“How about a necklace?” Joohyun suggested to Changmin when they were drinking Tea in their Agency’s coffee shop

“A necklace?” he raised an eye brow and sipped his tea

“Yeah! Why don’t you buy a necklace for her? It’s a simple gift but it symbolizes deep love” She talked matter of factly

“Things are far complicated between us to be fixed just by a gift” Changmin sighed and put down his cup

“Just start out in a friendly way, maybe things will work out” she said carefully trying to convince him to win Jae Hee over! She’s been anxious as hell ever since she left his apartment! Oh god she loves him so much and the thought that she left the War territory for Jae Hee is driving her nuts!

“Do you think so? I’m not so interested in teenagers courting style Joohyun-ah” he scrunched up his face annoyed

“Hey fashion freak! Love never gets old, this little things makes women melt at any age” she protested and threw her hands in her the air

“Jinja?! I wonder if grandpa still do this with grandma thou!” he

“Yah! Stop mocking!” she punched his arm

“Wait! Wait! Why are you so concerned about me getting back with Jae Hee!? Seolma! You are not using me to get back with Mr. Good for nothing??”

“A-annio! How could you say that! You know I care f-for you! And don’t call him THAT” she coughed

“Hmm! Okay! What is up with you two anyway? You two are living together right? Didn’t manage to set him up?” he laughed softly

“I moved out! And no I’m not that kind of girl that would seduce and set up a man who doesn’t love me” she looked down

“It’s his loss not to love you! Darling you are awesome! Find someone better!” he scoffed and felt how much pain she went through.

Changmin Found himself standing in front of a jewelry shop! He wanted to turn and go away but a beautiful necklace got his attention, He blamed Joohyun for filling his mind with this idea, he entered the Shop and was greeted by the Sales lady

“I would like to see this” he pointed at a Ralph Lauren Silver necklace and she showed it to him

“It’s pretty! I’ll take it” he smiled at the sales lady and asked her to wrap it nicely

He was oblivious to the lady observing him from the far corner of the shop, clearly seeing him buying a necklace

“Now you even buy presents for her?” Jae Hee clutched the edge of her dress and paid attention to the Lady in front of her showing her earrings!

“Auction? What are you talking about?” Yonghwa creased his eye brows

“Auction for the sake of charity! All money will be transferred to YSIR orphanage! Please come with me?” Jae Hee whined like a kid

“I’m not in the mood Jae Hee-yah!” he declined and sighed heavily, he’s been feeling unwell ever since Joohyun left his apartment! It’s like the vitality has been out of his place! It feels so freaking silent and lonely! He was convincing himself that it was for the best now that he has a girlfriend! And that he was being living greatly before she came into his life but he can’t help but to find himself weeping over her silly memories on every corner of his apartment!

Jae Hee has been ecstatic over that fact, and she noticed the distance in Yonghwa’s treatment but she never knew that Joohyun’s absence made him like that

“Pretty please” she begged “For the sake of the poor orphan kid’s yonghwa-yah” she made a puppy face

“Okay? When is that? And what time?” he gave in

“Yeay Yong-ah you’re the best! It’s this Friday, 6Pm, Park Hyatt Hall” she stated the location and timing while scribbling them down a paper and leaving it on his office table

“Okay, I’ll pick you up” he said softly

“Okay! What time is your next surgery?” she asked

“2 PM” he stated simply

“Oh that’s only half an hour later! You better prepare” she said looking at her wrist watch

“Hmm I’ll go now” He said and changed into his Blue scrubs and went to operating room where he wore a sterilized robe and his rubber gloves!

His eyes were on the surgery crew and nurses going around and preparing everything! But his mind wandered to a certain woman that never left his mind!

“Focus Jung Yonghwa!” he mumbled to himself, but he felt like exploding anytime thinking how have she been these few weeks that she left him? Where does she live? Seolma….. She’s not living in Changmin’s Place!! What the…

“Dr Jung? Dr Jung...” the assistant doctor called for his attention

“Ah? Ye?” he snapped out of his deep thoughts, his brows creased by the mere thinking of that

“The anesthesiologist Said that you can proceed with the surgery!” the assistant pointed slightly at the intimidated anesthesiologist

It was a first to see their Head surgeon distracted like that! They never doubt His professionalism but they can’t help but to feel worried about him

“Let’s start!” he said as he held up his scalpel in hand, making them all stand in position

“NO!” Joohyun snapped at Changmin like a dangerous tiger

“Please Joohyun~ie! Just this once” he rubbed his hands together and almost knelt in front of her in a playful matter

“I’m not going and it’s FINAL!” she rolled her eyes

“Pretty please? Just this once please? For oppa?” he begged some more and continued as he felt her considering it silently

“Besides, I know how soft your heart is! It’s for the sake of YSIR orphanage! Those poor little thingies they are suffering! This is the least we can do for them” he said matter of factly, determined to influence her in every possible way

“Oh! I don’t know~ I don’t think that participating in this auction will do any good! We could just donate! It’s simple; let’s not attend that grand event just to be good to orphan children oppa! I’ll donate any amount! State your suggestion! How much?” she said as she took out a check and a pen

“It’s not about money! Well it basically about money but It’s mostly about affection and care! Imagine how much precious they’ll feel when many people are participating just to provide a better life for them” he took the check and pen from her and tossed them away

“Fine! Just stop bugging me, I have a headache” she massaged her temple

“Oh thank you! Thank you Thank you Joohyun~ie!” He grinned like a fool

“Aiish oppa! It’s Karen; we’re in the agency so watch out your mouth! Anyway give me the address and date and I’ll see what to do!”

“Okay! I’ll send you a dress! My design, I’ve been working on my new collection, and I guess I’ll have to exhibit one of my masterpieces on you before my show” he boasted

“Oh! Cham, so full of yourself! Let’s see what kind of masterpiece you’ve got on me! The last time I wore one of your said arts and I almost suffered a severe case of closet malfunction” she teased

“Oh! Don’t remind me of that! It was your fault for wearing that kind of heels while the design had too much flows at the bottom” he snickered

“Oh whatever! Go to your studio oppa! Leave me alone”

“Okay! Bye little sis, I love you too” he scoffed and left her with a wide smile! He can’t wait for that auction

Seohyun POV:

This event is the Biggest! And I mean it, like for God’s sake it’s HUGE! Various Artist attend it, and here I am stuck on the red carpet waving to camera flashes from all directions, and Changmin oppa! I almost forgot about him, he’s right here beside me holding me close as we pose to the Media reporters
