After that scene from the ice cream shop

I cant look at him directly

Coz i know if i did i would blush madly

This isn’t the first time

He showed me affectionate gestures

Its just that his my ‘prey’ and if i fall for him

Then ...

“luna ...”

I snapped out my thoughts

“lets go in that store ...” onew pointed out an accessory shop of sorts

Grabbing my hand, and entering the place

It was surrounded by different kinds of jewelleries

To small trinkets ..

There are stuff toys too, customized cups

And different types of cute bennies

The place was cute and comfy

“i never thought guys would also come to place like this...”

I voice out as i saw onew inspecting some bracelets

He side glance at me and gave an eye smile

“its not that i like going in shops like this .. but i wont say i dislike it .. you see my mom really love small trinkets and jewelleries .. she has a collection of different kinds of it, some were even brought abroad”

Onew replied having that nostalgic look in his eyes

As he remembers her mother dragging him

From shop after shop that sells accessories

Then he turn to her ...

“having to go in here ... made me reminisce those times when she was still alive, it always make me sad but happy at the same time”

I felt the strong urge to hug him

Seeing those eyes that always radiates happiness

Shows hints of sorrow and longing

Crush me inside

And i clearly don’t know why

I tap his shoulders lightly

Smiling lightly

“why don’t we look around, believe it or not im interested in this stuffs too ..come on ..”

I hold his hand and continue rooming around

Pointing to cute phone accessories

And trying on some displayed bennies

“lets take a picture..”

Onew suggested coming close by my side

His phone in ready

“one ... two ...—“

He counted i was ready for a smile

But when three came i froze

Hearing the capture sound

I put a hand on my cheeks turning to him ... shock

Onew just stared back ..

Blushing a little ..

I was about to ask him why’d he kissed me

But he quickly took our bennies off

Putting them back

And march away from me

I follow him with my gaze

He was back on the bracelet rack

I ,on the other hand, still felt his lips on my cheek

Where he kissed

And unconsciously put a hand on it...

Why did he do that? I was supposed to make him like me right

But why does it seem like the other way around?

No ..

I shook my head trying to compose myself

Im not starting yet

I still have the whole day to carry out the first step

With that resolve i firmly nod and ready to call him

Noticing him gone

Where ...?

“BOO!!”

I shouted, seriously startled..

Onew laugh.

“YAH!” .. i punch him on the shoulder .. “you scared me ..”

He was still laughing that i began to feel pissed off

So with a frown i walked out of the store leaving him behind

Onew POV

He was still laughing

Remembering her face was just comical

When she walked out

Stomping her foot ..

rather than finding it childish

He thinks it’s really adorable

So with that he gave chase

Stuffing the item he purchased from the store

In his pocket

Catching up with her and instantly hold on her arm

Stopping her

He want to laugh again

She was pouting

“hey ... im sorry ...”

She crossed her arms and avoids her face to side

With a ‘humph’ ...

He went to her other side and look at her

“im sorry ...mmh .. forgive me?” giving her a puppy dog eyes

She look at him ... and sigh..

“come on lets go ... i want to eat something”

Yes!!

He felt very happy as he walks by her side bumping her shoulders playfully

Luna POV

I hate myself for falling for that adorable expression of his

When he apologized earlier

Curse you Lee Onew!

This is not really going her way ...

“don’t you like the food?”

I send him a straight look

Locking his gaze to mine

i can see his awkwardness from it

Without breaking eye contact

I lean closer ... and closer

Closer enough for me to see my reflection from his eyes

And our lips just inches apart

I saw him gulp ..

As he trail his gaze to my lips

Then an idea struck me

I purposely bites my lower lip

Just to see his reaction ...

Let the seducing begin ...

I gave him a smirk ... slowly putting a finger on his face

Running it down to his jaw ...

Feeling him clutching it ...

He is a man after all

“w-what a-are you doing?”

Hearing him stutter is enough to put a devilish smile on my face

“nothing ... i just ...want to see you up close .. you really is handsome ..”

I whisper ...

“c-can you lean back a bit f-farther?”

He turn sideways

“why?” putting a hand below his chin

Making him to face me again .. “am i distracting you with this proximity?”

I purred ...

Onew close his eyes maybe to bring his composure back

As he sure did coz when he open those eyes again

He has that grin of his and eyes that captivates me

My pulse quickened ...

He take it as a chance and flicked my forehead with his finger softly

Making me fall back

“AHH!”

I pout at him ... puffing my cheeks angrily

He laugh ...

I look at him frowning

“you are distracting me ...”

He chuckle and crooked his head to the side

With that trade mark grin of his

My heart just jump up beating harshly

And all i could do is stare

“ having those lips at that distance, is enough to send me on edge, please don’t do it again, im trying so hard to control myself”

Onew exclaim with a serious face...

that rendered me speechless...

that evening ....

the two had so much fun ..

though after that scene on the restaurant

the air became awkward but onew tried to ease it

by inviting me to play at the arcade

completely engrossed at the games

that atmosphere seem to ebb away

laughing and mocking each other

when any us made mistakes

instantly creating a little bond between me and him

and i have to admit i had so much fun

“were here ..”

Onew announce when the car stop in front you apartment

i smile and went out

Closing the car door

Slouching down to look at onew

“thank you for today i had fun ..”

i said ...

He smile .. “me too ..”

Then silence ,,

i don’t know but there’s this nagging feeling

In me

That tells me to let him in ..

And eventually i gave in ...

“you .. want to come inside ..you know for a while?”

Onew gladly accept my invitation

And was tailing me as i went inside the door closing it behind

“coffee? Tea? Juice? Suju?”

i offer ... onew furrow his eyebrows at the last one

“mmh .. Suju would do ...” he answer ..

“okay .. please sit down make yourself at home”

i head to the kitchen opening the fridge

Grabbing some snacks and two bottles of suju ...

Going back to the living room

Onew perk up and help me put it on the floor

Where we ended up sitting

Using the couch to lean on

Onew open the bottles giving me the other one

As i open the snacks

The silence was comfortable

As we drank from the bottles

release a sigh together

i look at him and laugh

“this is nice ...”

He suddenly mutters making me look at him

Only to look away when realizing that he was looking at me too

Blushing madly and coughing to hide

my embarrassment and to ease my throbbing heart

i heard him chuckle ..

“you know, you remind me so much of that little girl ive met before she might be the same age at you right now ... how i wish to met her again and properly thank her for saving me and my dad from that accident”

Hearing him talk about personal matters

Made me on ears for him ...

Accident? A girl?Ive never heard of this ..

Yes because its not included in the information given to me

“that ... was the last time i saw mom, her last moment i remember was her face bloody and she was crying ... that image hunt me even to this day ...”

There was a slight change of his tone

Sadness, regret, pain, rage ...

It was my first time hearing it ...

Slowly i trail your eyes back to him

Catching a glimpse of his hand tightening around his drink

 Made me place my hand on his ...

Looking up to be meet up with his saddened eyes

Offering a small gesture of comfort

Unconsciously rubbing my thumb on his knuckles

Feeling it slowly relaxing

And his expression changing .. “thanks”

He said. Not avoiding eye contact with me ...

“your .... welcome ..”

Came my reply ...

The time seems to stop

As his intense stares succumbs my entire being

i cant look away, my reason was quite unsure

Even Onew have no plans of letting go of this moment ...

i on my breath as his eyes

Glance from my eyes to my lips

And i felt the distance grow smaller and smaller

Until i could feel his hot breath faming my face

And tickling my lips

Just a small movement from me

And i will finally touch those inviting lips

Just a little more ....
