Kwon Hee Yeon (15):
Gives her all in everything she does. She has a caring insticnt, and enjoys taking care of people, or animals. She often takes walks outside, or into the woods. Her father was a head-patissiere, but he passed away in a car accident at early age, and her mother is a florist, who enjoys gardening and caring for flowers.

Saito Ayumu (15):
Hee yeon's best friend. They've been together since kingdergarten. Ayumu has a japanese background, and moved into Korea at age 3. Shes multi-lingual and speaks three languages, Korean, English, and Japanese. Ayumu is often really nosey, and likes digging into peoples belongings.

Characters: SHINee
A group of boys, who are well known throughout the campus of St. Aline. The group consist of five members, Onew, Key, Taemin, Jonghyun, and Minho. They are all skilled, and talented in making sweets, they all share one goal. To become top patissieres. Not only are they skilled, but they are all super good looking, all the girls in the Campus squeal over them.

Lee Jinki (17): Everyone calls him "Onew". His specialty is Japanese sweets.

Choi Minho (17): Calm, gentle and quiet. His specialty is Fruit Tarts.

Kim Jonghyun (17): Easy going, and likes to joke around. His specialty is Chocolate.

Kim Kibum (16): Romantic, and somewhat girly. His specialty is Candy Art and Marzipan.

Lee Taemin (15): Adorable little maknae. His specialty is working with Milk, and Icing.
