“What can I drink that has no alcohol?” Asked Seohyun as they were standing n front of the vast amount of bottles, from whisky to vodka to tequila to simple beer bottles were sprawled all over the kitchen, yet no water, no tea, no soda, not even milk was anywhere to be seen.

“Well, let me check the fridge, normally there are sodas because they mix them with alcohol.” Said Yoona simply as she made her way to the fridge, when she opened the door she noticed that precisely, there were sodas there and she was glad, since she would feel bad for Seohyun if there was nothing she could drink. “Sprite or coke?”

“I don’t really drink soda… but I’d rather drink sprite.” Said Seohyun.

“Here it is.” Yoona said with a charming smile, handing a glass filled with sprite.

“Thank you.” Seohyun murmured before taking a sip from her glass and watching as Yoona took a can of beer and taking a big gulp from it.

Before Seohyun could even tell her that drinking like that was unhealthy, a bunch of girls appeared and surrounded Yoona.

Seohyun watched in disappointment as Yoona smirked when all the girls started hovering around her, flirting and complimenting her all the time, suggesting dirty and inappropriate things between them even if they weren’t an official couple, turning such a meaningful act in something so dull and vain.

When one of the girls stole a kiss from Yoona and the latter did nothing to stop them, Seohyun felt a heavy feeling on her chest, a feeling she had only read about it books. A feeling she wasn’t ready to feel.

She left the kitchen, wanting to escape, wanting to stop the feeling on her chest she yet knew nothing about.

“Hey Hyun, where’s Yoong?” Said Hyoyeon who had approached her while dancing skilfully.

“She’s a bit busy with some girls back there.” Said Seohyun while feeling a bitter taste on .

“That’s our Yoona for you,” Said Hyoyeon with a smile, noticing Seohyun’s disappointment and felt jealous for a second. “She’s not one to settle down.”

“Are you like that too?” Asked Seohyun, her tone was careful yet straightforward.

“…sort of...” Said Hyoyeon. “I’m just waiting for a girl who can make me want to settle down.”

“Would you think Yoona would do it, you know settle down?” Asked Seohyun with piqued interest which only caused Hyoyeon’s blood to boil.

“She once settled down, she really loved that girl, but then…” Hyoyeon sighed and Seohyun nodded in understanding. “She still hasn’t gotten over it, so I don’t think so.”

Seohyun frowned and looked very deep in her thoughts for a second and Hyoyeon couldn’t help but wonder how was it possible for someone to look so cute when concentrated.

“You know, let’s stop thinking about sad things and let’s just dance!” Exclaimed Hyoyeon before finishing in one go her half full can of beer.

“But I at dancing…” Whispered Seohyun as she looked at Hyoyeon with blushed cheeks and puppy eyes.

“I saw you dancing with Yoona, if that’s , then I don’t know what’s good,” Hyoyeon said with a huge smile. “Come on Seohyunie, dance with me too, I promise I’ll help you if needed.” She pouted at the younger one, causing the latter to chuckle at her quirkiness.

“Okay.” She said simply as she held out her hand, eagering the older one to take it.

Hyoyeon just smirked at this, she took Seohyun’s hand in hers before she bowed, kissing the back of her hand as she did so. When she straightened herself out, she couldn’t help but chuckle slightly when she spotted the huge blush that had made its way on Seohyun’s face, making her even more adorable than she already was.

She hadn’t let go of the younger one’s hand, so she pulled her to the dance floor with a huge smile on her face.

When they reached the dance floor, everyone started cheering when they saw Hyoyeon and Seohyun just felt embarrassed as she heard all the compliments about how well Hyoyeon danced.

“I’m going to look like a fool.” Muttered Seohyun as she sighed.

“Of course not,” Said Hyoyeon while ruffling her hair. “You’ll look great, I’m sure.” With that said she winked, causing Seohyun to blush. “But I’ll look better.” She said with a playful glint in her eyes, causing Seohyun to smack her arm lightly in embarrassment.

Hyoyeon then ignored the almost inexistent pain from the smack and started dancing sensually along the music. Seohyun felt her cheeks heat up as she noticed how the older one danced, obviously with skills far beyond herself.

“You were doing great earlier, just follow my lead.” Whispered Hyoyeon on Seohyun’s ear, the younger one shivered at the feel of Hyoyeon’s hot breath but nodded nonetheless. 

Seohyun took a deep breath, trying to relax a bit, before closing her eyes for a second, listening carefully to the beat of the music before she opened her eyes, decided to not make a fool of herself and actually dance, at least okay enough not to be laughed at.

She started dancing, her body moving according to the song, following Hyoyeon’s movements every once in a while, her hands still felt a bit awkward, but she remembered how Yoona had led her earlier and tried to do it just like before, except for the fact that Yoona wasn’t there actually leading her anymore.

Before she knew it, she was immersed in dancing, she and Hyoyeon close to one another as they did so, the crowd around them unconsciously pushing them closer, but suddenly something happened, that caused Seohyun’s cheeks to turn a deep bright red and agape.

The bass had dropped and along with it, Hyoyeon did.

The older one had turned around and had decided to go down along with the drop of the bass, the back of her body rubbing against Seohyun’s front, when the shorter got back up, she decided to close it off while doing a wave against Seohyun’s body, she turned her face towards the younger one and smirked when she noticed the blush on her cheeks, although she couldn’t help but feel surprised when suddenly the taller one placed her hands on her hips, dancing along with her, their bodies coming in close contact as she did.

The taller of the two just felt her heart race from being so close to Hyoyeon, just like she had felt with Yoona, and wondered for a second if this meant trouble, all until something stopped every thought that could’ve possibly been going on her head.
