Chen always found himself in the right place at a wrong time. He always found himself unlucky because whenever he went, strange thing happens to him. Like the time where he was bitten by a ghoul and scared to turn into a ghoul also. Or the time where there are monsters and dolls desperately trying to kill him and he also remembered confronting an angry vampire with hungry needs making him a perfect blood bank candidate for that vampire. And just before the dark starts to envelop him, he was thrown hard by a weird man saying something about being a Fae which he wasn't so the man throws him hard to a hard tingling thing before he passed out. 

 

Now, he was awaken by the scream of Sehun and shout of Xiumin. That is when he realized that he passed out. He tried to move his hand and body a little but he was numb and immobilised by the ticklish and stingy sensation all around his body. His blurry eyes assess that he is at the wrong timing since the three are fighting off the man with a magician outfit. 

 

Like there is a storm gathering in his body, he felt an uneasy feeling with a bit of anger to the man attacking his friends. He tried to move but he is too numb and paralyze so he start to shot his eyes and concentrate more. The sensation just increase but more or less, he start to feel his feet and arms and gather up his strength. Once more, he open his eyes to see the man raises his baston and his friends looks up to the sky which he also did. What he saw made his eyes go widen as huge and large numbers of fireballs are coming towards their direction like an armageddon.  

 

When he saw the three readied himself for what to come, he pushes himself up and shout for the numbness and the sensation he felt to let loose. Much to his surprise, and the others, he felt a surge of energy broke and lightning from the sky starts to strike down towards them as they duck. 

 

"What the hell was that?" Sehun was the first one to recover.

 

"You!! What did you do to my magic?!" The man points towards to Chen making him more confused. 

 

"Was that your doing Chen?" Luhan said in a low tone. 

 

"I...I...I..." Chen felt like he was a robot or something like a goldfish that looks like a fish gasping for air. 

 

"YOU!!! You should be dead!!" The man announces and starts flying over them but with a fist over the direction makes Chen to be alarm and raise his hand to defend himself and his friends. That is when a purplish and bluish lightning was released and it struck the man down leaving no trace of him from the start.

 

"That. Was. Amazing!!" Sehun exclaimed and hug his hyung but he was shock instead when he touch the man like he was a moving live wire. Good thing Luhan pull him away telepathically as Luhan help the other stand also.

 

"We better do the talking later and catch up with the others quickly." Luhan suggests as they nods.

"You okay Kiddo?" Rapmon offers a hand to Kai as he stands up from the ground.He can see a familiar figure slump on the other and he scrutinize his eyes before the smell of blood confirms it.

 

"You better put that male down before you regret stealing him." Rapmon announces before he stand in between Kai and the man. The other males, Jin and Jimin are standing behind while widening their eyes in shock as they saw D.O held by the other.

 

"Hmmm... and what make you say that?" The man raised his eye brow and suddenly, a wet and tingling sensation hit his ears so he was shock and let his captive slide from his shoulders to the ground. When he turns around, the male is luckily not found on the floor but in the hands of another male with red eyes and a brunette with eyeliner stands beside him. It seems like V has stuck his wet finger inside the other's ears. 

 

Before the man and his two companion could react, the man was toss aside from the impact of Suga's high kick froom below while V starts to move away from the two and make his way to Kai and Rapmon's side. 

 

V lay D.O on the ground with Kai holding his upper body and resting the other's head on his chest. That is when Jungkook and J-hope comes along with the slight healed pup. 

 

"Sorry Siwon, we didn't expect them to appear soon." Donghae apologize as they come near Siwon who gestures for them to step back.

 

Siwon smiled and rub his chin by the back of his palm looking at Suga.

 

"Well, well. Look what we've got an interesting bunch here. No one has ever been so close with me that much." Siwon eyes Suga who also stares at him with fierce eyes. 

 

"Same here, much less, anyone get broken from my simple kick." He his lips showing an evident fang and red eyes towards him and stomp his feet lightly but good enough for a the cement to crack.

 

"So you are the trying to be a noblesse one eh? But not if I can help it!" Siwon summons his energy making the others to felt a heavy atmosphere that pushes them down as they resist. Suga, Rapmon and Siwon left standing. Good thing Suga and Rapmon also join the summoning of energy that shields the group from the intense atmosphere making it normal for them to move again.

