Ooh Philippines! Whoop whoop Filipina over here, but in London! What part? You can go island hopping, which was amazing for me, so if you don't get sick riding a boat island to island, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Stuff are cheaper there than in some countries. Also, since it's August, it will be really hot, so please wear lotion to protect ya, but you know that! Enjoy Philippines!
Come here in Cebu! Do you know how to swim? You can go here in Oslob to swim with whale sharks! They are harmless. And there's this wonderful falls called Kawasan! Im living in Cebu. How I wish we could meet if time permits! Enjoy! And oh, dont forget to eat our dried mangoes! ;)

WHY HELLO THERE THANKYOU FOR CHOOSING THE PHILIPPINES. If you wanna go to a Korean store there's one called CNA and the Ph is the only country outside Korea that has it, so feel free to check out the branches. Also you'll be surprised on how many Koreans you'll find in Ph colleges. Definitely, try traditional food like puto bumbong, halo-halo, and stuff and also give our exotic food a try because although alot of the stuff looks like bleh they all taste really good!! But if you're looking for relaxation or honeymoon (hurhurhue) go to the beach like Boracay or Palawan (I prefer the latter) if you wanna do adventure or stuff go to fun sites like Cebu or Bohol or maybe even Baguio if you're into farms and strawberries~ BUT A WORD OF CAUTION it's a lot hotter here than you think so brace yourself for the sudden heat then rain then slight flood then dry hehe. Malls in the Philippines are also really cool and they're a lot cheaper here compared to other countries!! I guess it all depends on where you stay and land, and please do not judge our cheapy cheap airport :P HOPE YOU HAVE FUN HERE!! ❤️❤️❤️
I think you should try going to Palawan or maybe Vigan if you want something a bit historical. I live in Baguio City so yeah that's my number one recommendation. There's Mines View, Burnham, Cathedral and uhm a scary place would be White House and Diplomat but please do be careful when going there.
Well, I grew up in Baguio City and that's probably what I can recommend hihi :D My bestfriend lives there right now.. There's this cafe that I went to when I visited home and it's called Cafe in the Sky.. and it almost what it really sounds like XD it's a tricky place to go but it's really worth it because of the view.. I think they have a facebook page you can check out.. also there's Tam Awan Village or Garden in the Sky where you can get an experience of the culture of the tribes in Baguio.. and it's an artist colony, lots and lots of arts are displayed there. Noticed how "in the sky" is often heard in Baguio? hihi that's because Baguio is known for mountains.. and Pine Trees XD
But if you're up for beaches, Palawan, Cebu and Boracay are great for first timers in the Philippines.. I could go on and on for place you can visit but i dont wanna overwhelm you :) I hope you have fun in my homeland!
Wow hope you enjoy your stay here even though I'm quite sure its gonna rain a lot :'( It's Rainy season here in the Philippines but I hope you try some street food or mangoes. Riding jeepneys would be fun too :)))
Try street food(Kwek kwek, fishball, isaw!!)Bananaque/turon!!! Shawarma (try mo shawarma co is the best), sisig, chicharon, filipino delicacies (casava/bibingka/suman) and Jollibee ofcourse!!! there r lots of yummy filipino foooood hope you enjoy the Ph!! :D
