oungjae stretched, raising his arms above his head. He yawned, the image of the guy he met was stuck in his head. He hadn't seen that guy around before but he was pretty tall. Youngjae wondered if he was a first year. "Aish," he sighed.

"What's been bothering you since yesterday?" Himchan looked away from his pocket mirror for long enough to ask. His haired just didn't go the way he wanted today, it just kept sticking up in weird places.

Before Youngjae could respond he was called "Youngjae- Mr. Lee is looking for you in the biology lab."

Youngjae got up and sighed. "It's probably another ert who needs tutoring with biology."

Himchan smirked. "Hey hey, who knows.. you might fall in love with him."

Youngjae rolled his eyes. "That'll be the day when blood rains from the sky"

Himchan shook his head and waved his finger. "At least put your uniform of properly."

Youngjae just laughed and walked away. His figure heading out of the classroom and down the hall.

Junhong who had been sitting there silently the entire time spoke up. "Hyung- The gap between his looks and personality is too wide don't you think?"

Himchan chuckled and ruffled the younger boy's hair. "That's true- But don't underestimate him. He's the most violent one among all of us..."

As Youngjae walked down the halls his reflection in the windows caught his eye. He glared at himself through the glass why did he look so feminine? He had soft blonde hair, which he dyed to look more rebellious, big brown doe eyes and his nose was small, it resembled a button. No matter what he tried, he never looked intimidating enough. Youngjae ruffled his hair, loosened his tie and tried to make himself look rougher before heading to Mr. Lee's classroom.

Once he felt he was ready, Youngjae opened the door to the biology lab, but instead of seeing his teacher, a group of boys were gathered in the room.

Click. Upon hearing the door shut, he backed up to the door and attempted to turn the knob. Youngjae sighed when he realized they locked it from the outside. "I thought Mr. Lee called me to his room, what are you guys doing here?"

One of them laughed, his laughter was loud and obnoxious. "My surname is Lee too, maybe you got us mixed up?"

The taller one of the group spoke up. "Say, Youngjae, we're tired of this all boy, and we can't keep satisfying ourselves-"He looked at his friends and smirked. "You wanna be our partner"

Youngjae shoved his hands into his pockets and leaned back on the locked door, he tried to be as nonchalant as possible. "Well, if you haven't noticed I have all the equipment of a guy."

The one with the obnoxious laugh spoke again. "With your cute face that won't be a problem at all."

His friends all laughed. "Your friend Himchans not bad either. But I've heard his fighting skills are terrifying. Plus his boyfriend gives me the creeps"

"I've heard the same about Youngjae though. But you won't say no right?"One of them leaned close to Youngjae and smirked. He lifted his arm up to touch Youngjae's face.

"This is why I hate all-boy schools. You're all sickos."Without moving anything but his arm Youngjae slapped the guy's hand away.

The guy glared at Youngjae shocked that he got hit. "You know that it's 3 vs 1 right? So if you don't want to get hurt-"

Youngjae had a blank look on his face. "Thats true, I don't know how to fight. Nor am I physically strong. You guys are right I'll probably get overpowered and ."

The three guys glanced at each other and grinned. They thought they finally beat Youngjae.

Youngjae continued to speak. "But before that..." he pulled out a pen from his pocket. "at least one of you..." Click. Youngjae opened his pen and smirked. There was an evil, almost insane glint in his eyes. "Will get his eyes poked out by this"

All three of the students eyes were wide open. They shivered and whispered among themselves, quickly decided not to hit on Youngjae and run away.

Youngjae groaned the moment they left. Why was his life always so difficult. Just then the door to the preparation room slid open. He jumped back in shock. The same guy he met a few days ago walked out. "You didn't hear anything, okay. Why are you even here?"

The unknown male stared at Youngjae before speaking. "I just came here to get the pet food from the fridge" He bent over and grabbed a container.

Oh so he can speak in complete sentences thought Youngjae. He raised his eyebrows "What?"