 

"D.O hyung!!" Jungkook moves closer to his hyung held by Kai. He saw the unconscious man and decided to lunge forward but Jin grab him before he went berserk.

 

"Don't get involve. You're not ready yet." Jin explains and Kai looks toward to the standing people near them.

 

"How dare you use our name in your sins? You should learn how to deal with your own mess." Rapmon exclaims.

 

"Doesn't matter. At least we have everything we need for the ritual, except for the Fae." Siwon eyed the lying boy in Kai's arms.

 

"Don't even think about it." Suga growled and a gush of air was thrown towards to the male but just like in movies, there was an invisible shield that keeps the man and his crew safe from the wind while their back ground is teared apart from the air.

 

Just like that, other image starts to appear near them and so as Yongguk, Luhan and the others. 

 

"Siwon.... So you are all behind this chaos all along. To think that you are a member of the council." Yongguk spats while the other joins Kai and D.O.

 

"Hey! That was the man who attacked us!" Sehun exclaims and points towards the man with magician hat that simply pull his hat from his head and bows down mockingly.

 

"Wow, you really have all the luck Siwon." The man with dimples and ash blond hair stated.

 

"Yeah and with lots of freebies I guess." Eunhyuk seconded with a chuckle. 

 

"Better to give us the Fae before we blow up this place." The bulky man Shindong announces making them gasp and readied themselves on what to come.

 

"No, let's retreat, for now." Siwon said as he unleashes a dark violet and black miasma all around that engulfs them up to they cannot see some other things around them. Good thing Luhan had created a barrier around before they can inhale any of the miasma around.

 

"We cannot be trap here forever, we need to do something." Luhan said sensing that the miasma isn't moving but stock to their place.

 

"Well, I'm pretty sure we cannot huff and puff that thing away!!" Jimin jokes around before muttering 'Sorry' when Yongguk appeared not to be pleased..

 

"I know... Sehun... can move the gas away by his tompass right? Just like what he have done earlier." Xiumin snap his finger at the thought. 

 

"I did?" Sehun tilted his head innocently.

 

"That's right! Sehunnie, remember when you play just like the avatar thingy with a stick swirling above you? Just do that again and think of the air trying to be fan away the miasma." Lay instructed as he pat his back.

 

"I...I'll try." He sigh and connect his tompass together and rotate it above his head. When he close his eyes, Sehun imagine what just like Lay told him and the people inside the barrier felt cold air to surround them all.

 

"When I say release the barrier, unlock it on my cue." Lay said to Luhan who just nod in tiredness. 

 

Lay decided to put his palm out and place it on the green beads with low muttering of words that somehow give Sehun another push. When he gestures for the barrier to be released, the others decided to hold their breathe for a second before the surroundings went back to normal again. Thankfully, they all release deep breaths and decided to retreat to their places.

They are inside the house of the Exo's house where treatments and medical attention are given by the two groups that assist them and rescued them. The injured ones are held in their rooms together with the helpers Suho, Lay, Jin, J-hope, Himchan and Daehyun.

 

The house was almost silent because of the intensity of the situation they are on just before but it lightens up when V, just like as his 4D personality followed by Jimin who is now poking Chen from the side making them go electrified, then laugh and do it again.

 

"You guys stop messing around will yah? Now I do believe in the word forever. Forever stupid, that's what you guys are." Suga snarl at the two.

 

"But...but it's fun hyung. See?" Jimin let Suga's hand poke Chen like wincing in the contact and making Suga a little bit jumpy before he lower his head.

 

"Ouch. That hurts!!" Chen caress his shoulders. 

 

"Well.." V and Jimin waits for the answer.

 

"Well.... I like it too!! Come here you piece of stun gun human!!" Suga have mischievous smirk and lunge towards Chen who quickly runs away before the others chase him completely.

 

"So what you are saying that the one of the Council is responsible for the killing and chaos on the underground?" Kris asked the group ignoring the commotion just outside.

