Confession(s) in a toilet

Description

When 2 people that are in love with each other have the same high ego and can not confess each other feeling because of their too high ego, what can make them confess?? In what situation will they finally admit feelings to each other?? 

Or will they never confess?? Will they just carry on their own feeling to death??

And if so they confess, will they confess their true feelings to each other or will they confess their fake feelings that happened to be hatred??
