"Hyung, you're looking at the new and improved Choi Minho. He's much more manlier now and is facing life once more. What do you think hyung?" Minho asked, gleaming in happiness, Onew chuckles  

 

"New and improved huh? So no more playboy? I'm glad that you finally came to your senses. This is only the start, Minho. So far, you're doing really well. I'm happy for you, I really am" Onew genuinely said, smiling cheekily at Minho 

 

"Just like I said, this is the new and improved Minho. He's turning into a better man, no more Mister Play Boy" Minho chuckles. Onew got up from his desk and patted Minho on his shoulder, chuckling along 

 

"You should always stay like this, Minho-ah. Grounded and more of a man. Don't let me down now, I want to see good developments from this" Onew said, being serious about his words. Minho nods, he realized that Onew was right, he can't always escape his miseries with a bottle of beer, he needs to face it by changing into a better man that before

 

"This is for you, Sulli and for myself. I'm going to be a much better man and win your heart again. Wait for me, Sulli. I'm coming back soon" Minho promised to himself 

 

 

"Well isn't this a nice change. You finally found the perfect apartment for you and you look much better. I'm assuming that you're quite happier now right?" Victoria asks as she walks around Sulli's new living room space 

 

"You could say that, unnie. I'm satisfied with this apartment, it's perfect for me. Thank you so much unnie for being there for me. I appreciate it." Sulli answers, feeling quite sentimental 

 

"No problem, Sulli baby. I'm always here for you. Now, why don't we celebrate? Let's celebrate that you've found the house for you!" Victoria says, squealing in delight. Sulli laughs 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"You're quiet. Thinking of something?" Victoria finally asks as she finally took notice that Sulli wasn't listening to the words she just said

 

"Huh? What were you saying, unnie?" Sulli asked, coming back to her senses. Victoria laughs slightly, her thought seemed to be right, looks like Sulli was another world 

 

"I'm assuming that you were thinking of the past weren't you?" Victoria repeated, in response, Sulli defensively shook her head 

 

"Eyy, don't lie to me. I know you very well. You can't fool me easily, you know that. So spill it" Victoria giggles, Sulli sighs in defeat 

 

"Suddenly the memory of me and Minho moving in to the house came to my mind. It's somewhat a bittersweet memory" Sulli shyly smiles, Victoria laughed lightly 

 

"How come it's a bittersweet memory?" Victoria asked, taking a sip of the juice Sulli prepared 

 

"Well because it didn't turn out like we both expected. We made a promise that it's always and will only be me and Minho but thinking of now, that promise is long gone." Sulli said, looking down 

 

"Love is seriously complicated. You can't always be satisfied with it" Victoria says, laughing. Sulli looks up and was showing her eye smile

 

"Enough of this mopping! Today we're going to have a great time and celebrate!" Victoria says, getting up from her seat and doing a toast. Seconds after, Sulli gets up and joins her 

 

"Toast to a better future and a better life!" Victoria toasts, smiling. Clinging their glasses together, both of them started to laugh 

 

 

Everything is starting to come together. Sulli is in the process of setting up a restaurant, she couldn't be more happy with it. It was what she dreamed of, she couldn't wait for it to be finally up and ready for customers 

 

Victoria was happy for Sulli that she could finally have a happy mind once again. Her friend went through a lot and all Victoria wants is for to be genuinely happy again and this could be it 

 

"Why are you looking at me like that unnie? Is something on my face?" Sulli chuckles, touching her face. Victoria laughs, shaking her head 

 

"There's nothing on your face. I'm just happy that you're having a great time with what your doing right now. I'm finally seeing the real smile from you, I'm glad to see it again after so long" Victoria explained, smiling 

 

"Get used to it again, unnie. It's going to stay from now on." Sulli grins, Victoria laughs, nodding her head 

 

"If you don't mind me asking, are you going to invite Minho over for the grand opening?" Victoria slowly asks, Sulli stayed quiet for a few minutes before she could respond 

 

"Sure, why not?" Sulli says, grinning a little 

 

"Ready to face him again?" Victoria asks, Sulli nods lightly

 

"There's no point in hiding. Fate will eventually bring us together to meet again. So why can't I just do it myself?" Sulli says 

 

"That's good to hear, Sulli baby. You're becoming more of a matured woman now." Victoria compliments, Sulli reddens lightly 

 

The days were coming closer and closer, Sulli's restaurant grand opening is just around the corner but she still hasn't called Minho if he's available to come. Victoria insisted that Sulli should personally call him but she was a little hesitant 

 

"It's just a phone call, Ssul." Victoria persisted, Sulli sighs in defeat. She picked up her phone and dialed Minho's number. After a few rings, Minho finally picked up the phone. Suddenly, Sulli froze at her spot 

 

"You can do this, Ssul." Sulli whispered to herself before saying anything 

 

[on the phone] 

 

Minho: Hello? 

 

Sulli: How are you, Mr. Choi? 

 

Minho: Sulli? 

 

Sulli: Yes it is. How are you? 

 

Minho: This is unexpected but I'm glad to hear your voice again. I'm doing good. How about you? 

 

Sulli: I'm wonderful. I just want to ask if you're available this Sunday night? 

 

Minho: I'm not so sure. But I can get back to you

 

Sulli: Oh alrighty then. Text me back when you get an confirmation 

 

Minho: Why is there anything going on Sunday night? 

 

Sulli: Uh sort of, well actually it's the grand opening of a restaurant that I've been setting up lately 

 

Minho: You finally set one up? I'm glad to hear that, congrats 

 

Sulli: Aha yeah. I finally have. It's a perfect time to set one so I did. And thank you 

 

Minho: I'm glad to hear that you're finally following your dreams. I hope it will flourish with customers soon 

 

Sulli: I hope so too, thanks 

 

Minho: I miss you 

 

Sulli: Uh, I think I have to go. I still need to do a lot of things. Text me if you're available. That will be all. Thank you again Mr. Minho. Hope to see you there

 

[End of phone call] 

 

"Hey, hey. What happened?" Victoria asked after she saw Sulli hurriedly hanged up the phone 

 

"He said he misses me, unnie. I didn't know how to respond to that. I froze, I lost words. I didn't expect him to say that" Sulli explained 

 

"He must've felt shocked with the sudden goodbye. That was quite rude, if you ask me" Victoria chuckles, leaning back on her chair. Sulli shakes her head 

 

Meanwhile... 

 

"Pabo! Pabo! Pabo! Why did I say that? Aish, great. That was ruined. Good job Minho" Minho told himself as he plopped down on the couch and thought about what he did 

 

"I shouldn't have said that. Damn it" Minho continued as he faced palmed his face. Just in time, Onew came into the room, looking at Minho weird 

 

"Are you okay Minho?" Onew asked, chuckling a bit. Minho fixed himself and stood up 

 

"Sulli called me hyung and I ruined it." Minho said, softly. This brought Onew to his sense quickly 

 

"She called you? When? What do you mean you ruined it?" Onew continuously asked, Minho sighed 

 

"We ended the call couple minutes ago. She invited me to the grand opening of her newly built restaurant this Sunday and I said that I still have to see. But the thing that ruined it, I suddenly said, 'I miss you', she probably got flustered with the sudden confession" Minho answered causing Onew to roar in laughter 

 

"You should said too early. Of course she would be flustered. Aigoo, you should have known better" Onew said, chuckling bit 

 

"You better go this Sunday. Make a new impression on her! Woo her again" Onew suggested, Minho shakes her head 

 

"Not yet, hyung. She's still healing. I'll seem like I'm not sincere." Minho said 

 

"Good luck then." Onew said, Minho smiles, nodding his head
