"What do you mean it usually works?" Kang Chi snapped. I sighed, "Kang Chi my powers are more developed than yours remember that so therefore if I wasn't  able to contain myself we wouldn't have made it here on our own  either way I'm  slightly stronger than you are "

Kang Chi rolled his eyes looking at me. "I still don't get it" I facepalmed before taking my hand out of his hand removing it from the bracelet. "It means I've dealt with this whole Gumiho thing longer than you have we're both only half but atleast I can contain it, you're fighting it." I closed my eyes, This news was hard to break to someone but it had to be done. "Oh." Kang Chi seemed slightly disappointed with the fact he was no longer human. "My bracelet came off the night Jo Kwon killed my mother and tried to come after me"  I had a stern look in my eyes letting out a sigh. "Yeo-Wool's mom died giving birth to her" I hated telling any stories about my past. "Really?" Kang Chi blinked. "Yeah." I blinked several tears away. "Min-Kyung are you crying?" Kang Chi blinked. "I.." I lowered my head. "If I were to lose my father I would have to become a gisaeng" Kang Chi promptly pulled my chin up.  "I wouldn't allow that" He smiled a little. "But Yeo-wool.." I mumbled. "Gon can handle that."  I laughed slightly.

"He's been dealing with us since we were kids you only met me today" I rose an eyebrow. "But I still find you cute" Kang Chi smiled a little. I felt my cheeks heat up slightly. "Thanks.. I think" I tiredly managed. "We'll head to the academy in the morning I'm tired I was asleep just as this was all happening then I heard yelling"  Kang Chi just nodded and pulled me down to lay with him. "Then get some rest. I'll be right next to you Min-Kyung" Those were only words I heard before completely dozing off into sleep. I let out an annoyed groan in my sleep I was actually in a severe amount of pain I had never felt this weak when it came to taking  off that bracelet.

"Min-Kyung?" I barely heard Kang Chi's voice at this point. "... Hn" Was all I managed in my sleep I was feeling more than tired. "Are you okay?" He asked. "Just really tired now shut up" I mumbled feeling weak still hoping I'd feel better with in the next day. 

"...." Kang chi laid us both down fully seeing as we were just sitting there. I out of sudden habit  cuddled close to Kang Chi to keep warm all I wanted to do was lay there forever I felt so safe in this guys arms it was unreal.