The brown haired male opened the container. Inside were frozen mice. "I'm feeding the snakes"

Youngjae cringed. "You're feeding it frozen rats?"

He nodded "yep"

Youngjae followed the guy into the room and watched him feed the mice.

The look he was giving the snake was the same one he received the first time they met. That look of observation. It looked natural when he was staring at the snake, but not when it was directed at him. He was being treated like a snake but strangely he didn't dislike it.

"Do you like snakes?" Youngjae asked, not liking the silence.

"Not just snakes, I like all animals."

Youngjae tilted his head. "Oh? Even ones that can't be tamed"

The mysterious male, smiled slightly. "I think animals that are strong are the most beautiful" He turned and faced Youngjae giving him that stare. "And thats why... I think you're beautiful too."

Youngjae tried to look away but his gaze was caught in the brunette's eyes.

"Strong, pure, and straight-forward. Very beautiful" Hearing those words Youngjae blushed. His cheeks turned a light shade of pink and he looked away.

"Ahh I see." He cleared his throat. That guy was giving him the same compliments he would to an animal, yet Youngjae was surprised to find that he didn't mind it too much. The guy's stare only contained a thirst for knowledge. He was much better than those guys who only had dirty thoughts on their mind. Realization dawned on Youngjae, he could use this for his own good. "Say- Does anyone come here besides you?"

"No." The brown haired male looked around. "Because it's dark nobody ever wants to come here"

"I thought so" Youngjae grinned. "Then you won't mind me coming here right?"

"I don't mind" His answers were always short and to the point. Youngjae liked that.

"Great- then I'll stop by sometime"

"You're unexpectedly a weird person." He said that with such a straight face Youngjae couldn't help but start laughing."

"I don't want to be told that by you" He smiled and look at the male in the eye. "you seem to know a lot about me. Even though we've never talked." Youngjae smirked. "If you don't tell anyone that I come here, I'll let you observe me"

The guy stared at Youngjae with a blank face. "Will you let me groom you? you have such soft looking hair."

Youngjae gave him a suspicious look. "Groom? I refuse to be treated like a dog" He crossed his arms.

The brunnette eyed Youngjae. "I'd say you're more like a cat."

Youngjae only laughed. "You're weird. oh wait.... What's your name?"

"Daehyun. Jung Daehyun. First year, class 6"

"Class 6 huh? wait... Class 6?!!" he exclaimed. "Isn't that the class right next to mine!"

Daehyun only nodded.

And that' was how Youngjae's life visiting the biology lab began.

The sun was bright against the blue sky, clouds could be seen and the temperature was getting warmer. Months had passed since their first encounter. Time flashed by, and without even realizing it, summer was coming.

Youngjae barged into the biology lab sweating. His hair was dripping with sweat and the blonde colour looked like a light brown.

"Daehyun. I'm keeping my popsicles here okay?" Daehyun shrugged. "I don't mind.... but it'll be beside the snake food."

"Dammit. I even brought tomorrows share of popsicles" Youngjae pouted.

The brown haired male chuckled. "Are you coming tomorrow too?"

Youngjae flopped into the seat beside Daehyun and rested his head against the table. "Yeah. If I stay in the classroom people with try to talk to me... its annoying"

Daehyun shook his head. "Thats because you attract attention"

Youngjae sighed. "Not everyone can be like you. You're like a ninja"

"Are you sure that's not because you aren't interested in other people?" Daehyun questioned.

Youngjae had nothing to say to that and he turned his head as if a he was a little kid giving the silent treatment.

Daehyun smiled to himself. He thought Youngjae reminded him of a cat.

Himchan pulled his friend over and motioned for him to sit down"Youngjae, I heard you got a boyfriend" He smirked "Is that true?"

Youngjae threw him a disgusted look and whacked his friend with a book. "Hah? Who fed you such a stupid idea?" His eyes fell on Junhong, he yanked the younger boy's ear. "Was it you Zelo?"

