“Aniya. Cut the music!” 2NE1’s new choreographer, Koharu Sugawara, yelled out. The music stopped and everyone practically collapsed to the ground.

Park Bom sat with her head up and leaning on her hands behind her. Dara and Minzy semi-squatted and leaned their hands on their knees while they caught their breath. They’ve been having this dance rehearsal for the past 4 hours and they were already exhausted. Being on hiatus for almost a year has taken a toll on them.

“Something wrong Sugawara-chan?” Chaerin asked the Falling in Love choreographer while trying to stand straight. Even she felt like she wanted to pass out if they didn’t get a break soon.

“No. It’s just that this part,” Koharu lazily danced a certain section then thought momentarily, as if translating her words into Korean, “is just not flowing in together. I think it’s just that it’s weird seeing all four of you do it together. It seems too simple.”

Minzy stepped up but had to lean on Chaerin a little. “What do you want us to do?” She breathed heavily.

The choreographer contemplated her lesson plan. The girls were going along the lesson plan and they did seem to learn things quickly. A little change wouldn’t hurt. “Let’s have a run through of what we learned so far then we’ll take a 10 minute break. You guys seems a little tired already.”

None of the girls complained and went straight to their spots.

“Eonnis! Hwaiting~” yelled one of the Crazy Dancers, Kim Ji Hye.

Minzy smiled back before sitting and bowing her head, waiting for the music to start.

Some of the girls kept dancing. Others started walking off.

“How’s that, Sugawara-chan?” Chaerin asked.

“That’s good. It’s just at that part of the chorus I’m not sure what to do.” The choreographer stared at the ground and crossed her arms.

While Chaerin and 2NE1’s choreographer talked, the dancers and the other members went to a wall to lean on or a seat to sit on.

Just as everything was starting to calm down, “Oh, my goodness!” yelled another one of the Crazy Dancers, Won Ah Yeon. The room went silent and everyone’s eyes were on the dancer.

Chaerin sighed aggravatingly. With something petty, she didn’t want to deal with any further problems. “What happened?” she felt obligated to ask.

With the tension filled in the room, the dancer realized her mistake in overreacting. “A-Ani. Sorry. My water just spilled everywhere. Jeh-sohng-hahm-nee-dah! I’ll clean it up! Don’t worry about me! Jeh-sohng-hahm-nee-dah!” The dancer bowed 90 degrees in all directions before briskly leaving the room.

Minzy’s PoV

“Dara-eonni!” I yelled with a little bit of aegyo.

Dara looked so exhausted, but when she looked at me she did her best not to. Her tiredness made me feel bad for what I wanted to say, but it’s our responsibility as members to watch out for each other. “Deh, Minji-ah?” she smiled while wiping her forehead.

“I just wanted to say—”

“Oh, my goodness!” We averted out attention to the shrieking voice.

“What happened?” Our leader said. She too also sounded extremely exhausted and stressed.

“A-Ani. Sorry. My water just spilled everywhere. Jeh-sohng-hahm-nee-dah!” Apparently one of our dancers said.

Dara cut in while the Crazy dancer was still talking. “You were saying?” She leaned her hip against the mirror.

“Ah. I know you’re probably getting tired, but you know that part before CL says ‘boy I’m so blind’?” I timidly asked, tripping over my English.

She thought about it. I imagined she was thinking of the choreography leading up to it. “When the three of us are in the back and later we do the hip thing?” she asked. I was relieved she wasn’t pissed that I was going to criticize her.

“Deh. I just wanted to tell you that you should try moving your hips and shoulders more. You and I are easily visible and we should try to look in sync.”

“Move my shoulders?” She asked. I was a little intimidated by her question for some odd reason. We’ve been together for almost 10 years, but I still got nervous when I criticized the others.

“Deh. You’ve got everything else down, though.” I put two thumbs up and smile.

She returned the smile, then patted my shoulder. “Okay. I’ll try. Remind me later. I appreciate you looking out for me, Minji-ah~”

“You’re working really hard, too, eonni! I’ll get you your water bottle.”

“Ani. You don’t have to.” She tried to stand up straight. Maybe if she wasn’t so skinny, she wouldn’t be so frail when she was exhausted.

‘Eonni. You’re tired. I still have some energy! It’s just a water bottle!” I cheered before leaving. "I want to do it!" 

“Yah~ You’re just making fun of your old eonni, eh?” She joked before she sat down against the mirror.

I walked to the bench in the room. I greeted some of the Crazy Dancers. Bom-eonni was busy drinking her water and playing something on her phone. I grabbed my water bottle before walking to her. “Bomi-eonni~”

“Deh~” she enthusiastically said without taking her eyes off her device.

“Where did Dara-eonni leave her water bottle?”

She looked up and checked around the room. She then turned to me again. “I think it’s next to her bag.” She pointed across the room.

Inwardly, I sighed, asking myself why the other side of the room was so far away. “Thanks, eonni.” I said before I walked there.

I sharply turned to my left and took one step.

Out of nowhere, my foot slipped further left. I held my arm out, but everything happened too fast. The next thing I remember was I was on the ground and I see my members running to me. My vision was getting fuzzy and there was a high pitched ringing in my ears.

“Minji-ah! Are you okay?” I faintly but distinctively hear Bom-eonni say.

“Minji! Tell eonni where it hurts!” I think Dara says. With what she says, the pain in my head concentrates, causing me to shut my eyes.

“Minji! Don’t close your eyes! Stay with us!” I hear Chaerin yell.

The pain started to numb. The ruckus died down. I tried to open my eyes, but everything was dark.

“Chaerin-eonni?” I yell out the first name that comes to my head.

I started to panic. “Bom-eonni!” No response.

“DARA-EONNI!” I scream at the top of my lungs.

“OMMA!!!” I yell before I roll myself up in the middle of this darkness.

So here's my update! Since you guys have been waiting for more than a week I'm probably going to post two more chapters. One's kinda short, so I gotta make up for it~ I hope you guys like the first chapter! Anticipate for more!
