He just scratched the back of his head and chuckled nervously. "I actually planned on telling you about my feelings but... well." He kept staring on the ground. You could feel the awkward silence building up and you wanted to deny that, but you were just too speechless to even make a sound. The only thing you knew for sure was that your face was probably red like the berry jam infront of you.

Baek cleared his throat and stood up. "Uhm... you know where to find me. Just think about it okay?" You could feel his stare on you but you couldn't man up and look back. He cleared his throat again and left with a quiet "See you then". You could hear the door closing and let out a loud frustrated sigh.

"What am I supposed to do now?!" You looked at all the food infront of you. You really never knew that Baek felt this way towards you. And when Yixing mentioned it the other day, you didn't really listen because you were too disappointed and just wanted to slap him. 

Baek wasn't a bad guy at all. In fact he was the complete opposite of Lay. He had self control, manners and wasn't a playboy at all, even if he comes off like one because of his good looks and his confident behaviour. But... he was just Baek the Bacon. You loved him but not in that way. And you were pretty sure he would be a great boyfriend and all... but there were your feelings for Lay in the way. Even if it was useless... especially at the moment. You just hoped that this girlfriend thing right now wasn't too serious. All in all you knew Lay and his weeknesses. But you weren't sure about him when it came to love. 

You didn't know how long you just sat there but a pretty familiar sound ripped you out of your thoughts. It came from your left where Baek just sat a little while ago.

You looked at his lost mobile phone and let out a frustrated sigh. "Such a dumb , really." You rolled your eyes. "You can't kiss me, leave in a hurry and even forget your phone here." you murmured to yourself. You grabbed his phone and stood up.

Time to clear things up.

Baekhyuns' apartment was huge, and when I say huge I mean gigantic. That was also one of the reasons why your little group always decided to meet at Baeks place. It was just amazing, especially in the summer time, when all of you gathered around the pool which was in the beautiful garden at the back of the house, to grill and just have fun.

The kiss from before jumped back into your head, and you had to admit it didn't felt THAT bad. It felt pretty good to be honest. You shook your head aggressively even though you had to admit that the kiss made your heart race a lot more, but it was just not right somehow. You stretched your back and made your way to the door and ringed the bell. You waited a few seconds until a surprised Chanyeol opened the door.

"What an honour... YAH BACON. Look who's here for you" He gave you a knowing smirk and you felt your cheeks burning up again. "What are you doing here?" you asked and failed miserably on keeping your voice from shaking. God dam why were you so freaking nervous. This wasn't even Baek infront of you. It was just Chanyeol who's facial expression told you already that you've been the number one topic of their conversation.

"Well... to be honest with you, you're the reason." He chuckled and padded your head. "But what is your business here young lady?" You looked into his face just to get nervous again. "Would you please stop with this nonsense Yeol." He started to laugh quietly.

Then you heard footsteps. "Who's here for who..." You gulpes down when you saw his face. This wasn't what you expected.

"MIN-JUN?! Yaaah it's amazing, like do you have a feeling for when people are talking about you?" You just kept staring blankly at the talking dimple infront of you. "Min-jun, listen, because of yesterday, I am sincerely sorry because of that. I don't know what rode me to say such things or to do... what I did, and I am really, really sorry." He stepped closer and gave you a light hug. You wanted to free yourself from his hug but he just kept you in his arms. Not that it would've bothered you, you would've loved to stay in his arms like this forever, but not with those circumstances. And they were one: the fact that he didn't see you as anything else then his best friend, two: the fact that he had a girlfriend now and shouldn't really do this right now and three: that you were still shocked and hurt from his actions.

"Hey, please stop this." You tried to press against him but he was way stronger then you. There was no way you could move him one centimeter. It made you crazy. His scent was amazing and robbed all if your senses. You felt his abs against you and it made you crazy. "Not until you tell me that you forgive me." And again he tightened his hug. This bastard. He knew you had no chance against his strength and stubbornness. And you couldn't help but smile a little. Even though you were still angry, you couldn't deny the fact that you enjoyed his proximity. 

"Please Yixing, let me go." You sighed and tried to push him away one last time. "No, as I already said i won't until you..."

He couldn't finish his sentece. You could feel someone pulling Lay away from you. You didn't notice that your eyes were burning all the time. Baekhyun appeared infront of you. You were somehow relieved but couldn't help but realise the cold air that spread around you, now that Lays warm body wasn't pressing against yours anymore.

"What did he do to you?"You blinked a few times before you realised that Baek was keeping Lay away from you with his right arm and with his left he was touching your face softly. 

"Baek... calm the down..." Lay was rolling his eyes. Now Baekhyun turned his attention to Lay.

"You!" He glared at him with a stare you've never seen on his face before. Now he packed Lay with both his hands and crashed him against the tree that was behind them. "Stop messing around with her, do you understand me?! It's enough Yixing! I've already told you. Do you enjoy messing and playing around with your best friend like this?! You little piece of sh..." Before anything else could happen the giant appeared behind them.

"YAH WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING RIGHT NOW HM?!" Chanyeol tried to push Baekhyun away but Baekhyun just slapped his hand away.

"I swear to god Yixing. If you keep this up I won't guarantee you anything anymore." Baek growled through his clenched teeth.

"Who the do you think you are hm?!" Now it was Lays turn to become angry. "I JUST ING HUGGED HER. I DIDN'T MAKE OUT WITH HER, CALM YOUR FREAKING BALLS." then he murmured to himself "Like I've ever planned on doing anything to her like seriously. Look at her." He rolled his eyes again and it hit you so hard you couldn't believe it.

You couldn't keep your knees from shaking.

"YOU SON OF A..." Baek was about to crash his fist into Lays stomach but Chanyeol finally pushed him away.

"Are you guys mad or what the heck do you think you're doing right now?! Seriously are you guys 10 years old?" Chanyeol grabbed Lays arm and pulled him behind his back.

"Hey I don't need your help! Let me go you giant." Lay was trying to free himself of Chanyeols grip but he wouldn't let him go.

"I swear to you Yixing, one last time..." Baek growled towards Lay and just turned away to leave them all infront of the door, just to go back in and shut the door so hard that you thought the neighbours would come out now.

"Geez what's his freakin problem, I haven't done ANYTHING to you. Have I?!?! For gods sake why is he overreacting over NOTHING?!" He screamed the last sentence in the direction of Baekhyuns apartman before he pushed chanyeol away and into the opposite direction.

Chanyeol now just stood there, not understanding what happened right now and how to comfort you. So he just murmured a "Sorry for those dickheads..." he shrugged his shoulders.

You just kept standing there.

Baekhyuns phone still in your pocket.
