Hey, I know this probably a lost cause but I’m hopeful either way! <3

I don’t think I can make up any creative answer as to why I like Bangtan, so I’m honestly just going to pour out my heart. Which is why I warn you now, this will sound messy-

So, I first stumbled upon Bangtan randomly on Youtube. It was under my “Recommended” videos, and so out of curiosity, I clicked the video. The video wasn’t subbed so I had no idea what the chubby-cheeked bagel boy on the screen was saying but he sounded adorable nonetheless. And with my limited knowledge of hangul, I learnt his name was Jimin. After browsing through their channel, I saw their practise videos. Ugh, cute boys who can dance just get to me. After learning a few of their names, I grew interested in them. I watched all their blogs and videos even though I didn’t understand what in God’s name they were saying. But these boys seemed genuinely sincere and hard-working. And I have been hooked ever since. (Even though when I watch some of their Bangtan Bombs, I really wonder why I like them so much.)

As to why I should win, I really don’t know what to say, really. I don’t think I deserve the album any more than anyone else but I would appreciate being given the album nonetheless. It will be my first Bangtan album that I will own and I will treasure it forever. Despite there being no Cypher track (I live for Bangtan Cyphers), The Most Beautiful Moment In Life Part. 1 is my favourite album so far. There are a few tracks on this album that differ from their previous songs and maybe that’s why I like it so much; it’s diverse and refreshing to the ear. My favourite track is Hold Me Tight and I was completely stunned to know that Taehyung composed it. It’s an amazing track!Jungkook also took part in the production for their Outro. Poor Jimin, though. He’s been given Suga lyrics that can’t be used for their albums. ; ;

And now for the hardest part; picking a member and why I like him. If I could, I’ll list what attracts me to all the members, but this blog would go on forever. Instead, I’ll pick my bias J-Hope (as if you didn't know that from my username). I admit, when I first saw J-Hope (notably in the MV for Graduation), I thought he was just an ordinary rapper. The kind that raps about sleeping with girls and partying because he looked incredibly shifty to me. But after getting to know him, I now appreciate him for his dance skills and rap style.

I am a er for dancers and rappers and every time I watched J-Hope perform, I was so captivated by him. I still am. I watch his fancams on Youtube (unnff, that boy can dance) and find myself drooling on the keyboard. Their Bangtan Bombs showed me that he was a loveable dork who can be a bit weird at times. But he’s so down to earth and precious and I just want to wrap him in a blanket and watch Disney movies with him and ugh— Seriously, this kid can sing (that cover from Kiss the Radio ; ;), dance, rap, write lyrics, make weird aegyo noises, make me pull out my hair out over him. Yeah, there are a million more reasons why I like Hobii but overall, I like him because whenever I see him on my computer screen, he gives me funny feelings in my tummy. When I hear his part come up in songs, I find myself smiling. Call me delusional, but that’s the effect he has on me.
