BORA'S POV

my eyes slowly opened. i had to blinck couple of times to get used to the bright light shining on my face. once my eyes adjusted i looked around the room and saw all the girls sleeping on the couches. 

the doctor came in and started to speak but i told to him queit down and he continued to talk but in a more whispered manner

"how are you feeling Ms. Yoon?"

"Better. And Dr. is this Soeul or...?"

"you're still on melody island. your condition was not in a state to board you on a plane. you needed quick treatment," he reported 

"and my parents?" 

"ah they wish to speak to you once you woke,"

i nodded and with that the Dr. left. i got up and slowly grabbed my phone and made a phone call to my dad as i walked outside, not wanting to wake up the others. 

"hello?" i heard my dad's senile voice on the other end 

"you send my doctor but you and mother don't even bother to come check up on me personally?" i asked bitterly 

"we are busy," he said coldly 

"you send dongjun and the others but you don't come personally?!" 

"i'm busy," he repeated 

"how busy? busy enough you can't even come and see your own daughter?"

"at least i sent people," he said coldly 

"at least? ha. right...i forgot you are yoon jae hyuk. a successful CEO but a failure father," i said angrily 

"yoon bora, you are not a child anymore. you don't need me or your mother to take care of you,"

"since when have you EVER taken care of me? when it's my birthday you are always out of the country, mother is with her friends and when i graduated elementary school and middle school, you and mother both weren't at any of my graduations. i had to watch other parents smiling warmly at their child as i stood and watched over coldly and sadly. when oppa left, you NEVER bothered to stop him. you AND mother NEVER nurtured me. oppa and i were always alone," i said and hung up the phone 

i crouched and wept into my hands

my cold and senile parents...never once did they say i love you. 

never...

"bora-yah," i heard someone call me. i looked up and was surprised to see the boy that left our house. someone i haven't spoken to or seen for 3 years.

"oppa?" 

he walked up to me very hesitantly

"bora-yah. my beautiful sibling,"

"joongki oppa,"

"how are you?" 

"oppa..."

he smiled and just queitly opened his arms. without much thought i ran to him and he embraced me warmly.

"o...oppa," i kept calling 

joongki oppa and i were never close. we were always distant and cold with one another but now here he is hugging me, comforting me

"i'm sorry. this brother of yours is sorry," he said as i could feel his tears drop onto my neck

"oppa," and i tightened my grasp

"you're having a hard time aren't you?"

"no oppa, i'm not. don't worry,"

"liar," he said and released me. he looked at me and suddenly went down on his knees and it took me off gaurd 

"it's oppa's fault for not taking care of you. it's my fault for leaving you behind to take on everything yourself. i'm sorry bora-ya," he said.

i crouched down as well 

"no oppa. it's not your fault so don't apologize okay?"

i grabbed his hand and pulled him up

"oppa let's talk, there's a lot of things we need to catch up on right?" and with that we went to the cafeteria and talked about the 3 years we were seperated 

"did you love him?" joongki oppa suddenly asked 

"who?"

"hoya," and once i heard the name my whole body stiffened 

"H..how did you..."

"bora i may not have been with you for 3 years but i have watched over  you,"

i remained silent 

"you seem to love each other deeply,"

"ah..oppa. you saw wrong. it was only one-sided. he used me,"

"do you really believe that?"

"he said it with his own mouth,"

"bora, i'll give you an advise but usually guy say things they don't mean,"

i was silent and still

"i debated whether or not to give this to you but i think it's best i do,"

oppa suddenly pulled out a CD out of his jacket and placed it in front of me. i looked at him in confusion 

"i came here in the same jet you rode to get here and i discovered this. i asked the flight attendant if she knew anything about the boys you girls met and she mentioned they all met in the conference room and i remembered appa put security cameras all over the plane to watch over you and i think it's best you watch the video....alone with the other girls,"

i picked up the CD and just stared at it 

LATER THAT NIGHT 

we all boarded the plane as the Dr. said my condition improved 

joongki oppa, soyu, hyorin, GNA, dasom, hyunyoung, seungyeon and i all sat quietly until joongki oppa inserted the CD into the dvd player and clicked play

SUNGKYU: right now we’re going to stick to the reason on why we came here and when we return to Korea were going to talk to TOP hyung to figure something out

*SUNGKYU SNICKERS

HOYA: why are you laughing?

SUNGKYU: so,hoya how was the kiss?

HOYA: w...what?"  

L: you kissed?!

SUNGJONG: You and sungkyu hyung kissed? Ewwww!!!

*HOYA SMACKS SUNGJONG ACROSS THE HEAD

I giggled

HOYA: Yah!

 WOOHYUN: no you dummy. Hoya and Bora kissed duh~

I looked down bitterly

SUNGJONG: ohh~ awwwww~

I got up as I felt it was unnecessary to see the rest of the video. I was ready to leave. “Sit,” joongki oppa commanded. I continued to stand as my back faced the screen but I didn’t move. He clicked play

HOYA: you guys know this trip will be our goodbye right?

You guys know we need to tell them everything right?

You guys know it will be hard right?

Suddenly I could hear the sound of sungjong’s cries

HOYA: Yah. Why are you crying?

SUNGJONG: hyung. I don't want to do it. Can’t we do it later? Huh hyung?

HOYA: sungjong it's time. We can't delay it any longer.

SUNGJONG: I just told GNA noona I liked her...no...I told her I loved her. I was finally able to say those 3 words and yet we have to say goodbye already?

I turned towards the screen once again and I was holding back my tears but I saw all the girls sobbing. My tears…I tried to hold it in…

HOYA: sungjong,I said love you to bora too. That is why we kissed but there is no choice.

SUNGJONG: why do you keep saying that...we don't have a choice? WE HAVE A CHOICE! AND WE CAN CHOOSE NOT TO DO IT. I know you hyungs don't want to do it either.

HOYA: I don't. Why would Ido that to a girl I love? To the girl that changed me?! But we need to find out what really happened and if we stop everything right now, Taekyeon is going to push us to do it and he might do so by hurting the girls.

I closed my mouth with both hands. I was trying hard not to break down. Lee howon…you babo (stupid)

L: you don't think what we are doing is going to hurt them?

HOYA: you guys changed...just like I have. 

L chuckled 

DONGWOO: I remember before meeting the girls, L you were always so cold but now you smile so warmly

I fell onto the chair and hung my head low and screamed. I could no longer control my tears nor my pain.

WOOHYUN: I wonder what dasom did to you.

L: like the other girls did to you...she melted my cold killer heart

The boys all chuckled but right now the room was now filled with despair, pain, confusion

SUNGYEOL: they sure did.

SUNGKYU: 7 girls we knew we had to hurt and yet we couldn't help but fall from them.

SUNGYEOL: I love her so much. So much it is hard to describe it with words

WOOHYUN: I’m just afraid she won't know how I really feel to her once we do what we do at the island.

end then the video ended 

"the boys...yes, there mission was to kill you but they all fell for you. imagine how hard of a time they're having right now giving you guys pain," joongki oppa said 

"o.."i started but he cut me off 

"they sincerely loved you just the way you loved them..."

i was silent and i muffled more cries 

i fell to the floor and banged the carpet brown floor

"LEE HOYA! YOU BABO. STUPID. CRAZY." I ranted on as i sobbed 

"bora-yah, stop him. don't give up on him. he loves you..."

lee hoya...what am i going to do with you?
