Liking someone ten years older than me

I know that most of you aren't even going to bother reading this blog because you guys always ignore, but if you do read it please tell me what i should do.. I really sincerly like my Taekwondo teacher and he is approximately ten years older than me, which is so sad. I am currently 17 years old and judging from his looks he looks about 27-28 ish. I never believed in love at first sight but when i saw him, a light bulb in my head just automatically . I know this sounds really creepy that i'm crushing on some person ten years older than me, but i really like him and i don't know what i should do..

I know that there's 0.00% possibility (well maybe 0.01% it's good to keep your possibilities open) but i really want to let him know how i feel about him.. Unrequited love is hard, especially when you know that it's probably not going to work out.. But i don't want to just let it pass without saying a single word.. 

What should i do..?

Is it a good idea to confess to him? Or should i just keep silent and just.. let it pass..?

I don't see why its going to be a problem. My girlfriend is 6 years younger than me. Good luck and don't lose hope :)

Hrm.. I would say that it would be better to wait a bit on the whole confession. Only because it could give you the opportunity to see if he has any traits that you see as a complete TURN OFF. About the age difference I don't think its too much of a problem because my brother is dating someone almost 13 years older than he is (however he's about 27). I'd say to try and hang out with him outside of taekwondo BUUUUUT that would seem a bit strange. I hope everything works out between you two!

I think you have more than a 0.01% chance! My parents are 10 years apart, that had a similar situation, except, my dad was the one who liked my mom. My mom was 19 while my dad was 29 when they finally got married. So, I don't think it's creepy at all, love doesn't have boundaries and age shouldn't matter. But, that doesn't mean you shouldn't think thoroughly about it, are your feelings for him love? Or is it admiration? Because though they're similar, they are different. If I were you, I wouldn't confess to him yet. I'd observe him, and spot any traces that he feels the same for you, I'd be afraid to ruin the relationship you already have with him.

dont worry, its not creepy! think about all the kpop fans in elementary who like idols loads older than them! maybe you should just subtly hint at it like perhaps mention that he has a cuteness about him or that you think he has pleasant qualities that make him a likable person? >3<