 

"Yeah. And they even dare to get our names fit into their scam. No wonder they mistaken it for us since thy have a spell and charm caster. Those damn group." Rapmon curses at the thought.

 

"We have to warn council before they are manipulated by Siwon." Himchan said to them.

 

"Too late, the council has been informed that we are the ones that causes damage to the park and mall. It will not he too short before they will start to interrogate us." Yongguk appears as Jonggup summons his jellyfish transport, the one which they ride a few mission ago back at the cave.

 

"We will be transporting you to another location where no one will find you guys. Just go to your second hide out for a while before they have an idea to reach for you. You guys will be safe there." Daehyun exclaimed.

 

"Are you sure? Last time I check, isn't that Baekhyun's brother is..." Xiumin tries to object but Daehyun's eyes.

 

"I already told the Byun's regarding this matter and the decision is final thought. And isn't it that you have your first base there?" Yongguk explains earning a silent protest. 

 

"Alright! We I can go back to fetch my stuff!" Tao excitedly exclaimed.

 

"Yeah right. And I also get privacy at last." Suho smiled.

 

"Not exactly since you guys will also be room mates just like you are now." Daehyun said making Suho and the others nod in agreement. 

 

"And that also goes the same with you guys. So better keep an eye for them and also to keep you out in trouble while we fix this mess. Jonggup, Youngjae and Zelo will assist you on your way and when you are in the manor." He announces towards to Rapmon's group making them gesture a thumbs up in the process.

 

"You better keep moving fast. The elites are on their way here." Zelo explains and they all join to help the others pack and move the injured ones which are all patch up to the ship.

The travel takes four hours in total making them arrive at the manor at night. The insights of the manor is like a fantasy place wherein the main door was just a large wall of gate that separates the commoners place (and humans place) and the inner village. Just like there is a wall and big spaces before the gates just like how a small city can be filled by it considering this modern times.

 

Once they've enter (ship rather) the gates, they are greeted by many town people that looks normal, except for eyes and tail that can be seen next to them. The place of the vamps resides not so far away from the village with good place land.

 

"Good evening, your rooms are already fix upon your arrival. " A pretty lady bows down to them.

 

"Thanks, Hyuna!" Xiumin said the cheery half beast before she turns around and make her leave.

 

"Wow!! What a fresh air!" Zelo immediately jumps down the ship with perfect landing even he jumps from the second like floor. But his stunts was jeopardize when V tries to copy it and jumps but landed on Zelo instead followed by Jimin, and J-hope.

 

"Ouchie!!" V winced in pain when it should be Zelo doing the wincing followed by laughter from the others.

 

"Get off me!!" Zelo shouted and he lifted himself from the ground like there are no weight pinning him down before. 

 

"Whoa... Sugoi!!!" The trio exclaims and decided to jump at Zelo pinning him down again but Zelo is stronger than they though 'cause he seems to carry the hanging trio on his shoulders, one on his legs and the other his biceps.

 

"Stop fooling around and help us unpack." Rapmon announce and they agree to give some space to the guys coming down and starts helping them with their luggage. 

 

"Where are the others?" Zelo asks the group.

 

"The injured ones are still inside but they will be coming down in a few minutes." Jonggup said busy petting his ship and stretching his arms and legs a little bit.

 

"Okay, so let's rest here for a while. Since there are five tree houses here, two will be occupied by the guys here who owns the house," Youngjae announces and points to the two large tree house where Xiumin's group will be staying. 

 

"the other two will be occupied by us, and Rapmon's group. I know many of you guys are nocturnal, so, you can roam around the place but remember to be careful of strangers since not all of them are normal. Let's do the talking tomorrow morning." Youngjae exclaim and the others nodded before they decided to check on and leave the house for a stroll after Rapmon gives a nod.

"Soo....are you sure you are alright?" Baekhyun is now worried for his younger brother given the fact that he has been nearly captured, thanks for the fact that Kai and Rapmon's group interfere before he is stolen from them. He is now in the room with Chanyeol, Lay, Luhan and Kai as the Fae is silently lying on the bed of his own room.

 

"I'm pretty much sure I am. Besides, I know that I am safe here at our grounds hyung. Is Bambam alright?" D.O sure is worried for Bambam that really helped him survive in the mall. 

