Hey there, Its KissesMissed with a new apply fic this time with Reverie! As always, i got the sudden inspiration to write a apply fic.
To make it clear, this apply fic is about spies, crime investigation and not about girl/boyband ^^

It is well known among law enforcement personnel that murderers can be categorized on a scale of 3 levels of evil, from the naive opportunists starting out at Level 1 to the organized, premeditated torture-murderers who inhabit Level 3.
What almost no one knows - except for the elite unnamed investigations group assigned to hunt down the world's most dangerous killers, a group of men and women accounted for in no official ledger, - is that a new category of killer is in the process of being defined, the level 4.
Foreword
It is just another day for Smith as he lounge back on his chair browsing through the various documents on his desk. A knock on his door bought his head up from the document he was reading.
“Come in” he said, sitting up straight and looking at the lady who has just walked in, his secretary Ms Jones.
“This is the newest update on the killing that has been going on,” Jones said as she put a file filled with pictures of dead bodies, each brutal in its own way, on smith table.
“Didn’t the last few C.I.A agents solve the case already?” He asked, rubbing his temple with one of his hand.
“No, all 18 of them died.” She replied, “Smith,”
He hold up a hand to stop her before she could continue what she was going to say. “Yes it is time, to call in the S.C.I”
