She stared at herself in the mirror.

Her eyes burned, watering and reddening, tears flowed down her pale skin.

She grabbed the pink lipstick and smeared it across the mirror in frustration. Again and again, back and forth- coral pink streaks decorated the mirror. The redheaded young woman could imagine the excited look on her face as she would be getting ready for their one year anniversary- if they were still together.

How could you do this? Do you even think of me? Am I easy to you?

Jieun ran her fingers through her wavy, dark red hair as she walked around her living room. She wore an elegant snow white dress that reached her ankles. It covered her shoulders and a gold and pearl belt wrapped around her mid-section. Her silver and pearl high heels glittering under the chandelier light as she brought her hand up to the wilted roses. Her brown eyes trailed off, away from the wilted roses, but landed onto a silver framed photo.

The two of them grinned at the camera- it was during Christmas, his smile lighting up his handsome face, and their arms wrapped around each other. Next to the framed photo was crusted paper, brown at the edges, and a beautiful cursive writing adorning the body of the paper. 

Yes, I'll listen, although it will all be lies. Yes, I'll smile, just like all the girls you played with.

She picked it up, a solemn smile on her beautiful face.

(Talk That) Keep saying those ridiculous words-

Her grip tightened as a tear escaped her eye.

Jieun bit her lip.

With that, she stood, snatching a lighter from the table, and headed towards the fireplace. Jieun held the small yellow flame under the paper, a hiccup escaping her small lips, and she lit the letter. The embers the paper, flickering here and there, eating all the lies. She threw it in the fireplace without a second thought. 

Suddenly, the phone rang. 

Hurriedly, Jieun wiped her tears and went to answer it.

"H-Hello?"

"Jieun-ah."

She froze in place.

"Please, give me another chance..."

From the start, it was all lies. Don't tell me you were telling the truth. Now it's hard for me to believe you. Am I that easy to you?

"... Where are you?"

"I'm at the bridge where we first met."

"..." She hesitated. "I'll be there."

Jieun hung up.

She grabbed her white coat and cream colored scarf, swiftly throwing it on, and ran out the door.

Yes, I'll listen, although I already know your excuses

She ran and ran, until she arrived. His form leaning over the railing of the bridge, looking at the moon. 

He then noticed her, and smiled. 

Jieun gave him a smile too.

Yes, I'll smile, now please go away, I won't care anymore

"Jieun-ah..." Luhan gently caressed her small, dainty hands. "I'm so glad you came..."

(Talk That) But don't think that I'll believe you

"Is it... really true?"

"Yes."

"I-I don't know." Jieun lowered her head at their clasped hands.

"Jieun, I love you."

You tell me again but I don't want to listen, just stop it all

She looked up. His pleading eyes just only served to draw her in further. He leaned in, arms wrapping around her slender figure. Jieun froze, unable to respond to his advances as their lips pressed together.

Luhan pulled back, meeting his ex-lover's eyes. He recoiled in surprise as tears streamed down her face.
