"Hey hyung! Why aren't you enjoying yourself?" Kai sat down beside Luhan, taking a sip of his beer. "Nah! I'm good here. You should be enjoying yourself. Don't mind me," he assured Kai, gesturing that he will be okay.

"Are you sure, hyung?" he nodded and gave an assuring smile. "Okay. Tell me if you need something," he pats his hyung's lap and immediately disappeared to the huge crowd.

'This is not working'

Luhan watched the crowd dancing, synchronizing to the beat of the music.

"Its already late," he looked on his watch saying 12:15

"I'll just text Kai that I already left" he fixed himself and grabbed the keys to his car.

Things are getting blurry while he's walking,  "I haven't drink that much," he shook his head and rubbed his temple. He inserted the key and starts the engine hoping that his vision won't get any worse.

* * * * *

He felt like going to collapsed when he got home. "i have something to give you, Ming" he grabbed her hand and placed a ring on her finger, "L-luhan, I-i can't accept this" he opened his eyes when he realized that he's been drifting to sleep.

Ever since that day, those images remained on his mind reminding him of his painful past.