"Ow ow ow" Zelo, flailed around. "I'm innocent, i'm innocent. Hyung let me go"

"Nah. It's been a rumor around the school. Someone followed you and saw you with a guy."

Youngjae slammed his head down onto the table. "What is wrong with this school" he groaned and clutched his head"I hang out with a classmate and they think I'm dating? My life is messed up"

Himchan leaned close. "So tell me about this friend of yours."

Zelo grinned. "Ooh, ooh I wanna know too"

Youngjae sighed. "His name is Daehyun, he's really nice but he doesn't talk much."

"If he's not a bad person, then why don't you just pretend that you're dating?" Zelo asked "That kept the guys away from Himchan."

Zelo was right. The more Youngjae thought about it, the more logical it sounded. Himchan used to get hit on a lot, even though he'd beat them all up. But after he started dating Yongguk the number of people drastically lowered. Not that it was surprising, Yongguk would glare at any male who got close to Himchan. Thinking it would be useful to get rid of the guys to kept hitting on Youngjae he went to go find Daehyun.

As always he could be found in the biology room. Youngjae was about to opened the door when someone interrupted called out. "Youngjae!" It was a guy in his class, his name was Jaebum or something.

Youngjae sighed in annoyance. "What do you want?"

"Umm" Jaebum's cheeks were tinted pink. "Did you read my letter?"

"I threw them out." Youngjae put on his cold and tough demeanor.

"Oh. Well do you have a moment? I need to ask you something" Jaebum tried again.

"I'm kinda meeting up with someone."

"Please it won't take long."

"Sorry, my popsicles are going to melt" Youngjae lifted up the plastic bag in his hand. He quickly opened the door and left Jaebum standing there. He hated confessions the most, they were harder to deal with than erts who just wanted . He tried to avoid those all together.

Youngjae scanned the room and locked eyes with Daehyun "Hey"

"I moved all the snake food to the bottom shelf so you can put your freezies in the freezer."

Youngjae smiled. "Doing that will make me stay here permanently"

Daehyun moved to the other side of the room "Didn't you intend that from the start?"

"True."

"I'll make you a place to take naps too." Daehyun headed to the sliding door which lead to outside.

Daehyun still treated Youngjae like he was an animal but Youngjae didn't mind much, it was comfortable. Daehyun was nice, and he had a soothing air around him.

Youngjae thought about the dating rumor, but then decided to ignore it as of now. He followed Daehyun and got a surprise. There were two cats, a cute tabby and a calico. "Awww" they're so cute." Youngjae cooed and their fur.

Daehyun watched as Youngjae played with the cats. He smiled again.

"Holy !" Himchan walked into the biology room looking for Youngjae. He saw nothing but the open sliding door so he headed out, the first thing he saw was Youngae sleeping on Daehyun's lap.

"What magic did you use?! Youngjae is actually sleeping on your lap"

Daehyun gave a straight-face and replied. "I gave him toys, made him a nest and left him alone"

Himchan laughed, "You're awesome, Youngjae would never trust me enough." He crouched and poked Youngjae. "Ever since he started leaving at lunch time I thought you must be an amazing person"

Youngjae stirred in his sleep, drool came out of the side of his mouth. "I'm jealous, Youngjae was never like this in front of me"

Daehyun looked curious. "Oh really?"

Himchan nodded. "Yeah, he's a really cautious and suspicious creature. He's not caught that easily by anyone. Are you happy that you're this close to him?"

Daehyun looked Himchan in the eye. "I am"

The raven haired male grinned, before leaving. "I leave him in your care, you better not do anything to him. Bye"

Daehyun looked down at the blonde male. His face was calm and peaceful. He couldn't help but the soft blonde hair...

Youngjae mumbled in his sleep and turned and snuggled closer to Daehyun. His head was getting dangerously close to Daehyun's crotch.

"...don't do anything huh?" Daehyun muttered.

Little did he know in the far distance was Jaebum watching the two of them interact. Jaebum clenched his hands into fists, "Daehyun needed to stay way from Youngjae"
