His Side
RecognizedThere could be many reasons for me to hate women. They were clingy, materialistic, fake, and a lot more things that I couldn't even list anymore. But I didn't find one of those things in Tiffany, the girl I met in Italy when my father had business to take care of there. Until that day she disappeared only with her mother telling me that she went off with her new man. That sure proved that men weren't the only human kind that fancied cheating in relationship.
I tried all my best to forget her. I lost myself with alcohol, clubs, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't betray my heart. I even once paid for a e. I didn't know if it was my drunk-self or anything, but she looked like a monkey although my assistant said he got the the most beautiful and professional one. At the end, I sent her away like nothing.
Then I started coming home magically every night I got drunk. I never remembered a slight of anything after I went drinking. I would always found myself inside my bedroom. It almost felt like nothing ever happened but I knew I was wrong, because one day, I found out who my secret reindeer was. She was the daughter of my parent's friends, which happened to be the girl I drunk-kissed. Not to mention, two times. At least the last one, I was sober.
I have to make this girl mine. From desire to passion and later turned into feelings. I didn't know how she could do that, but she attracted me. She woke that male hormonal feelings again to make a woman his. Not talking about getting into pants here, I was just talking about how I wanted her by my side. And by that, I didn't mean about anything else. Just to make her stay with me. I couldn't say it's love because it wasn't that deep. Maybe I just had a crush on her. Something like that.
And so, I did it. More like, nailed it. Somehow, we became close after I found out it was her, who saved me. She then started working at my company, also, she started visiting my house more often than ever. I was happy, dude, I was.
But then this thing came and crushed the part of me. Again.
Although I knew I had moved on, but hearing the news about Tiffany's wedding, couldn't help but to make my inner past awaken.
"Yeoboseyo?"
"Seunghyun... Ah... I..."
"Why are you crying? God... Hold on, I'm going to your place, just send me the address!"
"He... He... I don't want... Please take me away from him!!!"
"Calm down. Alright, I'm coming in instant."
"W-What happened?" Bom asked me, I couldn't catch the meaning of her expression.
"Tiff... She needs my help."
It came like a bomb. It was so sudden. But my heart chose her. I chose to give Tiffany another chance to fill the part of me. I didn't know why though, but my body just moved on its own and went to see if she was okay.
I found out that she was forced to marry her new husband. She never wanted to leave me. She never did. My heart crushed when I heard that that almost her. It was all because of her parents, who were in a money crisis, and that bastard got loaded money. Tch, just because I'm not a CEO, doesn't mean that I couldn't help her!
I sorted things out with their parents and helped her with the divorce. After all things cleared up, I was officially back with Tiffany. It was hard to believe, it was surreal, but yes, we were back together. I felt beyond happy, even though I couldn't lie to myself that for the time before I did have the moments where I forgot about her. It seemed like Bom really knew it well how to cheer me up in my bad times. I did have a crush on her before after all.
Speaking about that girl, she became odd right after. She didn't visit me or just come to play Playstation anymore. We only met at work shifts. Couldn't help but to feel creeped out that she began to talk formally at work. She really treated me like her legit boss. I meant, I did have higher position than her, but never did once she talked formally to me, she only did that when people was around. I could still feel the shiver through my body only to remember her calling me manager, not Seunghyun, nor even many nicknames she got for me.
