Krystal POV (Saturday Week 5)

"Bye Seulgi, I'll see you coming Monday at school... Are you sure you don't need my mom to get you a lift?", I asked as I walked to the airport bus stop with Seulgi. We just arrived at Incheon from our trip in Jeju. Fortunately, my knee is alright according to the local doctors in Jeju. Since it isn't severe as it felt, it wasn't necessarily to fly to Seoul and get a check up. The sudden pulls in my knee seemed to be symptoms of an injured leg. Since I haven't used it in a while, it pulls, wich hurts. "Alright, get home safely!" Seulgi entered the bus ;which just arrived; with her luggage. I just looked after, not able to help her with her luggage. "By the way, I will give you the luggage back as soon I've emptied it, so don't worry about that", Seulgi said and left in front of me. The bus took off not long after it arrived. My fellows classmates have seperated and gone their own way after we arrived. I am now left alone, sitting on the bench at the busstop, waiting for mom who promised to pick me up. I told mom she could wait for me at 4PM, and it's 5 past 4PM now. I haven't spoken to my parents since a while, even though I've only been away for a week. I tried to call her back in Jeju, but she didn't seem to pick up. The mobile service could have disrupted between Jeju and Seoul. I take out my phone as I dialed my mom's number. After a few beeps, someone ;apparantly my mom; picked up the call. "Omma...", I began, "Where are you? Did you perhaps forget that I'd be back -" "Soojung... uhmm", a low voice doutbed, obviously not my mom's voice. "Who is this...?", I asked and then looked at the screen of my phone, checking if I've dialed the wrong number. No, there is mom written with the mom's number. "Soojung- It's your father", now I recognized. "Appa... What are you doing with mom's phone?", I asked as I confusingly waited for an anwser. "There is something, you're mom can't pick you... I told Myungsoo to pick you up, he must be around Incheon airport by this time. Try to call him" "Ah arasseo... But, appa, don't you have to work?", I asked. Dad never had time for us, in a positive way. He took care of us by working hard and earning for us to spend freely. Ofcourse he'd do something fun with me and mom, but in the weekdays, he always leave home early, and get back home late. Once or twice a week, he would come home early to eat dinner with mom and I. Jessica is not living home anymore, so it's kind of even more quiet when dad is not home. "yes.... but no, I am not working at the moment. I'll explain you when you get home since I want to talk to you personally okay?", dad said with his fatherly voice. Not long after we got to talk about where he'd pick me up, a familair white Range Rover appeared in front of me. It's not Myungsoo's car, but dad's car.
