I went back to sleep and woke up the next day.

3pm.

I slept for so long? . My stomach hurts. I took my phone from my handbag.

10 missed calls & 20 unread messages. All from mum.

Oh crap. I quickly dial mum’s phone number.

“Hi darling! Finally you remember your mum huh? Where were you last night? Are you coming back now?” I can hear mum’s worried voice.

But she was being sarcastic at the same time.

“Yeah yeah I went drinking last night and I slept over at a friend’s house.” I simply answered.

“Drinking on a Monday night? Wow Rose, just wow! Your friend? Guy or girl?”

I can hear mum getting excited over the phone.

“Rose! Finally a guy! How was it?”

“We didn’t do anything okay. What are you thinking?

I heard a knock on the door and I quickly told mum that I will go back home soon before I hung up.

“Can I come in?” Suho asked.

I took a spoonful of porridge and eat it. It’s nice. I ate everything slowly, enjoying the food. To be honest, no one cook for me before except my parents. He sat beside me and watch me eat. It feels awkward but I don’t care. I’m just too hungry.

“Let me send you home.” He requested.

“Nah, I can call a cab.” I don’t want to trouble him anymore.
