Description :

It was a family-owned piece of land, something passed down from generations after generations. And there were the three of us, bounded tightly by loose ties.

I was the first daughter of my mother, the first granddaughter to my grandparents, and the said heir to the land.

He was the son brought in during my second aunt’s second marriage, and his father had left him when his body was found dead by the sea that surrounds this island.

And he, who completes us, was the son of a stay-in caretaker that took care of me when i was younger.

Everyone who knew us called us The Trio. We reside on this island where giraffes roam freely amongst those thorn bushes that roses bloom.
