I will stay with you

"Are you going to talk to him?" Dara asks her friend while they are having breakfast at Chaerin's home. Chaerin sighs, watching her friend. 

"I don't know.."

"He wants to talk to you. He doesn't say anything but seems like he wants. This week he was fresher than he usually is. You have to believe me Chae, since you left Jiyong wasn't no longer the same person. I think you should talk to him and clarify things."

"To clarify what? Clarify the fact that he wanted to break up with me? Clarify the fact that all of that was a lie?" 

"Okay, I don't want to get into your stuff but I think it was just a misunderstanding. Moreover, I think Hanel have the right to meet her father." Dara said looking at Hanel who was sitting on the couch watching some old photos of her mother.

"I'm afraid. Afraid that he would reject her. Hanel won't be able to overcome it, she had spending all her life asking for her father."

"And what did you told her?"

"I don't think it was the most indicated but...I told her that her father never loved her and because of this he is not present in her life."

"You can't know it until you talk with him, Chae."

"Dae-Hyun called me last night. He asked me when I'm coming back and I told him that I will stay a few more weeks. Hanel doesn't want to leave, she loves this place." 

"I don't want to be selfish Chae, I understand that it is your life, but I don't want you to leave again. I would like you to stay here.. where you belong."

"My parents were told me the same thing. But I don't think this will happen."

Dara doesn't says anything. She knows how stubborn Chaerin can be. Hanel approaches Dara.

"Auntie, can I go with you and uncle Bae to play with Homie? Please."

"Of course, you can spend the day with us if you want to."

"Mommy, can I?

"Okay, but you have to behave yourself and be careful."

Hanel nods and goes to change her clothes. Chaerin looks at how excited she is. She never had seen her so happy. Hanel just adores everyone and everything there. Last night she had asked Chaerin to stay here for good and she had also commented to her grandmother that she loves this place and doesn't want to leave it. Chaerin opts to stay only few weeks more, but just because of her daughter. She would do anything for her.

"Do you want to come with us? 

"I would like to but I can't. Teddy called me and asked me to go to the company. He said that we have so many things to talk about."

"Alright then. He misses you as well."

"I know."

"I'm ready." Hanel says and takes Dara's hand. They say goodbye to Chaerin and leave the house. On the car, Dara and Youngbae decide to take her to the park and show her some places.

Chaerin is walking down the hall of the company. It's been a long time since she was here. This place brings her many memories. Suddenly a door opens and someone comes out covering with one hand and takes her inside the room. The room is dark... but she can remember it very well. Chaerin tries to calm down and looks at the person who stands behind her.

"It's been a long time.. Hunchae." Jiyong says releasing her and gives a step back for have a better view of the woman who changed his life. Chaerin stays in her position, staring at him. 

"You're not going to say anything?"

"What do you want?"

"What I want huh?" He walks behind her again and runs his hands around her waist. She can smell his cologne and feel his touch again.

"Where have you been?" he whispers softly in her ear and hits her body to his.

"Far away from you." Chaerin answers when Jiyong puts a hand on her head and pulls it back. He leans over and kisses her neck.

"Why?"

"You know why."

"No, I don't know but I would love to. I would love to know why did you left me. Why did you do this to me?" Jiyong is still in this position, placing soft kisses on her neck.

"Let me go."

"I miss you so much. Don't you feel the same?" 

Chaerin feels how her heart accelerates. She is really missing him? Maybe yes .. but maybe not. Of course..should she believe in him again? This time maybe not.

"I... don't. I don't miss you Jiyong. I.. don't feel anything. I don't love you."

Jiyong froze by hear her words. He never thought that it would hurt him so much. Then her phone begins to vibrate. She pulls it out from her bag and he can clearly see the name of the person who is calling her.

"Ohh.. I get it now."

Jiyong says and slowly lets her go out of his embrace. He sighs deeply and sits on the couch, with his head on his hands. Of course, why didn't he thought about it before? She has another life now. If she left him it is because she doesn't love him, isn't it clear enough? She has a family now.. It's been a long time,
