Just when she has completely healed and moved on

Seohyun looked at the mirror again. A lot has changed in her. If he still think she’d be the same Seohyun and beg for him to like her again, he’d better think twice.

Gone was the silly child that begs him for attention. She grew up fast, thanks to the heartache he gave her.

She could still remember what her Kwangsoo oppa said when she asked him why he left for the States

“He has been contemplating about it for months now. His uncle that was is New York offered him a job. But he was a bit reluctant about it since he was not sure he’d like to live there. But we were surprised that he changed his mind and decided to go. So….” He squared his shoulders

“You did not even told me about it” she pouted at him

He stared at her for a while then answered “As I’ve said, it came as a surprise. And with that mood of yours lately.. You were not talking to any of us. You were always inside your room, always hot tempered. No wonder, nobody bothered telling you”

That was when she realized, maybe Yonghwa decided to take his uncle’s offer because he wanted to get as far away from her as possible, to stop her delusions.

Ten years have passed and she has a boyfriend, Chanyeol. They’ve been dating for over a year now. And she loves him.

She looked at the clock and was surprised to see the time. It was already seven o’clock. She has been thinking about the past for an hour now. She hurriedly stood and changed. She decided to look her best tonight

She put on a pair of white slip-on sandals to compliment her dress. She arranged her long hair in a French chignon with a few loose strands brushing her face to give her a y look.

“Not yet, abeonim. The company I’m working for just opened a branch here in Korea, it depends on the arrangements later on” Yonghwa respectfully answered

After a few years of living in the States, his parents decided to follow him there and live with him.

The moment he looks up, he thought he saw an angel gliding down the stairs from heaven. He had never seen a lovelier sight and he couldn’t help but be proud of how this child-woman had grown up.
