jinyoung soon went mad, at least to everyone else he was completely out of his mind.for three months he spent time in those prison bars, kept to himself yet everyone seemed to notice him tough he didn't mind, it was long now before his plan could play out he only needed until lunch time; which is the time is court hearing was. With all the news and reporters and maybe even fans he could play the game just right, but he needed and angle which wouldn't be too hard when he's up on the stand as a witness. It's show time

"i call jinyoung to he stand. raise you right hand and put the other over your heart. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?"

"i do." jinyoung said looking into the crowd seeing the faces of his band mates. he thought to himself -do worry, I'll end this soon-

"Jung jinyoung where were you on the day of Sulli's murder?"

"i was setting some stuff up for hyung's birthday along with my perseverance goo He Ra film making."

"well says here that your film making was on the other side of SEOUL yet you were three blocks away from the murder, explain that." jinyoung was highly confused and had no idea where he got that information.

"Where did that proof come from? i was never at that house or anywhere close to it!"

"please calm down Mr. young." the judge said

" besides 'Mr. young' i have proof from witnesses; your own fans; said they saw you walking around very mindlessly around they streets looking guilty."

" i hope you're under  oath because that is such a lie." jinyoung shouted.

"order in my court, Mr. young i will not have such tones in my court house, please lower your tone."

"well i have some pictures here from lots of your fans from twitter Facebook and even you official fan fair web site." holding up some printed pictures from online

"wasn't even wearing those clothes."

"But i was." all eyes everted to this strange figuar in the door way jinoyung's eyes widened.
