It was the Cable TV awards ceremony that night and both Yura and Jonghyun were to receive awards for their respective roles in their dramas the year before.

Yura had gone over her gown options with her stylist months before the ceremony and opted for a y and glamourous black and gold strapless gown with a train, emphasising on her long luscious legs and infamous cleveage.

She did not know Jonghyun was attending until he asked her if she was going after filming a "We got married" episode.

She arrived at the hair and makeup salon and sat in her seat making her usual conversation with her make up artist.

"Have you and Jonghyun kept in touch ever since it ended?" The older lady asked applying eyeliner to Yura's eyelid

"Mmmm kind of, we have both been busy." Yura said

"He is a nice man, a handsome one too." She grinned nudging Yura's arm

"I know, he is a good oppa to me - he congratulated me yesterday on my award." She replied slightly smiling

After her make up was finished, her hair stylist came in and curled her hair as planned - Yura left bidding goodbye to her stylists.

"Wahhh eonnie you look amazing." Hyeri said looking yura up and down

"It's not too much is it?" Yura blinked pointing to her cleavege

"It's perfect, isn't Jonghyun attending as well? She replied wiggling her eyebrows at Yura

"Yeah he is receiving an award."

"Well if he doesn't ask you out after this then there is something wrong with him." The maknae scoffed

"I'm not expecting him to ask me out hyeri, nor am i wearing this to get his attention." Yura said patting the younger girl's cheeks

"I just know how you feel about him that's all, you developed feelings for Jonghyun without even realising it - I can see it in your eyes eonnie." She hugged Yura tightly pouting as she spoke.

"But i expected nothing in return from oppa, except that he stay in touch." She smiled hugging her back

"You're a pabo that's why you say things like that, I just don't want you to get hurt." Hyeri squeezed yura tightly

"I'm a big girl i can handle it." Yura pulled back reassuring the youngest girl;s day member

"If you say so, now come on don't want cinderella to be late to the ball." Hyeri linked her arms with Yura walking towards the front door of their apartment

Yura was next in line to step out on to the red carpet , she was excited and nervous as it was her first time attending an awards ceremony without her fellow girl's day members.

The car door opened and she stepped out of the car, it was quite windy that day but she still managed to keep her composure smiling happily for the flashing cameras.

After her photo opt she was escorted into the awards ceremony.

"You're table is number 13 Miss Yura." The man said extending his hand out to the middle, she thanked him and carefully made her way over to her seat, she saw jonghyun approaching the same table and she blushed as he made eye contact with her.

"Hi oppa." She smiled

He looked back at her carefully averting his eyes to hers before pulling out her chair for her,and he greeted her in reply "Ah youngie."