 

"Apparently, he is still recovering, but nonetheless, he will survive. He have blood lost case, cuts and few bones fractured but Lay already healed him with the help of your plant healing. He is now sleeping on the other room with Zelo on his side so don't worry much." Lay assures the worried male and D.O sighs in relief. He has been guilty because Bambam uses his body to protect him from the fall instead of him being the hyung.

 

"What my real concern is the miasma that Siwon releases which he uses to knock you unconscious." Lay frowns and eyed D.O. "I think it is much better if we have releasee the toxic to your body since I can still feel the presence of it that may trigger you to become more sick and we wouldn't want that aren't we?" He tilted his head and looks at the remaining people in the room. 

 

"But I'm fine. I just need to have some energy though since I felt like drained. I think I need to be out and gather some energy on the nearby trees." D.O announces weakly.

 

"Alright. I don't want you to be consumed by the miasma so you better go out and throw that out okay? I have seen the effect of that kind of miasma and it is definitely not good if I may say." Lay eyes him cautiously and looks towards to Kai.

 

"Hey! What do you mean by that?" Kai tilted his head for answer but Luhan decided to speak before he did.

 

"Lay is right. You need to release it in your system and I require you to clean that outside if you are feeling better now. " Luhan stated and grasp his casted and injured arm hanging in front of his chest. 

 

"But that means he will be out in the open right? And there is a tendency that someone might attack him." Baekhyun protest making Chanyeol to touch his shoulders to calm down and squeeze it lightly, massaging the brunette in the process..

 

"I guess I'll just instruct you and Chanyeol to be with D.O when he goes towards the forest. Since the two can keep him accompany while Lay will spill some details to us." Luhan suggest to help the male calm down and he nods.

 

"Uhm..can Kai also come? I..its not that I don't want my hyung to come with me but.. I feel at ease with Kai.. somehow." D.O bows down and looks at Kai and grasping the blanket covering him.

 

"If that is okay with Baek, why not?" Luha n shrugs and looks at Baek who did vice versa.

 

"Fine. If that is what you want. Come on, Let's go for a walk if you're really okay now." Baekhyun stands up and assist his brother to stand up since it felt like he was really so fragile right now and he don't want to damage him further.

 

"Thanks hyung. And also to you." D.O smiles and bows down to them as the other just smile to him also.

 

"Now, let us go check up on others." Luhan gestures for Lay to also head out after the brothers went out. 

 

Just when Luhan opens the door, he was greeted by a tall male with his usual poker face expression. 

 

"Luhan hyung. Can we talk... alone." Sehun's last word came out as a whisper but enough for the older to hear it.

 

"Sure. I'll just catch up with you Lay, you go ahead." Luhan looks at Lay who give him a smile and nods. 

 

"Let's go to our room okay?" Luhan gestures the other to follow him on the room close to the other and close it. Since they will be sharing rooms just like their setting last time on the other's dorm, he decided to sit down on the bed while looking at Sehun. 

 

Luhan's room is simple and just the right size like the others. His room his room is painted peach and few glass furniture and crystal balls for his meditation process and study table. There are many pillows on his queen size bed and a cute pink bed covers and some hello kitty plushies making Sehun gape his mouth in shock although he already knew that Luhan really likes hello kitty that much. 

 

"Stop gasping like a goldfish and close your mouth. Pink is fashionable for male and you remember that you also have plushies more than mine in our room back in your dorm." Luhan becomes irritated at the way Sehun eyes his room. Although he wasn't sure why he need to defend himself, he needed to at least defend his dignity in front of him.

 

"I...I didn't want to offend you. Sorry." Sehun bows down and suddenly felt shy towards Luhan and he sighs.

 

"Don't be. I should be the one saying sorry. I didn't mean to shout at you back at the mall. I guess I was just easily to be pissed. Sorry." When Sehun looks towards him, he saw Luhan is looking directly at him and he suddenly sit beside Luhan and place his face on the others shoulders. 

 

Luhan was caught off handed by the others but decided not to protest any longer and they stay still like that. 

