The Incompetent Idol

Description

Sungjae is a clumsy, careless, but bright pupil at K-pop Academy, eager to learn about the arts of K-pop in order to become a K-pop star himself. He is nicknamed at school - even by several of the teachers as "The Incompetent Idol", but over the three years, he overcomes many adventures and usually manages to save the day. With his best friends Ilhoon, Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Changsub, Hyunsik, as well as transfer student from America Peniel, they work together, and go through all sorts of obstacles, even the strict principal Jung Yunho and deputy principal Shim Changmin, obnoxious two-faced bullies Sungyeol, Hoya, L, Sungjong, Sunggyu, Woohyun, and Dongwoo who love to get them into trouble and much much more.

Students are able to choose a maximum of two electives:

Students will all be sent the syllabus on the first day of class, or a maximum of one week before the first day of class. The marking schemes will vary from subject to subject.

Over 3 years, alike normal Korean high school education, students will be put through three intensive years of training in order to become the K-pop star he or she dreams of.

Our school guarantees that our graduates that work hard, show determination and enthusiasm through their studies will be signed to an entertainment agency, students with the top grades having gone to top agencies such as SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG Entertainment and Cube Entertainment.

With a beautiful scenery, well-balanced diet to nourish our students, as well as fun lessons and teachers who have been K-pop stars and on stage for a very long time, our school offers everything that K-pop star wannabes can only dream of. This is a real-life Cinderella and Prince Charming story come true.

 

School uniform:

A school uniform is required for every school day, except in PE or Fashion Classes, unless there are specific occasions that do not require the uniform above.

Boys and girls:

White long sleeved cuffed shirt with collar

Green gray blazer with school logo on it

Striped tie (plaid bowtie is available for girls)

Beige pants (boys)/Grey plaid skirt (girls)

Additional: A black/brown belt can be worn with the pants.

Socks: Any colour of your choice, as long as it is plain and does not have patterns or pictures on it.

Black shoes (Dress shoes or Mary Janes are fine) or sneakers

 

PE Kit:

White tracksuit jacket and pants, as well as a white T-shirt underneath. You may bring your own sneakers, regardless of colour or pattern.

 

School regulations:

  1. You agree to purchase and wear the school uniform and wear it unless you have a specific reason why you cannot.
  2. No chewing gum.
  3. No swearing.
  4. No explosive, dangerous or illegal materials (includes drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, bombs, lighters, firecrackers etc.). If found with them you will be given an immediate detention and a week-long suspension.
  5. No bullying. Bullying includes discrimination of ANY kind, treating people like an outcast, spreading rumours, kicking and punching and other physical violence, humiliation, etc.
  6. Do not eat or drink during lessons, but a bottle of water is fine.
  7. You are to treat the staff and students with respect.
  8. Stealing or thievery is strictly prohibited. If caught stealing, you will be given an immediate detention.
  9. ual UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is allowed.
  10. Cheating or plagiarism is a serious offence, and will not be tolerated. If caught cheating or plagiarising, you will immediately be reported to Mr Jung, and be given a permanent expulsion as well as disqualification from ALL subjects.
  11. You are not to use out-of-bound areas (dance rooms, swimming pools, gymnasium, vocal training hall, drama rooms, music rooms) unauthorised nor without consent granted from a staff member.
  12. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be switched off in lessons unless granted permission to use laptops.
  13. You are expected to clean your dorms and use it appropriately.

7 AM - Wake up

8 AM - Breakfast and assembly

9 AM - Period 1

10 AM - Period 2

Foreword

This is a continuation of a "What If" 'story' I wrote about two years ago, for those of you who don't know, click here. I forgot about how it was crudely made looking back at it XD

This is loosely based on K-dramas such as Dream High, Boys Over Flowers, the recent School 2015 and so on, but mostly based on the British children's TV series "The Worst Witch", where I got the idea from....XD Sungjae is the Mildred of the story, whilst his friends are like Ruby, Maud, Enid, and Jadu, whilst the Ethel/Drusilla are the Infinite members.....:)
