"I cooked food for you, don't you want to eat something?" Victoria said, laying out the food onto the table in front of her. Sulli got up from her seat and walked over. As she got there, her eyes opened wide 

 

"Unni, you cooked all of this for me?" Sulli said, gasping. Victoria bit her lip and nodded slowly. On the table, laid fried rice, kimchi stew, dumplings, and even samgyupsal 

 

"I want my baby to eat plenty and don't worry, you won't eat this alone. I'll help you" Victoria said, smiling. Sulli laughed, grateful for having a mother like friend like Victoria

 

After the hearty meal prepared by Victoria, she excused herself as she can't stay any longer since she has lot of work to finish. Sulli bid goodbye and was back at her regular spot like before 

 

"Unni cooked for me today. How I'm so grateful for having her accompany me. You know jagi, the food she prepared was delicious. You missed it, maybe when you wake up, I can ask unni to cook for us again. Do you want that?" Sulli shared, giggling a bit. As a response, on the machines beeped making Sulli smile 

 

"I'll take that as a yes then" Sulli said, moving stray hair away from his face. Over the span of the next 30 minutes or so, Sulli was non stopped talking about the things that came to her mind but in the end, she fell asleep in the middle of a sentence 

 

While Sulli was still in her dreamland, dreaming the unreachable, little did she know Minho was starting to be fully aware of his surroundings, slowly, he started opening his eyes and even mumbled a few words 

 

After so long, this was the moment Sulli waited for. It was finally happening, Minho gained conscious and was aware of where he is at 

 

"J—jagiya" Minho mumbled though it wasn't that coherent. Sulli who was sleeping next to him, was far too deep into her dreams to wake up easily. Minho tried once more but still no luck 

 

While waiting for Sulli to wake up from her nap, Minho tried to sit up and think back to what happened. As he was doing so, it finally startled Sulli causing to her wake up 

 

"You're..awake! I'm not dreaming right, please tell me I'm not dreaming" Sulli said as the tears were forming in her eyes. Minho faintly chuckled, gently he took Sulli's hand and squeezed it

 

"Oh my gosh, you are really awake!" Sulli said, basically putting her body on top of Minho and hugging him with all her might 

 

"I missed you" Sulli whispered with her arms still wrapped around his body, Minho weakly hugged her back but it was enough for Sulli 

 

Hurriedly, Sulli ran out of the room and called the the doctor. Eventually the doctor came running as well as the nurses and started to check on Minho

After being checked by the doctors and running a few tests, it was the two of them once again. Sulli still couldn't believe that in front of her was Minho breathing and awake. All of her wishes, prayers, hopes came true 

 

Sulli couldn't help herself but just break down in tears. The longing and lonely are no more for Minho was awake and will be by her side from now on

 

"Thank goodness, you're awake. Now I don't feel lonely anymore" Sulli said through the tears even flashing a smile. Though Minho was still weak, he gently held her hand and kissed it. Because of this action, Sulli cried for more, it was all real, nothing was a dream 

 

"I love you" Minho said, giving a weak smile. Without second thinking, Sulli had her lips touched his. To both of their surprise, Minho responded. The feeling of it never left, the spark was still there 

 

Letting go, both Minho and Sulli stared at one another and smiled before pulling each other into a tight embrace. For Sulli, the warm feeling came back. She wasn't feeling cold anymore, now that she has Minho, she feels warm and cozy once again 

 

"Why would do that? Take the bullet for me? Are you crazy?" Sulli said with tears still visible in her eyes as she hit Minho on the arm making him chuckle 

 

"Yeah I am. I'm crazy to be in love with you. Remember what I promised before? I'll suffer instead of you? I meant it when I said that." Minho said, half teasing her 

 

"I really love you, pabo" Sulli said, laughing with tears. Minho laughed with her, sometimes the bitter most moments turn into the most happiest times

It's been a few days after Minho regained his conscious and since then, close friends and of course family came and visited. Bringing mostly over gifts, fruits and of course love and care 

 

"I've spoken to the doctor. He said you could be discharged from the hospital by the end of the week. So yeobo, rest a lot and gain strength okay?" Sulli said, smiling after coming back from talking to the doctor 

 

"I could finally go home. I missed being at home, I'm sure you do too" Minho said, smiling excitedly 

 

"I'm going to be honest with you, after what happened, I haven't stepped inside the house. I feel like once I'm inside, it's going to bring back all of the memories. It traumatizes me, it gives me chills. So in away, I don't miss being back at home" Sulli confessed, Minho stayed silent for a while 

 

"But if you really want to go the house, I'll comply. Just for you, I'll it up." Sulli continued, Minho looked up at her and grinned slightly 