 

"Sorry for ignoring you and you've got injured because of me hyung. I guess you and panda Tao are right when you call me a distraction. I was never good at anything though." Sehun is near mow trembling and Luhan can sense that.

 

 He was informed by Kris that Sehun didn't normally open up or show his emotion to others but when he did, it only shows that he really trust you. He can't help why Sehun keep bugging him like all the times, but it isn't in the annoying way and he grew accustomed by it every time. He just place a hand on Sehun's head and ruffles it.

 

"Now, now. Why the gloomy attitude? It's not your fault since I needed to save our client and injuries like this can happen every time without warning so don't worry about it. And hey, I really think that I grew fond of you always hanging out with me. You always like to make me feel like I am looking at my younger version a lot though." Sehun then lifted his head from Luhan and blinks at him with sparkly eyes.

 

"Really?" He sounded excited and coughs a little before he tries to remain calm but an evident smile was plaster on his face. "I... i mean, you really enjoy my company and always bugging you like I always did to Kris hyung?" He asks with a bright expression which Luhan can't help but to nod slowly.

 

"Yay!! Thanks hyung!! I really, really like you a lot!! Thanks for saying your not mad at me anymore!" Sehun hugs Luhan and shook his like a maniac until he hears a protest to and a loud hissing from the other and he release his grip. 

 

"Sorry! I guess I was too carried away." Sehun scratch the back of his head shyly and tries to touch his injured hands before Luhan move it away from him.

 

"It's...okay. Just, just don't try to touch it 'cause it is still sore. I still need sometime to heal it, alright?" Luhan touch his injured hands and Sehun mouthed another 'sorry' and nods. 

 

"Hey, isn't it the best way if you drink my blood so you can heal fast just like the others?" Sehun suggest and Luhan is now blinking at what he have suggest. 

 

"What?? Where did you get that idea from?" Luhan is now figuring out how Sehun knew that.

 

"Well, I've heard that from Chanyeol and the others but I really don't know the exact details." Sehun then yawns and extend his arms before he slumps on the bed. On the other hand, Luhan us confused but at the same time have already predicted it, not that fast though. When he notice the other is sleepy, he decided to leave him and move towards the door.

 

"Can you..... uhm... please stay with me before I fell asleep?" Sehun takes hus chances on Luhan who hesitantly took the invitation but lay beside him. 

 

"Thanks hyung." He said turning to face the man and unconsciously wrapping his hand on his waist before he felt asleep.

 

"I can't believe I am baby sitting another Tao." Luhan inwardly sigh for the nth time and somehow, just in the back of his mind, he is growing accustomed by this.

 "What are you doing outside, Kris?" Baekhyun and the others saw Kris wandering outside on top of the hill with a big tree lies and where D.O will start to recharge and calmly revive himself up.

 

"Nothing, I am just picking their advise to roam around a little. Is D.O okay?" Kris looks at D.O a little worried for he is assist by Kai with Chanyeol on the side. 

 

"I am. Just need a little rest and fresh air." D.O smiles and saw him release from Kai's grip the leans towards the tree. Baekhyun asked them to move a little farther from his brother to see him touching and whispering to the tree.

 

"What is he...." Kris is amazed on how the tree glows and moves as well as the other trees surrounding them in a magical way. 

 

"He is talking to the tree spirit for cleansing and energy charging." Baekhyun explains. Even the other three already witness the a few of the rare occasion where D.O summons a tree spirit, they can't help but to feel attracted towards it.

 

D.O's hair and features glows as he change into his red hair or Fae form making some flowers glows and fire flies flew near them. The view was breath taking.

 

A woman, dressed in a fully clothe green dress appears from the tree. She was having a long curly green hair with long eyelash with some little leaf like wings touch and whisper something from D.O before leaves and fire flies gathers around him. There was black miasma all around him but just like what they though, the woman is cleansing the miasma around D.O with a little lifting of his body and suddenly, they felt that D.O is shrinking that makes them a little worried. 

 

"What's happening?" Baekhyun suddenly panics but Kris hold him at ease when he felt no threat is intended by the woman as she open her eyes and ghostly go back to the tree. 

