Yearning For You

As the sun set, the horizon turned into shimmering gold. For like more than a hundredth time, Jay had been visiting the exact place with just one intention. Although that intention kept him waiting till now, the thought of giving up never once came across his mind because he truly wanted to believe the positive side of things. His instinct was assuming that he should still be patient and accept what fate has in place for him.

"Still waiting for dream girl eh?" asked Mr Lim, a regular visitor who had been noticing Jay throughout his most visit

"You obviously know the answer to that," Jay answered

He took a sit beside Jay and complimented him on his loyalty towards his dream girl. The conversation was getting emotional when Mr Lim told his entire love story which had a tragic ending to it. Jay did not know how to react to such a heartbreaking love life that was being told by someone older than him. Now he felt so sure that his instinct will lead him to a happy ending path, maybe? Jay apologised for Mr Lim's lost.

"If ever she came back for you, treasure her with all your heart. Don't you be careless and lose her. Good relationships don't just happen. They take time, patience and two people who truly want to be together. Cherish it while it last yeah?" he gave Jay an advice

Jay nodded in assurance and thanked him for those wiseful advice. He sure to retain that in mind for as long as he lived. With that, Mr Lim excuse himself for some important issues to be settled. Jay greeted him off and like his usual routine, he tend to admire people and the scenery around. Those eyes of his will never ever seemed to get tired of searching.

10PM

The moon was abnormally large and it bathe the earth with it's glorious luminious glow. Jay had been yawning for countless of times but he forced his sleepy eyes to still be alert just incase if something magical were to happened. He still have one more hour to wait until the closing time of this place. As the time ticks, more and more people were taking their leave after spending almost a few hours here for some of them. Tired of sitting, Jay got up and walked towards the railing full of locks. He managed to find the his and Sasya's lock and again, read whatever was written by them one year ago.

Then, the flashback of Sasya letting out her feelings towrads him was being replayed back in his mind. Every word that was being breathe out from Sasya's mouth was still fresh as ever.

"Actually Jay, I have something to tell you too. I do have feelings for you too. I know this is crazy but being with you feels different compared being with other guys out there. The reason I rejected Daniel was because of you. I started to realised that my lovet towards you is much more stronger compared to Daniel's. With you I'm comfortable . I know I can talk about anything, or sit by your side in complete silence. You see me at my worst, but only talk about my best. I can be happy about my biggest achievements, while you know my deepest insecurities. I'm comfortable with you and you should know that means everything to me. I saw your confession on your lock and I'm willing to be the key to your heart. My answer is yes"

Upon remembering those sayings, Jay gripped onto those locks tightly and felt the whole weight of the world upon his shoulders. Yes, Sasya may be the only girl for him to make him feel wanted but at the same time, loving her too much could bring in sadness into Jay's life as well.

"I hoped she understood that I wanna be hers, completely and undeniably, forever. That if I had all of this, to do over again,I would change everything. And that in any life, in any situation, I'd chose her everytime. Every bad boy deserved to be love too right? If it's true you're being fair to us human, please proof us wrong," Jay prayed deeply, shedding out begging tears

He had been expecting her return for one year and it will lead to the same results. He decided to come back the next day. He took one long last look at the locks and let it go, feeling extremely despair. It's 15 minutes to 11pm and he just realised that he was the only one there. He sauntered sadly, to make his way towards his exit.

"Jay," he heard someone whispered

He stopped his pace and wondered. Thinking that it was just his hallucination, he shook his head from side to side and continued his journey.

"Jay!" whispered that voice again

He immediately recognised it, because it was kinda loud and clear. He turned around and scanned his entire surroundings.

"Sasya?" he called out to confirmed that it was not some random ghost

No one responded and he waited for a few seconds. Still, no one said anything back.

"What the hell am I doing? It's just an illusion Jay. Don't fall for it" he told himself

He then walked a few more steps forward.

"Jeong-mal jeong-mal dangsin-eul joh-ahabnida. Nae insaeng-e natananeun jusyeoseo gamsahabnida. Dangsin-e daehan naui salang-eun kkut-i-eobs-eul geos-ibnida. Geulaeseo dangsin-eun nae yeoja chingu hasigessseubnikka? What's up, nappeun namja! Haha!" that familiar, angelic voice asked and in an instant he turned around

His eyes goggled in awed and that person's presence made him so spellbound. Sasya took baby steps towards him, as well as controlling her excitment to see him again. As she was making her way towards him, she began to translate what she had just said,

"I, really, really like you. Thank you for appearing in my life. My love for you will never end, so do you want to be my girlfriend?" she translated the entire Korean sentences and the moment she ended, she was standing inches away from Jay that their forehead were almost in contact.

"So, have I translate the entire thing correctly? And of course, my answer was a definite yes!" Sasya exclaimed when Jay without warning, pulled her towards him for an embraced

Sasya accepted his embraced by hugging him as tightly as possible to pay back how much she had missed being in his comfortbale arms that kept her safe and sound all the time. They let out tears of happiness while hugging and felt so blessed that their prayers were being fulfilled. This kind of test sure was so hard to accomplish but if you're patient and strong enough to handle all of the obstacles that was getting in your way, you will successfully complete the mission in the end. Jay let out a sighed of victory and closed his eyes, feeling so alive for having her back in his arms.

"365 days. I've been waiting for you for exactly 365 days. Wow, that's torturing you know?" Jay grumbled, still hugging her

"I didn't break my promise to come back didn't I? How do you think I felt? I missed you so much and thank you for your patience. Seriously I don't know what I would do without you in my life. Just being away from you for one year made me felt like I've lost 3 quarter of my life. I love you so much Jay!!! I can't live without you," she said, and slowly letting go of him, but still having her arms around his waist

"I love you more. Thank you, for returning and appearing in front of me. Please, don't ever be far away from me again? I'm afraid that I might lose you forever the next time round," Jay requested, adjusting her fringe

"That will never happen. Promise me not to scare the out of me like you did one year ago. I could have really lose you and you know how worried I am? I'm gonna be with you for as long as I live," Sasya assured causing Jay to beam in delightness and mess around with her hair

"Hey, I've fully translate those sentence. I should get something in return!" Sasya playfully demanded

"It took you one year to fully translate it? That's freaking slow!Hahaha!!! Or I forgot, you are slow!! Haha!" Jay teased

"Ugh annoying!!! Oh boy, here you go again! Seriously not even a small gift for being able to translate that difficult sentence? How heartless!" Sasya scolded, crossing her arms against her chest

"I have the perfect gift for you in mind," Jay said and that made Sasya grinned with full of eagerness

"What is it? What is it?" Sasya exclaimed like a little kid

Jay did a cheeky smile and go straight for a lips without wasting anymore time. Sasya closed her eyes as the kiss deepened.

"Does that consider a gift for your hard effort? Or is it too cheap for you?" Jay asked

"Ani, this was the most expensive gift that not even a billionaire could afford to buy it because this one of a kind gift could only come from the person that's so meanigful and important to me. Which is you!" Sasya told him

"Haha, now I know what present to give you on your birthday. It saves a lot of money actually. Hehe!!" Jay joked

"Haha, very funny!" Sasya joined and pulled him so that their lips were in contact again
