L' Amour et L' Alma
Description
A story set in modern day South Korea about love, trust, faith and betrayal but with no ordinary circumstances. This fic was loosely adapted from the story written by a Latin writer named Apuleius.
Her name's Alma and she's the most popular member of the five sister pop idol group, The Myth. She often than most graced the television screen with her beautiful face because of the loads of cf's she made. On screen, she exudes an aura of cheerfulness, spunk, grace and beauty but it was nothing but blusters because behind the smile was loneliness. She longed for someone who can be truthful to her and just liked her for who she really was. She wanted a real family that will love her and just like her without any qualms.
He was the man of the hour, Kim Hyun Joong's life was hectic as ever. Aside from being the leader of SS501, he was also the group's acting manager and a very busy actor. What his adoring fans and friends saw was his ethereal face and his killer smile but what they didn't know was a divine secret behind his closely guarded life.
Foreword
Alma stood at the bottom of Mt. Halla, she was rooted on the spot and found it very hard to decide wether to climb up the mountain or turned around and walked back home.
"This is crazy, absolutely crazy," Alma rolled her eyes in disbelief.
She didn't sleep a wink the entire night, the stranger's melodic voice echoed in her mind. A strong yet unknown pull led her to Mt. Halla with the promise of a destiny about to be unlock. Alma knew in her heart and mind that she will climb up, she was just being stubborn.
She looked up to the blue sky and remembered the radiant face of the stranger who told her to seek her destiny at the great Halla. His voice spoke of promise and she thought she felt him honest and truthful.
But she had no idea of who he was, he must be deranged, Alma thought.
"Well, here goes nothing. I think I am really crazy," Alma sighed as she started to trek up Mt. Halla.
The cool breeze of Zephyr blew, a shadow loomed behind her.
"She's going to be difficult Eros, aye she will," Apollo whispered at Eros who was masquearding as Kim Hyun Joong.
"I know Uncle but something inside me kept telling me to come and take her," Hyun Joong watched her hair get blown by Zephyr. He silently asked the wind to blew gently andnot become a hindrance for Alma.
The two divinities watched as Alma walked her way up the pathway, Apollo stared at his nephew. He was a mischievous kid when he was young, as the God of Truth and Light, he was once too many had been Eros' victim. His love arrows shot him plenty of times and made his love life a living nightmare, but he can't say no to his favorite nephew.
"I wish you luck nephew, hmm you need it," Apollo gave a slight nugde at his handsome nephew and grinned.
"Thank you I think Uncle Apollo or should I say Youngwong Jaejoong?" Hyun Joong grinned back.
