A/N - Hello my pretties! I come bearing yet another HUNHAN fic with (ofcourse) Mpreg :D Today, March 2, is my birthday and I realized how last year I had posted 'Love and other complications' part 2 on my birthday! wow! a year has passed already! 2014 was full of ups and downs for me. Ups to some extent career wise but at the same time there were some down as well as some shocking moments too. I miss Yifan and Luhan but at the same time I am happy as long as they are happy and I will continue to support them till the end as I support the rest of EXO. Hunhan will never stop sailing in my heart and Yifan will never stop being 'my kinda guy' in my  heart.

Love Unexpected 

When Sehun decided to respond to the ‘need a roommate’ ad, little did he think that his future was about to change.

He was majoring in business administration and was already a step closer to take over the company from his father. Life was pretty much set for Sehun. He had a great family, great education, a near perfect future, great friends and a bastard of a best friend whose sole purpose in life was to make things hard for Sehun. So when Sehun decided to visit his parents over one weekend, he had counted on Jongin, the said bastard of a best friend, to take care of things at their shared apartment for one weekend.

One ing weekend and Jongin couldn’t even do that.

What Sehun had not imagined was for Jongin to invite almost half of Seoul for a party at their house and for that party to get so out of hand that their landlord decided to throw them out.

When Sehun had received Jongin’s half sober frantic call on Saturday night and had literally flown to his apartment, all he could do was clench his teeth and not scream at the dumb headed Jongin. No matter how much he requested to the landlord, the man wouldn’t budge. He was hell bent on evicting them. Not that Sehun could find fault in the man’s logic.

 For the past 2 years their landlord had given them Lord knows how many warnings to keep it civilized, all thanks to Jongin, to last them a lifetime. And every time it was on Sehun’s request that he had not called the cops on them, meaning on Jongin. But Sehun guessed the man had neared his patience and if one gets called up at 1 at night by the doorbell only to have some drunken kids pissing at his doorstep, he was bound to snap.

So no, Sehun couldn’t really find fault in the man’s logic to ultimately throw them out. And this time Sehun’s earnest requests too fell on deaf ears. For what’s worth, their landlord, Mr Choi, looked apologetic. He admitted that he didn’t want Sehun to go but he also knew that if Sehun stayed then ‘that good for nothing kid’ would find his way back too and he had had enough of the menace called Kim Jongin.

Sehun and Jongin had spent a week crashing at Joonmyeon’s place and Sehun could tell that by 7 days their hyung was nearing his patience too. Kim Jongin, ladies and gentlemen, and his impeccable ability to piss off people, even closest friends.

Before they could be ousted out of their temporary residence, Jongin, the bastard, decided to move in with his girlfriend of the month leaving Sehun alone in the task of apartment hunting. He had the decency to look apologetic and had presented Sehun with the ad for needing a roommate, knowing how much Sehun disliked living alone in a big apartment.

And that’s how Sehun had ended up waiting outside the door of the address mentioned on the ad

There were some things in life for which Sehun was truly grateful to Jongin. Despite his -like actions, that best friend of Sehun had good intentions in his heart, well atleast for Sehun. Had it not been for Jongin, Sehun wouldn’t have made any friends in school. Jongin had always stuck to him like a twin. And for that Sehun would forever be grateful to him. Admittedly as they grew up, Sehun was left to act like the adult while Jongin made the mess, but that’s what friendship was all about. So when Jongin had gotten them evicted from their residence, Sehun never thought he would be able to forgive his best friend completely. But when Sehun reached the given address in the advertisement and the door to the house opened a bit and a cute deer faced boy peeked at him from behind the gap of the door with a ‘can I help you?’ in an angelic voice, Sehun knew that Jongin was forgiven.

Love was not in Sehun’s dictionary. Not that he didn’t believe in love. It was just that it never truly happened to him. Sehun wasn’t the one-night-stand-type, that’s all Kim Jongin. But he was simply unlucky when it came to finding his lucky partner. None of his relationships lasted long for he had always ended up dated jerks, mostly set up by Jongin. So Sehun really didn’t have any idea how it felt to fall in love at first sight. But when he looked up at the deer faced boy with such a beautiful voice, he was pretty sure that he was in love.

He barely managed to introduce himself as the one to have called that morning regarding the roommate needed ad and almost felt his heart skip a beat when that deer faced boy gave him a blinding smile and asked him to wait.

Sehun had never expected falling in love like that. But what he had absolutely not expected was what followed next.

Luhan, or previously known as deer-faced boy, undid the locks and removed the door chain, opening the door completely to let Sehun in. Before Sehun could take a closer look at that angelic face, Luhan had already turned back and walked inside the house asking Sehun to follow him. He led them to the big furnished living room and turned properly to look at Sehun, only for Sehun to get the shock of his life.

Not only was Luhan pretty as hell, he was pregnant as hell too.

Sehun couldn’t help but feel his heart shattering into million pieces at the sight of Luhan’s adorably rounded belly. It wasn’t too big, indicating that Luhan must still be in his early stages of pregnancy. If Sehun’s stares were obvious, Luhan didn’t mind at all. In fact he was glowing and happy as he talked about things in the house while rubbing his middle every now and then.

“So do you have any questions?” Luhan asked once he was done giving Sehun a tour of the house and explaining the things around.

Clearing his throat Sehun wondered if he should ask the question that had been nagging him ever since he came to the house. In the end, he decided to go for it.

“Just one. Why are you living alone in this condition? I- I mean it's none of my business and it's not that you are incapable or anything, I am just curious… you – you don’t have to answer that. I’m sorry. Forget I said anything” Sehun rambled on but stopped once he saw Luhan laughing heartily at him. His doe eyes turned into tiny dots and he bent over, an arm wrapped around his cute bump and laughed as if Sehun had said a funny joke.

“You are adorable, you know that?” Luhan gasped for air, still smiling at him, “And damn cute too. I like you, Sehunnie” and Sehun had the urge to kiss those beautiful lips and say ‘no you are the one who’s cute'. But since he could do no such thing, he decided to duck his head blushing and rubbed his neck. Although they had met only for about half an hour, he felt oddly comfortable around Luhan. “Sehunnie” he loved how his name rolled off of Luhan’s slightly accented tongue.

“I can call you Sehunnie, right? You are younger than me. And maybe we are practically strangers right now, you don’t give off any creepy vibes and I don’t usually read people wrong” Luhan said with a beaming smile, “I have a feeling that we will get along very well. I really want to call you Sehunnie. Can I? Please?”

Although Luhan was, in fact, older than Sehun, he still managed to make himself seem like a kid and how could Sehun, who felt progressively attracted towards the pregnant boy, deny him of his request?

“Of-course h-hyung” he gave a shy smile.

“Aigoo, you are so cute” Luhan cooed and ruffled Sehun’s hair, “Thank you for thinking of me as your hyung. And to answer your question, no I wasn’t always alone. I used to live with my best friend. But he had to go back to China to take care of his family business. As much as I wanted him here with me, he has responsibilities towards his family too and I couldn’t stop him” Luhan answered with a soft smile.

Sehun nodded. “Is…is your best friend the father?” Sehun couldn’t help but ask the dreaded question.

Luhan’s eyes widened in surprise before he shook his head and laughed.

“Oh hell no… I love Yixing with all my heart but we are not together romantically. He is like a brother to me”, Luhan looked down at his belly and rubbed a hand over it with a fond smile, “I always wanted a family. But one can’t play the game alone and since I wasn’t getting any younger, I decided to go for artificial insemination. It’s just me and this little one here. Nobody else” and with that Sehun could breathe again. He still had a chance.