 

"I don't really mind if we don't stay in the house for a while. I mean we could always look for a new place. I don't want you to feel uncomfortable" Minho finally said 

 

"Ne? Yeobo, that will take a while and you're still recovering. So for now, we'll stay there. Okay? I mean after your fully recovered and all, maybe we could go find a new house or something. Not now" Sulli said, grinning a little 

 

"Okay, if that's what you like then. I'm all good if I have you beside me" Minho said, smiling. Sulli blushed, feeling fluttered all over again 

 

"Ah, you're making me feel like a teenager again" Sulli responded, touching her blushing face. Minho laughed, he removed Sulli's hands away from her face and neared it to his lips 

 

"Thank you for staying through out everything" Minho simply said as he kissed the palms of her hand. Sulli giggled, feeling tickled 

 

"When a person loves, they will do anything and as for me, staying and never leaving shows how much I love you" Sulli said, cringing a bit 

 

"Someone learned how to be cringeworthy while I was asleep. Jagi, your becoming cheesy, it's adorable" Minho teased, Sulli laughs. 

 

"If you haven't guessed it by now, I'm always adorable, Mr. Choi" Sulli answered, sticking out her tongue playfully

 

"I know" Minho replied, laughing

Finally being released from the hospital, Minho and Sulli were heading home together after so long. Sulli had personally hired someone to clean after the whole house so that when they got home, it will be clean and cozy 

 

"Finally, home sweet home" Minho breath out as they were pulling up onto the drive way. Sulli stayed quiet and just flashed a small smile, she was happy to be home with Minho but then again, all of the memories came back to her 

 

Getting situated, Minho was asked to get some rest while Sulli was going to whip up something for the both of them to eat 

 

Half an hour later, Sulli was finished cooking and walked up the stairs, fetching Minho to go eat down stairs. As Sulli arrived to their room, Minho was sleeping. She carefully walked over and sat gently beside him 

 

"You're with me again. Thank you for not giving up" Sulli whispered, moving a stray of hair away from Minho's face. Little did she know, Minho was actually awake, hearing every word she just said but stayed quiet, pretending to be asleep 

 

Sulli waited for a couple more minutes before she would wake Minho up. Gently shaking him, Sulli waited and was surprised when Minho instantly got up and pecked her on the lips 

 

"Yah! Were you awake the whole time?" Sulli half shouts, covering . Minho laughed, pinching her right cheek lightly 

 

"Oh and your welcome" Minho replied as he got up, leaving Sulli confused for a sec 

 

 "Eh? Your welcome? What did you do?" Sulli said, calling out Minho who was half way to the door. Turning around, Minho shrugged and smiled 

 

 "I heard what you said earlier when you came into the room" Minho said, still having the smile on his face, Sulli blushed 

 

"You did?!" Sulli asked, Minho nodded his head and continued walking. Soon after, Sulli followed from behind

 

 Reaching the dining table, Minho's mouth started to water. The food looked amazing and he couldn't wait to taste it. Sulli gave him the plate and served him first before serving herself 

 

Sulli was already content seeing Minho eat, it made her full with happiness that Minho was enjoying what she cooked and how Minho is gaining strength again 

 

"Eat" Minho said, shoving a spoonful to Sulli's mouth, she laughed as she moved closer and took in the bite

 

"Delicious right?" Minho exclaimed, Sulli Smiles as she nodded

4 months later... 

 

Checking with the doctor for the last time, they were informed that Minho is doing good and his recovery went fast as he is as strong as before 

 

Receiving the good news, Minho and Sulli wanted to celebrate it over a grilled barbecue and delicious drinks. Although it was the two of them, Minho and Sulli were beyond content with it 

 

"Since I'm all recovered, don't you think it's the perfect time to start planning the wedding and to start finding a new house?" Minho said, Sulli who was busy grilling the meat looked up with bright eyes and hopeful smile 

 

"That's not a bad idea, I'd like that" Sulli said, smiling. 

 

"Great, we can start next week and have the wedding a month from now. You know the sooner it happens, the more babies come" Minho teased, Sulli looked at Minho wide eyes 

 

"There goes that topic again. Didn't we talk about that 3 years ago but what did we get? Nothing, so Jagiya, don't hope too high for that" Sulli said 

 

"I know but I have a feeling that this time we'll for sure have a little one. Maybe even two if we're lucky" Minho winked, Sulli laughed, rolling her eyes continuing to grill the meat in front of her 

 

"Maybe we can start tonight" Sulli mumbled but quite loud enough for Minho to hear, Minho who was taking a sip of the drink, neatly spit it out 

 

"Can we?" Minho asked excitingly, Sulli playfully winked
