Kai’s POV

OMG OMG OMG OMG. What did I just do? He’d probably be creeped out by me now. He’ll stop taking to me now. OMG I don’t think I can take it. I know our arrangement was just he’d give me kisses as rewards whenever I get his questions correct, and I don’t mean the chocolate (although sometimes --- not really sometimes but usually…. alright most of the time those kisses would soon turn into these hot make out sessions that I just can’t get enough of – don’t blame I’m young and I have my own needs.) how could I actually tell him I love him? Okay calm down Kai… I’m pretty sure he was asleep so he didn’t hear your confession. Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s the case. But how come I feel so crestfallen at the thought. Wow, crestfallen, first time using that word…. What am I thinking? I’m going crazy now… Okay calm down Kai. Relax… Exams, exams, exams, focus, focus, focus. You’re about to take your exams 3 days from now so you better get your together or else Xiumin hyung… Xiumin hyung, does he hate me now?  Argh! What am I thinking? That’s it I’m hopeless. I’m just gonna flunk this test and let Xiumin hyung be disappointed in me.

“Jongin! Someone’s waiting for you downstairs!”

I’m so not in the mood right now so unless it was Xiumin who appeared on our doorstep I wouldn’t even bother to stand up from my comfortable position on my bed.

“Jongin! Come down this instant.”

“Can’t mom, the gravitational pull of my bed is too strong. I can’t fight it!” I yelled back ‘Thank you Xiumin for helping me remember that for our science test. “It’s the gravitational pull of the sun that keeps the planets in their orbits; they’re not really attached to paths placed around the sun like a road.”’ I recalled his voice as he said those lines, closing my eyes and burying my head on my pillow.

“It’s good that you still haven’t forgotten about our science lessons but I honestly wasn’t expecting for you to use that as an excuse to stay in bed.” A familiar voice said.

I looked up and my eyes nearly popped of its sockets. I fell back on the other side of my bed (curse myself for moving the bed farther from the wall) along with my blanket in shock as I saw Xiumin-hyung standing in my room, smiling playfully at me.