 

"D.O?" Kai was the first one to ask to a standing D.O in front. He is still D.O but he is smaller than usual like he is a seven years old boy with red hair, red eyes and slight pointy ears and chubby cheeks.

 

"I...I need to get rid of the miasma still inside me while I regain my energy. The forest fairy told me that I will get rid it more faster when I have much smaller features. That is why I needed to shrink my body appropriate to my Fae age." D.O said in a cute child like voice, well, he really looks like a child now less the fact that he is already 21 years old turning to 22 in few days.

 

"Omigosh your so cute! Come here you little squishy thing!" Baekhyun bear hugs the boy making him squeal and giggle in his arms.

 

"Are you now feeling well?" His brother ask him.

 

"Yup. All charge now." He nods and when his brother looses his grip on him, he moves away and tackles Kai that makes him slight surprise because the other is clingy over him.

 

"Uhm.. Kyungie... what are you doing?" Kai sits down on the grass and surprise even more the D.O is still clinging, tiny arms on his neck and cheeks rubbing on his own earning a giggle from the action.

 

"I dunno. I just miss you suddenly. Thanks for saving me!" D.O chirply giggling ignoring the widen stare from the others.

 

"That was new. Maybe that is the effect of the miasma? Hey, let's try to look over the tree here perhaps." Chanyeol tries to lessen the tense atmosphere and touch the tree same as Kris.

 

"Ohmy gosh Chanyeol!! Kris!! Keep your hands away from the tree, that tree is magical!" Baekhyun exclaims and the two just blinks before moving away slightly. 

 

"What?! Sorry!" Chanyeol and Kris both looked at each other and looks at Baek.

 

"That tree can show the real personality of the person who touches it. Just like what it did to me." D.O innocently said as he move closer to Baekhyun and grasp his hand along with Kai.

 

"But I felt nothing strange though." Kris said. Chanyeol also touch himself to feel anything strange but find none just like Kris.

 

"Move away to the tree and into the light of the moon. Come on!" D.O cheerfully said and they follow. 

 

Once they step outside the shade of the tree and felt the light of the moon, they felt a tingling and hot sensation making them fall to the ground. 

 

"What's happening?" Kai asked and watch his two friends from the ground.

 

"Isn't it Lay said something regarding you guys being half breed? We are gonna see what these two idiotic friends of your came from though." Baekhyun scoff followed by ripping of clothes and when they turn again, they are all surprise d by what they see.

 

"What happened to my hand?" Kris exclaim as he saw his hand is slighlty covered with scales and nails are longer than usual. As for his face, he got some black marks like tattoo near his eyes (mama video) and a freaking wine red wings at his back that stretches when he arches his back.

 

"Whoa... so not good! This isn't my style, you know. " Kris is now freaking and he moves to the see his wings that totally adds up his weird appearance. 

 

"So, we are half breeds" Kai asked and Kris suddenly remembers what Lay have just said and for them, it is still not clarified so he need to check it right from Lay's mouth because he can't believe what is happening to him. 

 

Meanwhile, Chanyeol's brownish hair becomes longer than usual like a giant elf that doesn't emphasizes his ears because the growth was up to half ears and fire starts to rise from where he have stepped on. There is nothing more but the change in Chanyeol's hair style is the only one that change though, as well as the curliness it have.

 

"Uhm, I think I could set this forest on fire though." Chanyeol opens up and didn't want to walk further but D.O moves to him and kills the fire with his sand. 

 

"Hey! I want to try too!" Kai said interested but Baekhyun stops him from moving further.

 

"I don't think that is a good idea Kai. Especially we don't know the nature of your powers." Baek suggests and Kai can't help but to nod.

 

"Now we can go home."D.O smiles and they all head back towards the dorm with a little or not changes to the others hoping they will not be scolded, laugh at or burdened by their new appearance.

Yey!! Done in thus chapter. Sorry if there is no major happenings here.. heheh... How's your valentines? Me, I don't mind nor care being single because I am always happy and contented by it... Even I wish for Kyungie or Suga to be my valentine... *sigh* I just hope for their well being and enjoy what they are doing and whom they are with, same as you guys because if it is the right time, love will find ways and also don't forget to make your special love ones to fe loved and special all the times.
