iKON confirmed as opening act for Big Bang's tour
K-NewsAhead of their actual debut, the selected members for upcoming group, iKON, will be joining Big Bang for their upcoming tour in Japan.
On September 25th, YG Entertainment announced that iKON will be joining Big Bang as opening acts for their “Big Bang Japan Dome Tour 2014.” The tour will kickstart in Nagoya Dome, Nagoya on November 20 to 23, followed by confirmed concert dates in Osaka, Fukouka, Sapporo and Tokyo.
Just last year, Big Bang invited WINNER for their concert tour in Japan, following their win for “Who Is Next,” performing their tracks, “Go Up” and “Missing You.”
Meanwhile, the nine trainees continue to face up the challenge of training under YG Entertainment, showing their personality and skills through “MIX & MATCH.” Yang Hyunsuk has already selected Bobby, B.I and Jinhwan for the new seven-member group, while the rest of the trainees fight for the four remaining slots for iKON. A global fan meeting and event has been scheduled to allow fans to cast their votes for their member of choice.
