Life sure was fun for Byun Baekhyun. He was 484 years old, but who was counting? He was able to manipulate humans, whether if they could see him or not, whether they remembered seeing him have his meals. No human could resist his power. No one was ever able to see through his glamour. Until this night that is...

Baekhyun was out in the city, having his usual fun, walking around amongst the humans, trying to find one who smelt good. But tonight, it was quite difficult. There were too many couples around tonight. There were hardly any people who seemed to smell good either. It wasn't very surprising or unusual for Baekhyun to have nights like this. He stopped walking and turned back to where he came from. He was thinking about getting back home and just sleeping for a while. But then suddenly some huge thing bumped into him...wait, a guy? A human? How was that possible? He hadn't let his glamour slip or anything. He got back up onto his feet and the human who bumped into him, was bowing constantly.

"I'm so sorry for bumping into you. I'm so so sorry but I am in a rush!" the human exclaimed and ran off.

"What the hell was that all about?" Baekhyun asked aloud. Although, he was pretty cute- Wait. No. Just no. Stop right there Byun Baekhyun. Get yourself together. He was a human. Yes. A human who could see through your glamour! Shut up! Baekhyun continued his way home. That human staying as a clear image in his head.

When he got home, he tossed his jacket onto a chair, he sat on the couch and switched on the TV. He flicked through the channels and in the end, he switched the TV back off because there was nothing to watch. He lived on the very top floor of an apartment building, which meant he lived in the suite. He was able to look over the city and no one would be able to see him. But he kept on thinking back to earlier that evening, when that human was able to see through his glamour and even touch him. In his whole life, Baekhyun had never met any human who was able to do that. He had lived for what was almost 5 centuries and never came across someone like that.

He couldn't think clearly inside his apartment, so he grabbed his jacket again and decided to go out for the second time that night. He walked around for a while and then found a fountain. He sat on a bench near the fountain and just relaxed. He listened to the constant spraying of the water and closed his eyes. He didn't realise that he had fallen asleep until he smelled that human nearby. His eyes flew open to see that that human was sitting on the other end of the bench he was sitting on. He was staring at Baekhyun as if he was trying to pick at him.

Baekhyun looked at the time on his phone and got up. It was around midnight and Baekhyun was slightly disturbed by the human's scent. It was full of sweat and heat and curiosity. And when curiosity was involved, it usually meant trouble. He began walking back home but then the human grabbed his jacket by the sleeve.

"Excuse me, um, I'm sorry for bumping into you earlier. I was in a hurry to meet up with someone," he said.

Apologising? Again? Didn't you apologise enough already? "It's alright, really. I need to get home now, so if you'll excuse me," said Baekhyun. He pulled his arm away from the human's grip and walked away. What was that human going to do next? Follow him? Yes, he did. He kept on following Baekhyun, all the way until the lobby of the apartment building. Baekhyun got onto a lift and pressed the button for the top floor. He thought he had lost that human.

"Excuse me," the human said to the lobby man, "Which floor does that guy who went up just now live on?" he asked.

"Well, he isn't just anyone. He is this building's longest living resident. But he lives on the top floor," the man answered.

"You mean, he lives in the suite?"

"Yes, and he doesn't have any visitors or guests. He lives by himself too. If you ask me, I would just leave him be," whispered the lobby man.

"Thank you." He went to the lifts and got onto one. He pressed the top floor - which was floor 30. The ride seemed quite long.

"You apologised to me enough times, so why did you follow me?" asked Baekhyun.

The human turned around from shock. Had he been there this entire time? He was sure no one was on the lift when he got on. "When did you get on?" he asked.

"I was coming down to see whether you had left or not. But it looks like you haven't. So, who are you?" asked Baekhyun.

"I'm Park Chanyeol, and you?" he asked.
