Jongin's POV

"Good night, Kyungsoo-hyung." Hands in my sweater's front pockets, shoulders arched high, I smiled at the boy whom I spent the past five hours with. Well, you see, my Friday nights became alotted for him ever since he moved in to our neighborhood. Not compulsory, but my mother encourages me to go to his house and help him unpack his mountain of boxes, delivered every Friday afternoon. Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes, right? Or maybe it comes naturally to me, being a part of the youth community service team.

"Hey, there's something I wanted to tell you." Kyungsoo smiled back, but almost murmured the words.

"Hmm? What is it?" 

"Come closer." He waft his fingers towards him.

With a raised brow, I worked my way towards him. He cupped a hand and placed it at the side of my face, not mentioning he had to tiptoe due to our height difference. I waited for his message. There was none. Instead, I felt his full lips gently pressed against my ear. My face flushed bright red. 

"That means I like you." He softly whisphered, the edges of his lips, brushing my ear. It was hard for me to give a reply so I just nodded. Satisfied with my response, he took steps back, and ruffled my hair affectionately. "Good night."
