Words hurt more than anything else can, because they last, sometimes forever.

"Hello, everyone," a static voice greeted from the radio. "My name is Do Kyungsoo, and I am dying." 

The listeners blinked, unhinged by the sudden turn of events. And who could blame them? They had been listening to a kid telling a touching story about his dog mere minutes before. The sudden turn into depression land was unsettling.

Some listeners turned up the volume while others turned it down, but the rest stopped listening altogether. Unaware of the varying reactions his statement received, Kyungsoo continued, "I'm not here to ask for your help, because there's nothing you can do to help me, but to ask you for a favor."

The deep, shuddering breath that Kyungsoo took could be heard from all over Korea, and the listeners waited with anticipation coursing through their veins. "Please, pass on this message for me..."
