All of these girls are stunningly beautiful.There may be members of other groups that I don't find completely attractive,but I cannot find one in this group. They are all stunningly amazing.

And apparently the members are fluent in English, Korean, Thai, and Japanese.

That impresses me to no bounds.Who knows if that's actually true,but of course the native Thai speaks it and would most likely teach it to the others.Same for the fluent Japanese member (Riko).I also listened to the English version of 'Dr.Feel Good' and I could actually understand most of it

Much props.

2.The choreography

Obviously this isn't going to be the kind of choreography that they would play on Disney Channel during commercial breaks.Obviously. I don't why, but I loved the choreo.Provocative yes,I won't deny that, But something about it didn't make me feel that it was "ty provocative".I found it more of a Cat Dolls 'Buttons'-esque provocative.Either way I loved it.Hottest thing I've seen.Ever.

And the outfits for it were picked out with sense.I love their stylist

Even though I hate the censored choreo for live performances.

The only that I'm iffy about is that the two maknaes were 17 at the time of release.But eh, I guess it's better that they're a few months away from being 18 than being a few years away from it.

3.The vocals

ASDFGHJKL.FULL PACKAGE.FULL.PACKAGE. 

The video was hot and their vocals were even better. Whoever did the adlibs in English ("My chair~"),has some serious soul.I believe it's Jooyi.I was pleasantly surprised that they packed so much amazing vocals into a song that wasn't a ballad.

And the first singer in the song(Xia) had some seriously strong vocals. And then I find out that it's the maknae! EVEN BETTER.

Also,to fuel my current obsession I went through a multitude of live performances and....THEIR VOCALS WERE STILL AMAZING.

And Di's y.

Just saying.

4. The song

Now, I could tell from the English that this song was about , and the translations proved that. And the English version proved that to the tenth power.

The English in the Korean version:"Strap me down into my chair"

"I need to feel real good,cause I've been really bad bad"

Translations of the Korean version:"Honestly,I didn't dislike the stares you gave me."

"My body started shaking like I've been waiting for it"

English version:"I need to feel real good.After our last encounter,everything changed."

"Whatever you did,just do it again,you got me feeling f-f-f--feeling"

Pelvic ing as they say "make me feel real good"?Doesn't take Sherlock to figure this song out.But excluding the lyrics, I loved the way they delivered it.The beat was catchy and their vocals were explained above^^.But yeah,the lyrics were very racy lol.

Side Note:I've also seen a few comments saying that in a few months/years they could be SNSD's badass baby cousin.

I agree.

If Teddy Riley had stayed with them.

Now they kind of sound generic KPop-ish.OHWELL.

I will keep up my newly born love for them.

I will stan them.

I will continue this new obsession for RaNia.

I also feel that since Di is so y and seems to make the thighs of females quiver,by June of this year Amber will have whored her way over to Di in hopes of challenging her.

I believe this will happen.

Also since the Thai member caught my eye, and looks really adorable,she is bias material.
